Everyone I dealt with at Stylish fireplaces was very helpful. Fireplaces (2 at separate times) arrived promptly and no problems installing them. Quality products that are simple to use and much more realistic than less expensive ones.
If you purchase the Revillusion log set, you may have to install a wired in cord with a plug on the end unless the fireplace box is quite deep. A box on the surface of the back wall may stick out too much for the log set to fit properly.
Love getting rid of gas applliances in my home. One boiler left to go.

I chose product (electric fireplace) because of lifelike flame. Fast delivery as Stylish Fireplaces had the unit in inventory. Installed the fireplace myself without problems.

The heater on my fireplace stopped working. I just assumed it was a poor product and never got around to asking about it. Finally after the better part of a year I sent the company an email. They said I have a five year warranty and got their repair person to get in touch with how to fix the problem. He was great. Called within a few hours and emailed instructions. Everything’s working fine once again.

Excellent after-sales service. When I reported an issue with the fireplace purchased from Stylish Fireplaces, they ordered the part and gave me an appointment to replace the part. The Serviceman who came was very courteous and thorough. He even cleaned the fireplace glass on the inside while he was at it.

I had a magnificent 30th floor suite with a spectacular view. Inserting an Opti-Myst Pro 500 and Logset, into a custom built fireplace, transformed my suite into a warm and inviting "home" with a magical "wood-burning" fireplace appeal. I now spend ~4 hrs every day mesmerized by the very realistic "flame".

This fireplace looks amazing in my space and very quickly fills the room with more than enough heat. Multiple settings also allow ease of use to
keep the room at a great temperature so you’re also not overheating the room.
