Our family has received extremely courteous and professional service from Danny Li at Subaru Mississauga for many years. Excellent experience
10 January 2024 22:05
We worked with Arsalan and he was great! He really worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. I love my new Outback!

Anticipate this will probably ruffle some feathers, but I can honestly say I went from quite pleased with my experience at Subaru of Mississauga to extremely disappointed after my mechanic who I’ve known for many years caught a leaking radiator the day I purchased my vehicle, which I was told should’ve been caught on the safety. I was advised to bring it back, and was told that the mechanics at Subaru could see no evidence of the leak. I understand they have to work with what’s in front of them, but I find it hard to believe that they really couldn’t see an issue that was so quickly caught by another mechanic. To top it off, the delivery of this information was poor - the mechanic was smiling and laughing while telling me the news that he couldn’t see anything. Made me wish I had brought a man with me to have the concerns be taken seriously. Factor in extra money in your budgeting if buying used from this location.

From the moment we walked into Subaru Mississauga the staff were very friendly and professional. They talked to you like you were a good neighbor. They answered all are questions and very helpful. Fair pricing and willing to help you. We left with feeling confident in our car purchase. Thank you for a great experience
23 November 2023 12:17
I went in to have my tires switched to winter tires and was told it would be about 1.5 hours. It actually only took 53 minutes! Awesome!
Not only that, the car was washed and the mats vacuumed.
Great service.

Recently had my forester in for a warranty service, everything from ease of appointment booking, free shuttle ride to and from dealership to home and quick turnaround on service work. Subaru Mississauga is top notch in customer service! The renovation to the dealership is nice too! Lol
17 September 2023 14:09
Bought my first new car 2024 crosstrek from Subaru Mississauga. Experience was simply fabulous. Me being new to the country, Christian Devlin went out of his way to explain me every minute aspect about the car and financing in detail. I really appreciated that given my experience at other brand dealership was complete opposite. My new car was delivered to me within the promised time and its simply amazing. Subaru fan for life! Thanks again Christian for all your help and such amazing experience.

Excellent service. We dealt with Fiorella who was professional and accommodating. Excellent experience buying a new car.
30 August 2023 13:42
As usual, my car was well taken care of: checked, interior cleaned (bless you!), the staff was nice and wait time was well managed. Plus the coffee is delicious! Thanks and please keep it up.
17 October 2022 19:46
My lease will end in Sept, and I was getting continuous calls asking me if I want to buy/lease a new car. When I told them I'm thinking about buying it out, they stop calling. However, to discuss about my options, I've been trying to reach the business manager for 2 weeks. She is always busy, good for them, however, I have left several voice mails in her inbox; no response, no call back, nothing. It is quite unprofessional for such a brand.
25 September 2022 23:03
I had a flat tire and I took my Forester in om Saturday July 30 at 2pm and met with a person named Mark Lee who advised me that I needed a new tire and will try to get two tires as Bridgestone is not making the tire that needed replaced. He told me that he will try to get 2 Tires.
I contacted him via email on Tuesday August 2 @8.36am asking him if he was able to get the 2 Tires. It took him 4 DAYS (Friday August 5 @ 11.40am) to let me know that he was able to get the 2 Tires.
In the meantime I was scared with driving using the SPARE TIRE so I took my car to another place who advised me that they can repair the Tire.
This was my worse experience in 7 years being with SUBARU.
I guess it was more advantageous for him to sell me 2 Tires rather than Repairing the damaged tire

