Trash "food", trash people and stingy. Even with napkins which cost 1 cent lol. These people drive away business to be stingy on a couple pieces of paper

Have no manners how to talk to a customer no guidance more help in any offers on anything if we asked her how come you available to offer? They are never ready to help anyone extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Highly disappointed don’t go there.

The night shift guy needs to know if the lettuce turns red it cannot be served. Useless workers.

Sign says 24 hours open I just tried to go inside at 545am to get a breakfast meal and told there is no bread until after 7am so what is the point of the 24 hours if all I can get is a drink and no food.

Paid 10 bucks for this veggie less sub. I don't understand why the staff here is so stingy with veggies on a veggie sub. Stop stealing money from people and give your customers what they are paying you for. Never coming back.

Will never order from here ever again. These guys are so greedy. As if they put veggies from their own pockets. Definitely do NOT order from a lady that has glasses on. She is the most thrifty. I have been here 5-6 times. She is the worst. I am done buying from here. Subway should discontinue this franchise location or ask management to be better. Otherwise this place deserves to go bankrupt

I tried there rice bowl salad for the first time, it was a good chicken teriyaki bowl, however the portion I received wasn’t a lot. I would probably order the sub next time I would not recommend for the size and portion! Now reading from other reviews I think this location don’t give enough portion!

There was a hair in both of the sandwiches we ordered, very long strands. In the wrap one was just hanging out to see, in the other it was inside in the middle of the sandwich. When we went to pick up the order, there was girl working there not wearing a hair net. Absolutely disgusting

I’m a very frequent client and I just wanted to drop a note for this location. The staff is just so kind and hard working, well done guys! Special mention to Umang for all his good service since the first time I came here. He is always dedicated to make your sandwich taste as good as possible! Cheers!

This is the third time I’ve ordered via the app because it’s the closest subway from my condo. Each time, I’ve noticed the sandwiches are thinner and with less things that the other. This time was just so thin I was shocked. Never coming here again. Avoid at all costs

It was a quick order during the lunch period. There were a few others in front but I felt that the staff were being trained. Although they ended up giving me my order within a short time, there were staff asking the managers what they needed to do. The Crispy Chicken feature sando was pretty good as well as Black Forest. Hopefully, it will be a better experience when I return next time.

Employee used the same gloves to fix her hair, make sandwiches, hold the phone, touch the credit card pad, and cash register while processing a large order over the phone… I should have left but it was the only place open and I was starving on my way home.the cookies had a burnt taste and were hard as a rock, I actually tapped it on my counter as a joke

I've been here more than twice now, and I post this review only because I want to save other people the pain and misery that you might experience after going to this particular location. Always get the bottom of the box veggies. I went on Wednesday to order 2 subs of the days, foot long. It's almost like the staff panicked, thinking how much chicken would go into 2 footlongs. Normally, when I go to any other subway, they generously put one decent scoop per 6 inches for the Chicken Teriyaki. But here, the staff put half (or less than half) and was hesitating to put 1-2 more pieces (that rightfully belong to the sandwich.) I could go on and on), but I'm going to stop as I don't want to waste any more time.

Save yourself and go to the Front and Spadina location.

They're way too chintzy here. They ran out of pizza sauce for our pizza sub. Forgot several toppings, and only added a few toppings for the ones they remembered. Ex/ 3 tomatoes on a foot long, 1/4 of the sub empty.

We had to fight just to get sauce added to the sub. They wouldn't add spinach. Avoid.

The guy went through the entire process of making my pizza sub only to tell me at the end that he didn't have pizza sauce. Maybe tell me that initially? It's not actually a pizza sub without pizza sauce. They're the absolute worst lol. Don't even know what else to say. Terrible.

Staff rude. Can’t use washroom. Can’t sit inside or out. Sub was not good. Tomatoes were over ripe. Bun tasted like air. Been eating subway for 30 years. This was the worst experience. Won’t be back. Very disappointing

A small Subway right across Tim Hortons. Usually not too busy. Service and food options are OK.

Ordered for pick up online and when I got home I saw my sandwiches were all so STINGY! I know the locations are franchised and the owners are trying to save on cost but wow, I felt like the meat in my tuna and steak sandwich were literally HALF the amount.

I won't be ordering from this restaurant anymore. Also the staff were not pleasant when I came to pick up my order, made me uncomfortable.

Ordered a Veggie footlong through Uber eats and this is one sorry of a sub I received. They are so stingy with veggies. DO NOT GO HERE!

