I order through the uber eats app from This location and they always mess up my order and then never respond to any calls. Never pay any attention to any order specifications. Worst location ever and worst employees.
This location is BY FAR THE WORST! First of all, their food is never fully cooked or fresh. Last time I got their Chicken Teriyaki and the chicken was raw! Today I got their Mozzarella Bella sandwich and the pesto was not fresh and as it had gotten dark while he was adding that to my sandwich. I asked them for extra pesto as that was the main ingredient of the sandwich I was paying for and the girl that was working there in the background, said something in Indian to her coworker and then he looked at me and said “it’s gonna be extra”! I was like are u kidding me? Other locations provide waaay more pesto as that is the main ingredient and now you put just a little bit for me (which half of it was not even fresh and was dark green) and you wanna charge me extra?
The Indian girl was very rude and she kept giving me the side eye! She kept looking at me and saying something to her coworker in her language which i found very offensive as she was clearly talking about me.
I hope your manager/owner sees this and takes immediate action as this was unacceptable behaviour. I will never set foot in this location again, I would rather go to one that is farther from me but has better quality food and more importantly better customer service.
The female serving kept her gloves in while handling cash. When she was finished serving me she walked past the hand washing sink to simply switch gloves. I said to her “aren’t you going to wash your hands you just handled cash? ” She said “I’m just changing my gloves”. This is absolutely DISGUSTING! I work in a hospital and LTC and worked during Covid. CHANGING YOUR GLOVES DOESN’T MEAN YOUR HANDS ARE CLEAN, YOU MUST STILL WASH YOUR HANDS.
To start with service the lady over the counter with Specs dating today july 24 2023, worst i have ever seen. I asked her what was the sub of the day and asked her to customize my sub to place both the patties on end. She said yes and continued till the bill when i realized she over charged me. Asked her what was the reason and then she was saying it was charged as 6inch vegie and 6 inch sub of the day with double patty. I asked for dine in earlier when i came in and she said it is going to close at the bill time. Very Rude behaviour when confronted on the price and Dine in. She then said the she is gonna let it go for this one time and don’t repeat it again. If you are not allowed to customize and get your order what is the point of having your motto displayed for the store. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST even if you are hungry
Ordered through uber eats BOGO 3 days prior. The order was canceled 1 hour before my delivery time, reason being "an ingredient not available". Could they have call to suggest substitute/skip the ingredient instead of canceling? If you offer BOGO and don't really want to fulfill then maybe you shouldn't offer. Very unreliable. Had to order else where last minute for the party.
I ordered subway from this store and selected all the veggies but i Just got lettuce and tomatoesin subway, They literally ruined my dinner. And there was also a hair in my sub so that says about hygine.
Always Fresh to NEVER FRESH. Bread is always dry & hard. Never follow the instructions, tried several times but No improvements. Lack of customer service, no people working their keep on talking in their own language by not even listening or focusing what a customer is ordering. 0 star place.

I ordered through the Subway App, to utilize the deals. But the app made errors on one of my order beyond my belief. I took the sandwich back, and informed the store keeper. At first they were reluctant to believe me. It is hard to believe. Then I said that I would pay for the replacement sandwich. When they prepared the new sandwich and they surprised me by offering free. This kind of customer service level is outstanding. Subway head office take note, your ordering app has a flaw, and a mind of its own, you need to fix it to avoid food wastes. Kudos to the ladies, your store is the only one in the area that honor the promotion.

The staff here makes sure to cater to each customer with great politeness and handle each order with finesse. I have been a regular here for the past few months and the major reason for my revists is the friendly environment and the always smiling staff.
Ordered a new crispy chicken footlong turns out it’s the worst sloppy old sandwich I ever had, should not be sold. Chicken is rubbery and bad. The chicken is directly from frozen they didn't heat it.worst experience.i tried calling them many times, but no response
Placed an order on ubereats as they’re doing promotions for buy one get one free footlongs. I called the store politely immediately after placing my order asking if they could cut the foot longs in half and wrap them separately as the sandwiches are for different people. Reason being that I want to take safety precautions due to COVID so that everyone gets their own wrapped 6inch sub. The lady I spoke to agreed. However, when the food arrived, they were neither cut nor wrapped separately. I tried to contact the restaurant again for clarification but they just hang up on me, twice, before I even said anything. I’m strong disappointed with their service and and how they handled me as a customer. DO NOT GO HERE!
Good customer service. I was served by “SABA”.:) She was very sweet. Clean and hygienic serve. Followed all the COVID protocols. Definitely recommend trying out the cookies.
All Staff of subway for this location was very rude to me and my family I don’t know if they were trained before or not but you can't talk to customers in anyway you want, you can't say anything bad to them, I just went there to get food and in the first when I walked in there were like oh no customers and they didn't care about what I didn't want to put in my sandwich, they put everything they wanted and when I told them there were like oh my bad, but we can't change it. Even they didn't give me manager number, that's why I write a review so maybe they'll see what employees they hire for this job.

Went to this location 3x for lunch, the woman at the counter was rude and talking on the phone via a Bluetooth throughout my order. I had to repeat my order several times, she never said "Thank you" or "Goodbye", one of the sauces that I requested for my sandwich was stale, she used the same gloves as last order, she didn't care about my business. There are many restaurants in this plaza, I wiil "NEVER" visit this location again!
Nice local Subway, toppings could be kept a bit cleaner, organized and topped up but overall it does the job just fine. Coupons when available are great or the in store special or Sub of the day works well too.

This is honestly the best location in town! The subs are always made with care and taste so good. During this Covid-19 pandemic, all the employees were wearing masks and taking precaution which was awesome! I was able to understand them even with their masks on. The staff working there are the best, so friendly and caring.
The customer service in this subway is phenomenal, they nail the sandwich every time and aren’t afraid to ask for extra. Vegetables are always fresh and juicy, the place is well kept and smells great. Awesome classic subway, nothing wrong with it.

I love this subway. The owner guy is really nice! They're always fast and ready to go. They keep things clean and well organized. They are always ready for their lunch rush and they do a really good job balancing pre-orders with in-house customers. I always feel welcome there. Some subways don't really care how long you have to wait in line and sometimes they barely acknowledge you exist as a person, but this subway always makes me feel good to be a customer
The most amazing Subway restaurant period. Not only because of the food but because of the atmosphere. So many great things can be said about this location. One being, the employees at this specific Subway are the most inviting, kind employees I have ever met. I certainly can not leave out the fact that the cleanliness of this location is extraordinary. I wholeheartedly believe that this particular Subway restaurant is the best in the country.
Best subway I have ever been too. The service is outstanding, nice staff that go above and beyond to joke and laugh with customers, excellent customer service. The owner is also very nice, upgraded my drink for free because something went wrong with the order, and all around will go out of the way to ensure a positive experience. If your getting subway this place is definitely the one to go too.

Subway is the largest fast food chain by number of restaurants. I am not exaggerating to say my co-workers and I drive past 6 other locations to go to this specific one because they are the best. They are the nicest / friendliest / most accommodating staff and they literally make better sandwiches than other locations. It may sound simple, but it's the truth - this location is the best.
Best subway I've been to in over a decade! The new owner and his team are so friendly and they even remembered my friends favourite sub and now make it on the day he comes in. Always above and beyond service. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Don't order their uber eats. They are the ones who don't respect the customers. They give me cold food and lack of drinks. I even put the food in the microwave and eat it. I had a diarrhea. I hope you can improve your attitude. Thank you!