I recently purchased a 2023 BRZ from Subaru of Mississauga. The current market has created a very unique buying experience. Placing a pre order then following along the progress from assembly line to delivery, sales professional Emad, kept me informed each step of the way. The purchasing experience was a collaboration between customer and seller. I could not be more pleased and would recommend Emad and the Subaru of Mississauga team to anyone looking for a vehicle purchase.
23 September 2022 6:54
Too expensive for their service, they do not charge hrly rate even if the invoice says $142/hr for labour. Dropped off my car in to do service C $835 (supposedly extensive service 3-4hr). On top of which they noticed i needed to replace front ball joint (1hr labour for each side Left and right) and front control arm bushing (3hr job) plus alignment. If you add up the total amount of time it take as per invoice it would 8-9 hrs. I dropped off my car at 11: 15 am, i saw the mechanic drove off with it at 11: 30am, and my car was done by 4pm. Total cost $1994.49 + tax = $2253.77. On top that i had brought my car in for two other repair regarding check engine light. Within 1year i spent over $5500 fixing my car at this dealership. I've lost faith in Subaru. My next car for sure would not be a SUBARU!

So, finally bought out my vehicle yesterday and had to get a safety done in order to complete the buyout. Booked the appointment for 10am, showed up early only to have my car sit for over an hour before getting looked at. What is the point of making an appointment if your vehicle isn’t going to be looked at at that time. Also how does a safety inspection take 3 hours to complete? Appointment was for 10am and it wasn’t completed till 1pm. Seriously why must dealerships take forever to complete simple things? I am so glad that I now own the vehicle and never have to deal with this dealership ever again. They take forever and charge way more than my normal mechanic, but I was told I had to get the safety done by them. Anyway thanks for the car and cya Subaru of Mississauga. I’ll more than likely never step food in your dealership again.
07 September 2022 22:03
Best dealership I have dealt with. My salesperson Izabela is absolutely a star. Make sure you ask for her.
21 August 2022 6:42
The family always receives exceptional service from Mr. Clifford Da Silva. All the more reason for us to request him when we book a service call.
21 August 2022 0:52
I guess things seems to have changed towards better at Subaru Mississauga. It was a nightmare trying to get service appointments earlier. This occasion was quick with flexible timing options. Service was good and the last min request for a drop off ride was certainly helpful. I would seriously recommend a convenient keys drop off option for someone dropping off the car a night before.
12 August 2022 12:58
My family had been long time supporters of Subaru and this dealership, we’ve bought 3 over the years since 1998. We have watched the service decline steadily and the lack of care increase. We have had issues with our Legacy from day 1, noises from the sunroof, vibrations and much more. We have had the same front right wheel bearing replaced 4x because they weren’t installed correctly and broke, paid out of pocket for all 4. We have been declined service on numerous parts past warranty that we have been willing to pay out of pocket for, our air conditioner, our timing chain tensioner, our driveshaft, and not a single reason given as to why they won’t at the very least inspect. We have spent thousands on a single vibration we experienced over the pandemic, numerous parts replaced and still no resolve. To make matters worse, upon our last visit, I was greeted by a chewed up piece of mint gum on my dashboard. Needless to say, we will never return here.
09 August 2022 15:17
Let me start with this. I am generally not a big fan of dealerships.
But the staff at this dealership is what makes it one of the best I have visited. They helped me a lot and guided me step by step while I bought my first car from them. Some of the people who helped me quite a bit are following:

1. Emad Huda (One of the best and true to his word salesman)
2. Alex (From the Financing department)
3. Eva Sun (Good explanation on different features in my car)

