Subway

For the past four visits my club sub on a plain bun has been very stale. Today it was rock hard. Before making it my husband is asked do you want it toasted. I am not sure how old this bun was? More than day old

Probably one of the better subways. One guy there always remembers me andnmakes my custom sandwhich perfectly. Deffinitely one of the better subways in the city! And they always have BAKED LAYS which i csn never find anywhere anymore lol

My favorite Subway in Toronto. The staff won't hesitate to give you extra vegetables when you ask for it. A lot of places never give me enough lettuce & peppers; but this place always does. Don't stop making good quality subs, and I'll be back time and time again.

What a horrible experience today trying to order a sub from Subway.
Had to repeat myself more than once to tell her what I wanted.
She asked me if I want it toasted with cheese I said yes and when I got my sub it has none of them on it.
They did not put my receipt in the bag so when I got home and found out there was no cheese on my sub how much to exchange it.
I will still go and try anyways. But most likely not.
I will not be going to this subway for a long time.

I need my sub toasted with cheese after all.

Sign is up by special is not on.
Person who work there told me that the sign is old. After I try to order it and pay for it.
This person was truly incompetent but polite.

It's an amazing spot to grab your favourite subway dish. As a vegetarian, I have multiple options to choose with healthy meals including broccoli? Soup. Also, there's free parking nearby. The street parking aren't allowed.

Fairly decent service. However, there's a serious broader issue regarding the policies that Subway uses to organize its staffing arrangements: during the evening hours, there's only 1 person working behind the counter. This is undeniably dangerous as it leaves employees in vulnerable positions, especially if they're working in unsafe neighborhoods. Anyone can walk in and engage in boisterous behavior or, worse still, engage in theft or robbery. Subway ought to ensure that at least 2 employees are in-store per shift, as the presence of two persons is far likelier to prevent harassment/theft/robberies. If that's not possible, then hire a security firm to provide an on-site visible security presence at the front of the store. While I know this is outside Subway's existing business model, it's imperative that they stop cutting costs at the expense of the safety and well-being of their employees. Please, do the right thing: protect and ensure the safety of the people you hire.

I am very disappointed with this location. Every time I come to this location staff is very rude and plus I have to tell them how to do their job. Not to long ago I had picked up a sub and when I got home and started eating it I found a piece of hair when I opened the sandwich and I can assure you that it isn't mine. Definitely my last time coming to this location.

Usually love this place, but the employee last time we were there did a disappointing job. We ordered two subs using the app.

On one there were missed ingredients, and short on other ingredients. On the other, the meat was all piled at one end. In both the bread fell apart while we tried to eat them.

Usually this outlet is good (particularly one guy who is the best sub-maker around). But I might hesitate to order for pick-up without being able to see who is serving and what they are doing.

EDIT after reply from Owner: Thanks for your reply and caring enough to make it right. We got the refund and a credit for a free sandwich. My confidence is restored - four stars.

They offer a fantastic range of delicious food. I loved eating here. Employees are always kind, pricing is fair and the spot is always kept clean.

11.21am Saturday morning I went to order a sandwich and the two girls din't have all the breads ready they only had two types of bread ready 9 oats and whole wheat none of which I can eat. That is really bad for business!

For the most part good quality is there. Staffing is lacking. One person working at lunch time. Waiting a long time only to find out you are out of gluten free or the gluten free buns have mild on them.
We eat here frequently enough and it is hit or miss whether there are GF buns available but there is always one person working.

I always stop by getting some food here. I enjoyed the rapid customer service and well made dishes. Never disappointing.

I go to this Subway outlet near my home when I have a craving for a soup. Today I ordered Cream of Broccoli soup. They made it fresh, and it tasted so good. I like it because it has pieces of rotini pasta, carrots and broccoli. For under $3/- for 255 mL (a cup) you get hot soup with 4 g of protein and 150 calories of energy, which is tasty and satisfying. Salt can be reduced from 790 mg - a bit too salty for my taste.

WOW Neeraj just made me the best god damn sub I’ve ever eaten. I’m saving half of it for my wife cause she’s gotta try this. I love subway and I love Neeraj.

Cashier young lady doesn't understand much English, skimped out on veggies and used old coffee at 7am

Ordered uber eats. Issue with first order, issue with the replacement. Had to call many times to get someone on the phone. Uber refunded.

This is the freshest, cleanest, and most friendly subway in town. They give me what I ask for. You want olives? You want lots of olives? They won’t even finch at the request. Other places can be stingy but not this one. Only subway I go to now. Looking for a magical sub? Look no further! Hey maybe I will see you there:)

Finch west subway s great it really saves me 45mins or more time! I use to have t take 3 bus just t get t subway.so I'm thank full

Skip this place. We went in for service the woman at the front desk had nothing ready. We ask if we could wait she ignored us so pretty much everything we said she would not reply very rude. The veggie she started to put out looked old the luttuce was turning brown. I will never ever come back there so much better at st Clair and bathurst.

Consistently one of the cleanest and most efficient in the chain. The staff here are always polite and courteous.never a disappointing experience.
