I just wanted share my bad experience with this location. I visited around 11.35pm today and I saw that attendant was preparing some non-vegetarian sandwich he was touching vegetables with same glouses which he used to heat the meat and put on the bread. When I told that vegetables are getting contaminated and there are many families who are either vegetarian or don't eat non halal meat, so change the glouse before touching vegetables. On that he started behaving rudely and started telling me that "he can't change the glouse each time, and if you have some reservations with it the you can choose to not take from us. " Instead of arguing with him further left the place.

Thought of writing this review, so others who are vegetarians or who don't eat non halal food will be cautious before ordering something with subway

Ordered online for takeout via the app and they did not follow the instructions (toppings/preparations). I understand maybe 1 or 2 toppings can be incorrect but most of the toppings were incorrect or missing and the sandwich was not toasted. Prices have increased and service has been decreasing.

Very bad customer service. The staff seemed annoyed that we had to order. Very rude tone and was not happy to serve customers at all. I suggest going to a different location.

Absolute trash. Employees are rude and rush to make the subs just to get back on their phones. They don’t wash their hands. It’s actually a joke. Probably the worst subway location in Canada.

Very rude customer service.

I placed an order on Uber Eats last night at 1: 30am and at around 2: 15 I decided I did not want to wait any longer. I live 2 blocks away from this location so I went in person and explained to the lady working the register what happened.

She started getting rude with me and demanding the order number from me, knowing that only drivers have access to that info (I also drive for Uber Eats.) I'm trying my best to be calm but she starts lecturing me and just generally being rude and refusing to help me out. I was shocked because what started out as a calm interaction turned into a screaming match in a 24hr Subway restaurant.

All I wanted was the sandwich that I ordered and paid for but apparently that was too much to ask for, from this woman.

Worst place ever and the lady working here on Sunday Dec 4,2022 is absolutely rude to every customer. I was here to pick up the uber order and asked her if i can use restroom and she said its not for uber drivers, only for customers. I mean is she out of her mind. Uber is also their customer as we are dropping food to their customers. She doesn’t seem like wants to work. Why did manager hire such kind of people at very well respected food place. More than worst staff i ever see at any subway. Many more customers were standing there and she is talking rudely with them.

Don’t waste time to go at this location. Staff doesn’t look happy to see customer. Just making it like she has no option. Wrong setting of toaster used to toast bread and meat as a result meat was cold bread was soggy. After billing staff doesn’t even care to handover atleast to the glass, I had to put my arm inside to pick sandwich. I don’t know what else to say kindly train your staff properly. Won’t be coming to this location anymore.

My first observation were the bugs on the cookies. I should have walked out. Secondly, I get my sandwich, get home.break is rock hard. Third! HAIR IN MY SANDWICH!

Usually, there is only 1 person working at this location, so sometimes, you may have to wait up to 10 mins before being served if there are several ppl ahead of you or online orders coming through

The girls who work there through the week are very good at their jobs, and there is one in particular whose friendliness and quality stands out. I buy a sub from subway pretty much every day, though from several locations, and this one is definitely one of the better stores.

We canceled our orders when we saw the employee serving customers & making the food was wearing his mask on his chin, mouth & nose fully exposed. Not a political thing, just, really uncomfortable eating food made by someone with their mask on their chin.

I love this subway location more, than any other. Because the people actually listen to what you want on your sub or wrap. They don't force extra toppings or more sauce, like some places I've visited in the past. And, it's not always as busy or rushed.

Great place to get the sandwich of the day 24 hours 7 days a week The store is open so it's always fresh food in there. Staff is lovely kind and polite and serve some of the quickest sandwiches ever.

Very bad customer service, worker messed up my order and charged me extra instead of charging me for a combo. Also every time I order via ubereats they don’t follow my special instructions and give me the wrong order.

Highly disappointed and will never try again from there in my life. Spoiled food, dirty environment and food tastes so bad. This the worst subway i ever had. I will not recommend to my friends and family.