Edit: I bought Subaru Crosstrek Touring 2022 model from them.
08 August 2022 13:20
Very Poor Service. I had appointment but after one and half hour of waiting I had to leave without service. Not sure why we book the appointment when you can’t get the work done. Probably this was my first and last time at this location.
Thanks
04 August 2022 17:36
Danny was great through the whole purchase process, I highly recommend him. Robert the sales manager ensured the telematics was registered correctly before I left with my vehicle. Great experience and friendly staff.
03 August 2022 12:58
I recently leased a Subaru Outback from this location and highly recommended this particular dealership. I dealt with Christian Devlin and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. Christian is friendly and never pushy! He helped me to make all the right decisions about what I wanted in a vehicle and while I waited for my vehicle to come in he emailed me and let me know what was going on so I never felt forgotten about! I would highly recommend that if you want buy or lease a Subaru you visit Christian at this location!
30 July 2022 17:51
Great staff, always trying to help customers as much as possible even with limited inventory. We have been part of Subaru Mississauga family for over 10 years now. Sunny is great you should go see him for hour new Subaru now!
28 July 2022 19:53
It was an excellent and seamless experience dealing with Subaru. Sunny was always welcoming and a great help in closing out our purchase! Glad to have found a trusted partner for our car needs.
13 July 2022 11:00
Great place to purchase a vehicle and a wonderful place to have your vehicle serviced
My vehicle is five years old and runs like new thanks to the service I get at this dealership
12 July 2022 19:19
Fast.not expensive. Easy to book online. Great staff. Clifford was extremely helpful to get all the work on my car done as quickly as possible
01 July 2022 19:47
Emad & Danny inviting friendly and handled my sale so well. Made the transaction a comfortable one. I love my Crosstrek Limited. Japanese technology is impressive.
01 June 2022 6:30
Efficient and friendly staff (as always). Estimated wait time was accurate, and servicing was done well. I never feel I’m trying to be “upsold” in any way - it’s always fair, honest advice that’s best to keep my Subaru running well.
27 February 2022 16:48
The people I interacted with were very polite and knowledgeable about their products. They were not pushy as some car sales people are. The showroom was very clean and bright. Overall I would say it was one of the nicest dealerships I have been in and I enjoyed every aspect of my experience.
02 February 2022 13:05
Always a pleasure. They take care of their clients and their team. Great service department, always doing what they can for you.
23 January 2022 19:05
Terrible service. Took my Outback in for 100k servicing and damaged the harness for my emergency brake. Took it to two different dealership for their opinion and was told they should have replaced the harness when they damaged it instead of using zip ties.
Best is to avoid and stay away from this place
10 January 2022 14:39
Very happy with Subaru of Mississauga and my most recent service experience, from the timely appointment to the end result. Thanks, everyone.
05 January 2022 9:05
Darryl and his team at Subaru Mississauga provided fantastic service. We are very pleased with the level of professionalism and the willingness to go beyond to make things just right for us.
Thank you, Darryl and Daniel!
02 January 2022 16:20
Emad & the guys at Subaru of Mississauga was super helpful in finalising our Car and went out of the way to make sure we have the delivery a day before the committed date. Please reach out to them to get your new car.
30 December 2021 21:58
Service is always great at this place. I even had a free oil change for today. They are always reasonable on their cost of repair of course considering that it is a dealership. I find them very honest too.
30 December 2021 20:53
Sunny was great to deal with. Got us our dream car, great follow up and service. Highly recommend!
24 December 2021 21:18
Very efficient service. Arrived at 8 and winter tire switch regular maintenance takes only 1.5 hour. Will come back again.
24 December 2021 2:39
Great experience! Their sales people are professional and they have enough inventory. Don’t waste your time at other dealerships, no one can you a better deal than those guys.
13 December 2021 2:25
I picked up my new 2022 BRZ from the Subaru dealership just last week Dec. 04. I had ordered my rally Blue BRZ early Sept. 2021, they were very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. Darryl my sales rep was very patient even though I phoned almost every week to inquire about the location and status of the BRZ, due to the Covid and chip shortage situation. LOVE my BRZ and I take every opportunity to drive it.

So a big thanks to the sales and service personnel at Subaru Mississauga.
12 December 2021 2:06
If I could give less then one star I would. I have a 2019 Subaru Forester purchased from this dealership with 92600 KM. We have our own fleet mechanic that services all of our vehicles with warranty approved parts and fluids at the required intervals.

Three weeks ago a service engine light came on with the deactivation of the collision avoidance system. Long story short, our fleet mechanic isolated the problem to what is called a Electronic Controlled Thermostat that controls coolant temperature, critical engine component that should be covered under the 100,000km power train warranty. Well, it is not. To get to this part repaired the intake manifold requires removal (another major engine part).

