Best purchase experience ever! I have purchased about a dozen vehicles in my lifetime, and have not dealt with any salesperson as kind, professional, honest and patient as Anne-Marie Willan. She is the best.

Staff is always friendly when I go in to visit the parts department. Have a couple older subarus and one is a rare 1 of 1000 in Canada so can be hard to get parts for. Serj and the rest of the parts end staff are always great at finding the parts I'm looking for. Have also dealt with the service department for my 2017 outback to have the manual trans and rear diff fluid changed and everything gone over for piece of mind. Again no issues there at all.

Bought an Outback. Great advisor no pressure. Had vehicle 3 yrs now.every time I go into service they are also fantastic. All staff here go above and beyond. I felt like family. You can trust Subaru.it was a refreshing experience.

All my experiences here have been very positive. My most recent one, my key fob kept dying and the person that helped me, went above and beyond to identify a cause; offer a repair; and did not charge me anything. So far, I’ve been nothing but pleased with their friendliness, timeliness and exceptional service. Keep it up, Subie!

Wow can't say enough good things about these guys! Came in on Monday looking to downsize from my leased Outback into something more affordable and Matthew helped me get into a 2020 Impreza! These guys were awesome the entire way through, and I picked up my new car today!

I couldn't be any happier with my purchase, and the support I got from these guys. Will definitely be referring friends and family, and returning for future vehicles!

Anne Marie at Subarul London was recommended to me by a friend so when I was looking for a new car, a Subaru was first in my mind. And when I walked in the first time it was Anne Marie I wanted to meet. She was so patient with my endless questions and SEVERAL test drives. Her passion for Subarus was contagious and she hooked me in from the beginning.
She stayed in touch with me with updates and reminders but I never felt pressured or rushed. The entire process from my first visit to ordering the car was probably 4 mts but in the end, I got the exact car I wanted with all confidence that it was the right choice.

I highly recommend walking into Subaru London for your next car purchase and immediately asking for Anne Marie

Bought a '19 Forester from here a little over a year ago. Great car, and great sales experience. Wish I could say the same about the service side. I had a couple very intermittent issues like the radio volume changing on its own and the CD player coming on by itself, though they rarely ever acted up so it didn't bother me enough to look into. However the salesman mentioned I could get a navigation/radio update that might fix all that.
So in I went for my first service, explaining to the advisor every detail I could give him, even offering a video of the issue when it happened; none of which he was interested in looking into and just offered the typical hour scan & diagnose. No surprise when it came back with no issues and that they can proceed with the update I initially wanted (for additional labor of course). Then 30mins later I was told now there is a "communication issue", have to fix this before proceeding. Didn't sound like I had an option so I then approved another hour diag for them to tell me my head unit is now damaged and will cost near $2000 to replace. The head unit clearly says right on there "software update failed: USB was unplugged*". So I came in with a perfectly working radio, then basically got charged almost $400 for them to 'diagnose' and ruin it with a failed software update and now need to pay for that? I was refunded the labor in the end, but no ones taking responsibility for the head unit they damaged which I find really surprising. Heads up to anyone getting any kind of software update from this place, I'd either hold off on it, or get it in writing that if something happens you won't be responsible for fixing it.

I visited Subaru of London to purchase a pre-owned Forester for my daughter. Matthew and Joe were both excellent. They responded to my inquiry immediately and were polite, friendly and helpful. The vehicle was as described and immaculate inside and out. They made the buying process easy and enjoyable. Thanks guys for looking after us and helping my daughter into her first vehicle.

I would really appreciate the sales Matthew’s help from beginning to the end. He was so patient and knowledgeable when helping get my Impreza as my English is insufficient, make me felt less stressful. After a car accident, I walked in and asked him for help to check my car, he was so nice and guided me how to deal with it, clarified everything very specifically. I would say this is the best service I have ever got in Canada. Much appreciated, especially when I was in trouble and experiencing emotional stress.

We are so glad with our new Subaru Crosstrek Outdoor! Hilton Chretien at Subaru London is very professional and knowledgeable. He took all the time to guide us in the whole process, even after sales questions were answered by him in a satisfactory way. Above all he is a very pleasant, helpful person to work with. He deserves the title "Sales man of the year"!

I’ve had to replace parts in my Subaru that was purchased in a different location and I’ve only ever had positive experiences with the employees here!

Disappointing customer service experience. My Subaru Crosstrek had a crack in the windshield. I called to get a quote for a replacement at 8am when they opened, I was told the person who dealt with it was already on a phone call.

They took my contact details and said I would get a call back. When no one called me back I called again, this time they took details about my car and said they would call me back. I never received a call back. Very poor.