Just to show what reviews can do, this is the 2nd closest subway to my home, the one closest is not offering the free footlong deal, so i was going to order from here, after reading the reviews i will just skip the free sub and get from the one at kingston rd and midland instead.

Ordered online from here yesterday, specified the toppings with some extra lettuce, was given bare minimum lettuce. Had to add veggies to a "veggie delight" at home. Disappointed with the sub and of how this location is being run 24 hrs with such poor service.

Never seen such bad customer service in my life.looking at customer from inside yet didn't come out to take the order is simply rude. If you don't want to serve customers after a certain time then close the store. Don't keep it open and make others suffer for you laziness.

This worker in my picture refused to wear a mask while making my sub and tried to kick me out, when i took out my phone to take a picture of his face he ran to the back and grabbed his mask, when i told him i would send the pictures to corporate he made my sub and shut up real fast

There was one lady in charge of making everyone's sandwiches and instead of taking our orders she focused only on the orders of uber eats drivers and left us standing there for 20 minutes as the line got longer and longer. One man in line eventually left because he had to go to work. Restaurant is understaffed and unprofessional. After being confronted about how she was not taking anybody's orders she continued to not serve us and kept making orders for food delivery services. Once she took our order she put the wrong toppings on the sandwich and was not even listening to us as we told her what we wanted on the sandwich. Was extremely frustrating. Would not recommend. Needs AT LEAST two staff on shift. Like cmon subway. Be better.

This employee called Kazi is super super rude. Shouting at us and throwing temper to us. He destroyed our coupon and asked us get out of the store. We as normal customers come and order food. Did nothing wrong. This Kazi if you are not in mood at work, please take a break and go home. I strongly suggest the management to review his working attitude. I will definitely not come again. I will call the customer service line and make a complaint too.

I frequently order food late at night on UberEats, and there’s 3 Subway locations that offer delivery near me. Everytime I got food from the two locations on the Danforth, they’ve made mistakes, condiments missing, totally dismissed special instructions etc. The location on St-Clair is the ONLY location that ALWAYS follows my instructions PERFECTLY, there are never any mistakes, never anything missing, food is always fresh, presentation, packaging, all on point and I couldn’t be more pleased. I now always choose this location over the other two, even if its a bit further and even if the other ones offer free delivery. I much rather pay $1 more and wait a tad longer to get the certitude that i will be 100% satisfied with my food and the care of my order.

Last couple visits the buns were stale. At this location and others.too bad, they were my favourite sub shop. On a positive note the staff are always very nice and always wash there hands before serving.

I come to this excellent restaurant once a month because I enjoy the ambiance that is exist in this restaurant. The staff is awfuly friendly and skilfull. The service is extremely rapid. Most important, the food they cook is highly distinguished. I visited many times and I was always joyful. The rate is modest. I highly suggest this place to all my friends.

I just went subway at 11: 50 something and that guy was literally horrible. Like how come a service person has this much attitude man. I didn't get my food yet and i was asked pay first and then i asked for extra cheese and he arrogantly replied that's extra. Like what? As if i can not pay or what? Worst customer service ever seen

Me and my wife used to go all the time. We went so much they know us. But the first problem we ever had with our sub's.both of us thought the toppings werent fresh and it tasted like garbage. We took a few bites and neither of us wanted to eat anymore after your turned off of food. After bringing back basically 2 full sub's asking for my refund after I called them and they said come over. The woman argued with me tooth and nail "the toppings are fresh, here try a tomato" I told her I'm disgusted I don't want to eat here anymore I just want my money back and have a nice day. But she instead kept fighting and fighting. Until I forced her to call her manager and without saying another word. I got my refund. After a 10 minute arguememt with a woman who doesn't understand English very well.

Cheap Bengali (brown) worker at midnight shifts. Over charged me and tried putting the least amount of ingredients. He tried giving me a cookie that dropped on the floor when I saw it at the corner of my eyes then he tried lying about it. However, when I looked at the floor he was wearing slippers which is a safety violation at any food handling services. If he dosent get dealth with. The head office will find out about this.