The "thermal control valve assembly" and gaskets as Subaru calls it was $881.98 plus another $875.00 for labour. The bill was 1,756.98 + tax. I was told at the service counter because I was not a "regular" service customer I wouldn't get any discounts on any of this work. This is a MAJOR ENGINE COMPONET AND SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER THE WARRENTY! We purchased a Subaru product because of the reliability and workmanship of the vehicles, I guess this is no longer the case.

I am truly disappointed with the lack of service and what this 100,000 km warranty covers. I have called Subaru of Canada and I await a response from them. The dealership was not helpful at all and will not be purchasing any Subaru products from them in the future. I will make it a point to share my experience with anyone planning on purchasing a new vehicle in the near future.
11 December 2021 3:06
Christian was very helpful. Closed the deal over the phone without having to come in! He had the car ready for us within a couple of days.
07 December 2021 10:16
We were given honest and cost effective advice for our service requirement. It helped us save costs. The service team was very helpful and professional
05 December 2021 23:34
After looking for a new car for a few months, I finally found one I loved at this dealership. I mainly dealt with Izabela who was extremely helpful, but everyone else was just as great. I didn't have a great experience at another Subaru dealer, so I was pleased with the staff here! Thank you to Izabela for all her help getting me my dream car.
03 December 2021 9:10
The visit pertained to a Service B maintenance @ 10,000km

