Bad management! The worst subway manager in the store was very rude and used abusive language.terrible customer service. If you and your employees don't want to be there, you should find another job. Managers shouldn’t be in the customer service industry at all.

This Subway location serves the patients, visitors and staff of sick kids and it is currently not open to the general public. So what do they do with this special situation? They are constantly out of stock on items (even as dinner time starts), they jack up their prices, their employees are rude, their manager is unsympathetic to the needs of customers, and they don’t honour coupons. So they gouge customers (many of which are parents there with their hospitalized children). Here’s a tip: if you are sold out of something, offer a small token of appreciation to the inconvenienced customer that at least tries to admit some fault or sympathy to someone who does not need to choose your Subway location for lunch or dinner. I won’t be back to this garbage location. I’m not going to be treated as if they’re doing me a favour by making me a sandwich. I’m the one paying. I’m the one who just wants some lunch/dinner. So, in conclusion, whomever is in charge of this location, or Subway Canada in general, needs to make some changes at the Sick Kids location, because they seem to have forgotten that they need to keep customers happy or they might go someplace else, like I did and will continue to do in the future.

The guy who said he is manager of the store was very rude and used abusive language to me. He refused to take my order.

My Daughter and I are hospitalized because of a relapse. There is not much to eat at night so we get a sub to have in the fridge at night. We went to get a sub at 10: 05. Extremely rude guy that works there said " we are closed. ". I said The store is opened till 11, and his response was " I don't care, I close when I want ".

After pleading for just one sub, only meat and lettuce, nothing else (could have been done in under a minute) he just ignored me with all attitude.

If I had this business at sick kids, this guy would have been fired in a heart beat.

This continues to happen because there are no reprecautions for the new generation and there entitled attitude. Extremely shameful especially in sick kids.

May 19, morning shift. The employee is unhygienic. Using the same gloves to take money and making sandwich’s. When asked to change gloves, got an eye roll. Other person said they watched her serve people, cash out and restock meat using the same gloves. This is a hospital setting, during covid times. Subway needs to review its hygiene protocols with their staff.

The staff is so rude in the evening. Subway’s tagline is create your own sandwich. Its all about customized but the girl working there name ‘Kavya’ she always don’t do the things which requires a little bit of hardwork. Even she don’t chops the salad saying that now we have stopped chopping salad and serves whole veggies. Such a bad experience and that too continuously 3 times.
So so so rude lady she thinks making her own rules is fine. I request subway to take an audit here undercover and catch these guys that how are they decreasing the franchise value.

The cashier working on Mar 15,2022 is exactly what the hospital needs. A friendly and helpful person. You can't see her smile behind her mask, but her smile show through the way she treats you.

Subway evening staff are rude and disrespectful. They served cold meatball sub and when you tell them about it they want to warm it up. Who want there cold toppings heated. Then they tell you that there is nothing they can do. So your suppose to eat a cold Meatball sub, which is suppose to be hot. Not even offer to make you a new one. So I lost my money, which I can't afford to be giving away my money for free.

I went to Subway here at sick kids and they served me a cold meatball sub. I was asked if I wanted it heated up and I said no, because I don't like my bread toasted. I went back to them and told them that the meatballs are cold. They offered to heat it up and I said that I don't want my toppings heated up. They told me there is nothing they can do. So I asked for my money back. They told me no. They didn't offer me a new Sud and I was told there is nothing they can do.so I gave them back there Sud and told them to keep it. I thought the customer was always right, I guess not.

Terrible customer service. If you and your employees don't want to be there, you should find another job. Too busy playing on your phones to serve customers, then the rushed rudeness for interrupting your phone time. Worst subway ever.

The service provided by Subway team in this branch is excellent and they are very professional particularly (Harsh and his teammates), they were really good, aware and efficient!

I normally love this place amazing staff friendly and open to conversation. They have hired a lot of new people which is fine but they are not being trained properly and that is not their failt and they have a very stuck up full of himself assistant manager. He is rude doesn't listen and when I asked when I could speak to that manger he said never you can deal with me. He rolls his eyes, shrugs his shoulders and acts like a child not assistant manager material at all. I wish the old staff would come back they knew how to socialize with parents when they have had a long day or night with their sick children.

This place is pretty good and usually fast service. Depends who you get to make your sub, but most are good. They do not have jalapeno peppers and often only 1 kind of olive.

Wish I could give less than one star. My wife and I bought two foot long subs. Unfortunately, one of them had a hair on it. Upon returning to Subway, staff were quick to suggest to remake. But you can imagine, after seeing a hair, you are turned off eating it. I requested a refund for the sub. At this point all staff said they were not authorized to do the transaction. I asked for a credit for future use. They said they cannot. I told them to throw out the remaining of the sub - 6 inches. We have been at sick kids hospital for six weeks now. We will not be returning to this location again.

Very stingy and rude customer service. Been coming to sick kids for the past 7 year for my very unwell child and I'm always shocked on how cheap this subway is compared to almost every other one, along with the rudeness of some of their employees.

Yesterday I went to get a breakfast sandwich and the girl only put two slices of bacon on my sub.so I asked politely if she could add just one more slice. (extra bacon which is payed for is usually 2 slices of extra bacon.but as I requested I only wanted 1 extra slice) the employee then said I would have to pay.

When I asked why and mentioned I just would like one extra that the girls usually do it with no concern. She then began to be rude which then of course caused me to get irritated as living in a hospital and struggling with your sick child is already not an easy job, and my patience are running very thin.

We sick kid parents already lack a good eating diet when admitted in hospital as its 1.hard to find the time 2.very expensive and 3.if your like me you don't eat well under stress.

Either way I was disappointed as this being a sick children's hospital and parents whom are under duress 24 hours a day, you would think that one slice of bacon is really not going to make or break the subway bank, but would make a stressed out mama feel better.

Thanks for once again for making my experience not a pleasant one, along with ruining my morning and adding more stress to my already extremely stressed out plate.

What is wrong with humanity?

I know this review won't change much as obviously this subway is convenient being located inside the hospital but perhaps it will inform the owner, manager and staff, and make them more aware of their actions and how they make customers feel.

I am only one of many who I've heard complaining about this subway, their actions and their staffs customer service skills.

Come the warmer month I will be sure to enjoy a little walk to the closest subway nearby. As I would prefer to give my business to a franchise who appreciates there customers continual business. Again Very disappointed!

I have bed experience. She charge me extra and when I ask her.she is so rude and told me, I m not your servant. Not good customer service.
