The atmosphere was energetic, the layout well-organized, and the selection of products was fantastic. I found exactly what I was looking for and more, all thanks to the seamless process created by the Style Democracy team. I can't wait for the next event—they've definitely earned a loyal customer in me!

I had an exceptional experience at the OVO warehouse sale recently. Kristine, the cashier, went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency made the shopping process a breeze. Additionally, Sharon, the manager, was incredibly helpful. She not only helped me find the items I was looking for but also provided valuable insights and guidance. I appreciate her dedication to ensuring customers have a positive experience. Lastly, kudos to Daniel, whose contributions added to the overall excellence of my visit. I highly recommend OVO based on the outstanding service I received from the entire team.

OVO warehouse sale in Vancouver was awesome the cashier and specifically the manager Ricco was super nice… they did a great job with the event

We went to the OVO sale and left so happy with amazing deals. Staff was so helpful and pleasant considering how many people were there. One staff member in particular, Indy, went beyond the call of duty to help us find products. Signing up for the membership as Indy suggested!

It’s really a planned events for my favourite brand OVO, Adesh, Sanjodh and Jeff have assisted for the whole transaction and they were really helpful and I really appreciated their performance

The management, specifically the man named “dean” is very aggressive towards his staff and comes off as racist.he’s very rough and his management skills are very unprofessional and overwhelming.as a customer who’s witnessed first hand how he handles his employees and other staff, it’s like they replaced one manager who disrespected customers for one who not only disrespects their staff and mistreats most coloured employees, he’s also very aggressive and unrealistic. After seeing him speak to a couple workers, i was talking to my cashier and heard she worked hours “8am till 10pm” and he was withholding the staffs last break of 4 they get in a 14 hour shift.just disgusting!

My cashier was Daniel and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was efficient and so sweet with the process, and gave us a breakdown of the clothing we bought during the OVO Warehouse Sale 2024. Incredible guy, deserves the praise and 5 stars!

I had the experience of dealing with Customer Service at StyleDemocracy. I can truly say the experience was phenomenal. My brother had lost some of his purchases at the location where the sales event occurred. StyleDemocracy connected me to Sharon Mahil, who was the customer service manager that dealt with my issue. She responded to my queries promptly by reaching out to her management team and assisted my brother. The whole process went very smoothly and my brother was able to get the apparel he wanted. The whole issue was resolved within 24 hour timeframe, because of Sharon's support. Overall, we were very satisfied with StyleDemocracy's customer service team! Will come back again to the next sales event!

Given the scale of their sales and the amount of people who attend - some of whom act like idiots ; I have always found the staff at the style democracy events to delivery excellent customer service all things considered.and I always look forward to their events!

As a side note, regarding the complaints about poor service; from my experience from years of attending their warehouse sales, I have found that if you approach the staff with respect, you in turn will be treated well.