Was in at 8: 15am; short wait for subaru courtesy shuttle home & then vehicle was done 10: 42am. Quick, clean & Steve the advisor was very proficient to meet my needs.
01 December 2021 5:24
I had very good experience and staff are supportive and cooperative. They understands customer requirements and work accordingly. I really appreciated them. I am very happy to refer your dealership to others.
29 November 2021 1:28
Great used car purchase experience! Emad Huda was my Sales Specialist and he made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the used car I was interested in. This was my first time ever trying out the Subaru brand as I am a long time GM fan. The test drive was also educational and informative. Emad was the best to work with and it is the first time I have purchased a vehicle in one visit. I highly recommend Subaru of Mississauga and especially Emad. Thank you from a very happy customer!
27 November 2021 2:25
Car has a 5 year warranty or 100,000km. My 2016 Subaru wrx is just passed 5 years and only has 65000km, my car has a leak at the cam carries which has cause my timing to be off. This is a constant problem with the 2.0L engine Subaru has created and this defect should be fixed by Subaru free of charge since this problem occurs at no fault of my own. The car should of been good willed and fixed for free since I bought the car from Subaru mississauga and is well under 100000km but it was not and i am expected to pay for the defect on my own. They quoted me $2100 before taxes which is a lot of money to pay for a problem that subaru is to blame for because they did a terrible job with the manufacturing of this engine and they still sold it to the public. If I knew what I knew about this car now I would have never purchased it. I will never buy Subaru again, Subaru mississauga is cheap and did not offer anything but offer 10% off a 2100 dollar bill before taxes for a problem they should be liable for, terrible customer service. Also 3 month after I bought the car I got a check engine light for knock sensors which they also refused to cover, 3 months after selling me a 30000 dollar car they would even pay a couple hundred bucks to replace sensor. I had an intake on the car which they used as their reason not to fix my car (they’re always finding a reason NOT to fix their cars), where anybody who knows anything about cars can tell you an after market intake will not cause that problem and WAS NOT the problem because I had the sensors replaced somewhere else and the problem has not returned, even after 3 years.
21 November 2021 20:09
We worked with Darryl for our car and him and the entire team were extremely helpful, kind and helpful. Made the experience of buying our first car in Canada so easy and amazing
03 April 2021 16:39
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Subaru Mississauga. In both cases I dealt with Darryl Monisse, who is a true professional and made both the experieces exceptional.
26 March 2021 23:13
Daryl help us to get the vehicle we want. We’ve deal with Daryl for about 12 years now.
This is our 3rd vehicle from Subaru Mississauga.
23 March 2021 22:34
Great service from Danny Li! I want to share my shopping experience at Subaru of Mississauga. Me and my Dad met Danny by appointment last Saturday. We are looking at a new Subaru since my Dad had one before. Honestly I was a bit skeptical about Danny due to a recent bad review of him, but a quick few minutes after we met; I have already cleared all my doubts. Danny was polite and patient. He walked around the vehicle that I am interested in with us and showed me the specs in detail. The best part was he explained the difference of leasing and financing which I have never thought about before. Now I know leasing would be my best option. Danny shows his professionalism and great passion selling me a good vehicle. To be fair, I have no clue why ppl would leave him a bad review. Anyway, I’m down to two cars on my list; I will definitely go back to see Danny if I decided to lease a Subaru.
18 March 2021 14:39
Got two cars from Danny Li @ Subaru of Mississauga, always professional and attentive! He was super helpful and saved me a ton of hassle with my trade ins. No one likes paperwork, except for Danny!
25 February 2021 21:10
Terrific experience at Subaru Mississauga with Danny Li our salesperson. No nonsense, got exactly what we wanted at the most competitive price and had an easy time getting the car. Would happily work with Danny again.
23 February 2021 2:40
Our salesperson Danny was great, he was very informative and didn’t use any pressure tactics. The dealership follows COVID-19 protection protocols well. I’ve never had a negative experience in dealing with the service department for my previous car.
20 February 2021 2:57
My wife and I were not thinking about a new vehicle, until the sudden loss of our car due to a mechanical problem.
Recovering from the shock of the repair quote, we decided to look into other brands and decided on Subaru.
Within 24 hrs we went from shock to being overjoyed as we were very happy with the team at Subaru of Mississauga, for their great welcoming environment, large selection and unbelievable safety precautions due to the pandemic.
Any time you can commit so much money and walk away feeling good the seller must be doing something right!
19 January 2019 21:21
Dealer "forgot" to close my account for 6 weeks after trading in lease (confirmed and small apology offered), coincidentally it was at the same time I was taking my business to a different dealer. They wrongfully charged me 2 additional payments after I no longer had possession of the car. After reversing the 2 payments (on my own because they wouldn't) my account ended up in collections dept. Issue was only rectified AFTER dealing with management for many weeks. Although they were professional when buying $50,000+ car from them.
15 January 2019 13:22
My subaru impreza has been in this shop for more then a week now. And I have called multiple times for the day they said it would be done and I have not been transferred to anyone to get an update on my car. It's very unprofessional of the team to keep someone waiting with promises and also keep people waiting on Christmas and new years eve.
07 January 2019 0:37
Bought a Subaru Imprezza and had problems with parts. Subaru of Mississauga blames it on Subaru of Canada who basically said you are a beat and there is no fix.

Reading all the negative reviews below we are surprised to see so many customers have the same problem.

Some one start a Class Action Law suit against these guys! I just may!

Where are the regulators? !
29 December 2018 20:24
Our visit Lasted not more then 15 minutes. We went in to purchase a car and another sales person was showing the same demo car to another customer. The salesperson told the customer this car is super charged etc. My husband knew this car and waited politely once the customer left and told the sales person this car is not supercharged as we are looking to purchase it and know all the details. The sales person did not disagree but he did not agree either.

When we spoke to the manager he mentioned this is just a sales pitch and we later tell them all the details. The misrepresentation was such a concern that we left from there immediately and never to come back. Good luck to all who want to be misrepresented.
23 December 2018 2:13
I purchased my first car at Subaru Mississauga and was happy to be the owner of a 2016 Subaru Impreza. Not even an hour of owning my vehicle I had to take the car back because I found rust under the spoiler. They told me this was caused from debris that had fallen under my spoiler when it was in transit. A couple months later I found rust underneath the track on my roof. I brought it back to them and they claimed it was again from debris that had fallen in transit. In 2017, I once again had to bring my car back for a rust issue that was now under my hatch. They fixed it and repainted the area for me. A couple days later the paint job they did began to flake off and I had to have them repaint the area again. Up until this point Subaru Mississuaga has fixed all the rust issues that I had encountered on my brand new car.