Workers are slow and have poor time management.people are queued up and they are working on mobile orders at a leisurely pace.english is limited as is communication.do not ask questions outside what is on the menu or the pace will slow to a crawl.

I would not recommend ordering from this location. The employees are rude and don't care about their customers. And I am a frequent Subway customer. Go to any other location near by and they will make your subs way better. Also they never pick up their phones. Why even have one?

Place is all horrible. They dont act like part of franchise but like a private store. Subway corp should revoke their license as this location is a shame for the brand. First of all they have 2 doors and none of them is equipped for the wheelchair entrence even there is a sticker on the door- wheelchair. But there is no press button or anything like that. Secondly, - they refuse to accept subway coupons. Third, it is bylaw in toronto everyone indoors should wear mask. Plus they deal with food- employees do not wear mask. And many more.location should be shut down. Do not go there

I loved this Subway. I was reached 11: 03 Pm, store closed by 11: 00 but one great guy Dhruv opened the door and served even after closing. Really appreciate this guy. Recommend everyone to go and enjoy delicious food.

I've been to this location twice now, once on a late Saturday night and again on a Monday night (ironically both times prior to close). Both visits I was assisted by the same associate. He was working alone and was swamped with not only people in line, but orders coming through for delivery. I've never seen someone work so hard like he had. He's very dedicated to his tasks, the customers and his job. He was able to multitask very well and made the sandwiches to perfection. Given the pandemic and the increased amount of orders being processed for delivery, I can only imagine how stressful it may be. Such amazing customer service and will return. This supervisor deserves a raise!

Long wait time, they should've given me the ingredients and I would've made it myself. Only one person working at the store and long line up.

Very stingy on toppings. Bread stale. I love Subway but find this location extremely disappointing. They make the sandwiches poorly. Customers shouldn't have to add ingredients at home.

No one was wearing masks on their faces when I walked in today. Then they used the gloves they had on to adjust their masks so I walked out and won't be coming back.

Had to buy my meal but before that had to use the washroom. Both washrooms were locked with no signs of out of service. When approached the cashier, he gave me attitude, with saying both are out of service and was hanging on prep table.
Had to just walk out without my meal. I was once the supervisor at subway and know all ins and outs but this behaviour was totally disrespectful

I tried to use washroom, an employee told me they closed washroom because they have inspection scheduled for next day which is ironic because what's the purpose of keeping washroom clean if customers can't use it. Also he told me to use washroom at Tim Hortons. Maybe i should eat at Tim Hortons as well

Found hair in this sub.i mean they are rude and disrespectful. Also how they can be so un hygienic? They can’t provide clean service.never coming back to this location

I placed an online order and I called just right after asking them to cancel the order because I placed the order on wrong location and the manager HANGED OUT the phone on me! I said I will complain and he said go head! I have been so many times the owner is too rude and I will follow this thing up and won’t let this dirty and unclean with unprofessional management continues what is he doing.

Terrible experience. The staff are rude and treat your food like garbage, woman out too much mayo on my sandwich and wrapped it up without looking and the sandwich was all messy inside. The bread wasn’t even, the mayo we swimming all over the sandwich and dripping out. When I notified the staff and let them know that they put way more mayo then I’ve ever had, (keep in mind I never asked for my money back or asked them to make it again) the women started arguing with me and telling me that it’s custom to put that much and that I just didn’t like it! I told her I’ve never had my sandwich like that, I order the same thing at Subway and I I’ve never had this problem. Don’t go here they treat you and your food like garbage.

I find a dead cockroach and when I let them know! They just acted like I don’t care and it is a normal thing! Vary dirty, definitely worst subway franchises that I have ever been!

Went one evening a few weeks ago! Staff was fast making my order with a moderately sized line. Only took a couple minutes. Food seemed not the freshest (bread was flat and tomatoes were sad-looking), but it tasted good!

I love subway! It is a quick healthy way to eat, but I wish they had the broccoli soup more often.

Not very pleasant experience. The vegies never tasted fresh and the store attendants never seemed to be happy and looked very tired too. The one on king street west and bathurst is much more lively than this one.

Good service not great. Sometimes multiple people are working in the back when there is a large line.

Even tough it is not easy to park my car for this subway location, sandwiches from this subway is good enough! I love to visit this store whenever I have things to do nearby this location!

Worst customer service! The guy makes weird faces when you ask them to add something to the sub!

No toast and no soup but the worker was generous on giving topping so I will give it extra star.