Now two years later having found MORE rust on my roof they are refusing to fix it because they are claiming the rust was caused from a paint chip and the weather has caused the roof to bubble (apparently Subaru's can't survive Canadian weather). Knowing the history of my vehicle you would think that they would honor fixing this issue since the rust has always been on the roof area. I am beyond disappointed and regret ever buying this car! Considering I am 23 years old, and this won't be the last car I buy, it would have been a smarter business decision for them to just fix the issue and stand by their product.

If you didn't think you had to worry about a brand new car rusting, you do with a Subaru.

I bought a 2019 Impreza from Subaru of Mississauga, and i was quite pleased until they said they didn't want my car as a trade in. LITERALLY said that they do not want my car. I still bought a new Impreza from them, but that didn't impress me, and i think that would make any potential customers not buy. After that, we inquired about trading in the wife's car for a new Crosstrek, and they offered us a hideous offer for the trade in value. All that to say we didn't end up trading in the wife's car. So other then the crappy trade in values, great dealership and good staff. Danny Li was very helpful through the buying process. Thanks again, and i will be in in about 6 months for my first service.
08 December 2018 13:31
I made an appointment for a service (Service B - oil change, etc) on a Saturday (November 3rd) at around 1PM, and expected to be finished on that day - only to be told (at 5pm) that it couldn't be completed until Monday afternoon. Since I was told that Service B would take approximately 2 hours, I opted for the loaner car. On hindsight, I felt like because I opted for the loaner, Subaru Mississauga felt like it would be fine to just push my service back and have me keep the loaner instead. I come all the way from Toronto because Subaru Mississauga has been good so far, but to then make me drive 1.5-2 hours through rush-hour traffic to pick up my car on Monday evening was absolutely ridiculous. One of the consultants Clifford, left a message on my phone to get in contact with him, however, I have been unable to reach him this entire week. I was told that they were running behind schedule and that there were cars that needed to have their brakes replaced - my question is, why was my service delayed. Should they not have offered the loaner to them if they had a much more complicated job?

What is the point of making service appointments if a simple service can't even be finished on the day of? Sorry, will not be returning to this dealership for my services.
09 November 2018 3:39
Do not usually post reviews, but agree with other negative comments on here. Our families are longtime customers with multiple Subaru's purchased and serviced here - varied experiences over 8 years. Only reasons we return is because of convenient location, Steve in Services, and Rudy in Sales (who is no longer there).

Last straw was this week. My wife and I were in for service and inquired about a demo vehicle with trade-in of Impreza (maintained by them). Were provided initial quote for each, which we attempted to negotiate as usual. Where to begin with what went wrong. (a) Sales Associate estimated $2,500 for trade-in vehicle on which all negotiations were based. Instead, General Sales Manager (GSM) offered $1,000 (less than half) without even seeing the vehicle, (b) GSM was condescending, rude, and poor attitude - he said all he cared about was profit and $$$ - wife mentioned that we were longtime loyal customers. He literally said "I don't care and I only care about profit". He even laughed at our offers, (c) we were interested in demo vehicle which had freight/PDI and other charges waived up front. Told that sticker/retail price is fixed/non-negotiable. This is the only dealership we've encountered who does not negotiate sticker price on demo vehicles, (d) wife contacted General Manager (GM) who listened but ultimately did not want to help. He even stopped responding to e-mails. He welcomes comments, but ultimately shoots them down and does not want to help in any respect. (e) this is the only dealership who rejected working with Car Cost Canada invoice prices. We received quotes from other dealerships in Brampton, Oakville, and Markham, who negotiated based on invoice price without questions asked, even down to 3% dealer markup - demo vehicles were also negotiable. Recommend dealing with others instead (Ollie at Subaru Markham is a dream and true salesman).

Unfortunately for us, the only demo vehicle that met our trim and colour criteria was here, so we were forced to deal with them. I preferred a new Forester from Markham negotiated at <4% dealer markup or a discounted demo from Brampton, but wife insisted on this one because of colour and $$. Now we are stuck purchasing an older model demo vehicle at full retail price (with freight/PDI and other charges waived). Demo sticker price is NON-NEGOTIABLE, not even by one dollar.unbelievable! Will not price-match what other dealerships offer.

We have never met such poor salesmen who are so defensive and uncooperative.and profit/money hungry with zero value on family customer relations. Gave them numerous opportunities to fix the problem and we even compromised on our price offers, but they are fixed and zero negotiable. Told wife and all relatives that we will not be returning here for other services. Don't do business with this dealership.believe the negative reviews. There are much better options available in the GTA (esp. Brampton, Oakville, Thornhill, Markham) and worth the distance/effort/commute. These folks do not value longtime customers and loyalty.

About 6 months ago, Sunny helped me lease my first Subaru vehicle, which was a fantastic experience. Since then, changes in my life demanded that I get out of the lease due to high kilometers driven (potential penalty fees I was anticipating at the end of the lease). I approached Sunny once again, who was extremely helpful and willing to problem-solve with me. We sat down and ran some numbers, looking at different hypothetical scenarios. It was clear to me that Sunny had my best interests in mind, and I never felt any pressure to make any snap decisions. Together we arrived at the solution, which ended up being trading in the leased vehicle for a new one financed over 5 years this time. I couldn't be happier with the new vehicle and everything Sunny did to make it another positive experience. Special thanks to Alex as well, who was very helpful and professional in running the paperwork for this transaction. I will gladly return to Subaru of Mississauga, and recommend Sunny and the team to my friends and family!

I used to store my tires at the Mississauga Subaru dealership. I went to pick up my summer tires only to find that one of the tires was punctured. I was then told that I must've punctured it before having them swapped the last time I was at the dealership and that it was a slow leak so I wouldn't have noticed until after all the air leaked over the months of storage. I asked for the inspection report of the tires when the tires were swapped, which did not note any punctures.

I acknowledge certainly the possibility that the puncture could've been there prior, but I also proposed the possibility that the tire was punctured at the dealership. I was told that "100%" the puncture was there before and that it was probably missed on inspection. The garage that I ended up purchasing a new tire from balked at the notion that a puncture that size would've been missed. I will say that the general manager was not present at the time, but I was otherwise disgusted by the way I was treated by the staff who dealt with this issue at the dealership. Admittedly, my knowledge of cars is limited, but the tone of the individual assisting me on the matter was rather condescending.

It's a shame, because prior to this incident, I was actually quite satisfied by the service this dealership provides. It was shocking how quickly they turned on me when I was looking for a little accountability.

Me and my wife bought a forester. Improfessional staff. A foolish manager. And an arrogant dealership. We are happy with the Audi we bought and their service after we sold the forester. Audi dealership is right beside this poor dealership

Thank you for the great experience through the difficult process of buying a new car. Very professional. Not the usual high pressure sales tactics. Lynn helped us out and did a great job.

Thanks again

Edited review: After posting the original comment, exchanged emails with Bill Cathers (General Manager). He has resolved our complaint. Happy with the resolution. There had been an internal miscommunication regarding the faulty part in question.

Original review: Very disappointed that Subaru of Mississauga refused to perform minor warranty work because we purchased the vehicle from another Subaru dealer.

Subaru of Mississauga is known to not honor their warranty and after sales service. Looking at the reviews below confirms our complaint.

We were not able to get parts for our Impreza and all kinds of lies and excuses were given to us. Cheap company subaru and cheap service. Never buying a Subaru again. Subaru Canada just lost a good customer and I will be sure to let all my neighbors know in Mississauga all my face book friends l, all linked in connections etc. One word- Terrible

I walked into this dealership with the intention of test driving a Subaru WRX to decide before making a purchase. I was informed that WRX’s are not kept on the lot for test drives and that it was unlikely I would be able to drive one. They mentioned IF I did, I would have to schedule an appointment and put down a deposit (?). After I offered to schedule an appointment the rep deflected and offered a used WRX instead.

This came as a shock as I’ve never had this type of experience at any other dealership before. The sales agent then questioned me on my intentions, immediately asking questions like “well, how serious are you about buying? ” … She then went on to recommend a used model (no problem there) and inquire about my budget. At this point a second sales agent stepped in, asking me what I was currently driving (BMW) to which I insisted I was not interested in trading in, she informed this was NOT why she asking. I assume this was to gauge my current income.

I’m assuming this was a profiling issue. As a young professional I’ve never experienced this line of questioning or been told I need to provide a DEPOSIT on a test drive at a branded dealership before. Ever.

This is the second experience I’ve had similar to this at this dealer. My brother experienced the same type of profiling treatment. He was interested in a BRZ. The rep assumed he wasn’t a serious buyer. Instead he walked over to Toyota for the GT86 (same car) instead.

Terrible Service. Bought a Forester and had issues with the brakes and calipers. Escalated the matter to Senior Management, They did nothing and showed no interest in resolving it. Senior Management which is Subaru of Mississauga and Subaru of Canada are not fair including Bill Cathers the general manager.

Looking at the reviews below, It is clear Bill cathers and senior management do nothing to resolve matters for clients and shows no respect or care. Quiet Contradictory to their marketing campaign which is all false and fake.

Be aware of these people.

After 22 excellent years of driving manual transmission Mazda products and with super client services, I thought I would try Subaru, per their marketing campaigns re their client satisfaction, and just for a change. I just went through 10 days of hell trying to get satisfaction from Subaru. My manual transmission began to slide and the car became undriveable on a weekend in Ottawa. Not only was I told by Subaru Ogilvie that I should be driving an automatic, but I had to find the flywheel myself in Mississauga and bring it to Ottawa to get it fixed, as they couldn't find one anywhere and it would need to be ordered (with me paying for a rtental car in the meantime). I was given the royal runaround between the Ottawa Ogilvie Subaru, the Mississauga Subaru where I purchased it, the Corporate hdqrs in Mississauga, and the Protection Plan folks as they all passed the buck and no one was willing to stand up for the product. Unless I can personally prove that there was a mechanical problem to start with, it is not covered due to wear and tear. EVERYTHING IS WEAR AND TEAR in a car. But with Subaru, it appears I am guilty of bad driving habits, unless I can prove my innocence. I have driven 2 Mazdas, 2 Volkswagons, and 1 Dodge, all in excess of 300,000 kms and never had a clutch problem. The wear and tear is NOT my cause, but I believe it must have been a mechanical problem to start with. And the dealership tells me it's my fault and is not covered. In Subaru's eyes, I expect the benefit of doubt goes with the dealer, not the client. Shame on you, Subaru, and I'm really sorry that I have completely lost faith in your product. I plan to go back to Mazda, who stand behind their product, or perhaps to Toyota. I have cancelled my Protection Plan, as it is worthless and a scam, and hope to unload my 2017 Forester as soon as possible. This is too bad, as I was hoping to become part of the Subaru family with an Impreza for my wife, and eventually for the kids. Your cars are nicely designed, but obviously, you don't stand behind your product. In 10 days, my view of the company and gone from great to terrible. My social media friends are fully supportive and have also been surprised by this lack of client care. No one at Subaru has offered a resolution.
Wish I could end this with a thanks, but not in this case
