Update: I believe the employees are adding tips to the prices… was charged 7.11 for a six inch cold cut today (didn’t get guac on it) Need more employees during lunch time at 12. I’ve spent a good chunk of my lunch break just waiting on line when there’s only three people

Long wait is usual. Expect 15min to 20min because they're understaffed. Food is good, people are nice.

The person making your sandwich is polite friendly and helpful.you can see that it is genuine humanity and respect for a fellow human being, and not cause he wants your money. I have been here a couple of times at nearly closing time and every time it was this guy who does the late / graveyard shift who has been so nice that it just felt so nice especially after such a long day at work. I pay by card and his machine doesn't even Demand a tip (There's no option either) unlike so many places which have terrible service but still coerce you to tip even though you may not feel like it. I go there on my way back when I have had a long day at work and am too tired to cook. It has always been so nice, even when I asked for the sub of the day which wasn't offered anymore, (I usually go for the sub of the day as I too am struggling here making ends meet and try to save wherever I can) I did not get any snide/ condescending replies that its not available but was told very nicely that the offer wasn't there. These little things matter. You could tell the empathy. I got comfort food and comforting vibes. Thank you Mr.unknown sandwich artist for that (IYKYK who you are). God bless and best wishes

I just went to purchase a sub 45 minutes ago and it took 40 minutes to get my sub and order completed with only 2 people in front of me. It was extremely frustrating and annoying. The lady working there with glasses has a horrible attitude and I was so close to walking out and leaving the subs because I have a job that I need to get back to.

Warning: Do not order catering from here.

If you're looking for a sub for yourself, this Subway is fine. The staff are friendly and work hard. The food is what you'd expect from Subway.

But this restaurant is not prepared for big orders. I went in person on a Wednesday to place an order for the next day for 5 catering platters. I talked to a nice employee and the manager. They carefully wrote down everything I asked for. We agreed on a 4: 20 pick-up and I expressed how important it was for me to have it ready on time as I needed it for a 5: 00 event nearby.

I showed up at 4: 30 the next day, thinking I gave them more time to finish my order. They said mine wasn't ready yet. I asked how long and they said 10 minutes. I waited patiently for 10 minutes. Then I asked again. They again said 10 minutes. They finally finished my order at 5: 10.

To their credit they were apologetic, but three things bothered me:
1) They didn't work ahead to get the order done on time.
2) They weren't honest with how much longer it would be. I could have gave better warning to our event guests.
3) They kept serving other individual customers even while I was there waiting late for my order. If 50 individuals are lined up for a sub, you don't let the 51st jump ahead of the line, so why do that when it is a large take-out order?

I hope employee training for these kinds of situations improves.

The employee was not wearing a mask in the backstore (the room was half-open) and took at least 5 min to come and serve me. He then forgot to give me the cookies I had paid for and the food was not already cold when I ate 5 min later

Food quality is terrible. Got sick after eating here.
Also try to scam people by charging for a more expensive sub so be weary

Fast service and polite staff. Everything you should come to expect from a Subway establishment. The place was kept clean and they didnt rush making my sandwich. The only odd thing was on one particular day I walked in there was a moldy smell in the air. I think this might have had to do with their AC unit more than anything however I have been to this location many times and that only happened once.

There is potential to eat fresh. Also, sometimes they have Swiss cheese. Also also they no longer have Izze stocked so hard sell. Also, they switched the honey mustard sauce with some smoked honey mustard abomination.

But if those aren't key to your sandwich, you're good to go.

Theres one lady called Youden, that works there on Saturdays who is always very friendly and warm, awesome artist- Not to mention all the other staffs, great environment.

We waited 10 minutes for an employee to come out and serve us and we could see where they were through the camera monitors. They didn't notice the bell that rang at the door so I don't know why they have one. They only came out after we shouted "Hello? " multiple of times. I got a veggie and my friend got a BLT. The employee used the same gloves for both of our sandwiches, that made me uncomfortable because I am vegetarian. Also, when putting bacon onto my friend's sub, she grabbed a handful of bacon and put it on the board they make the sandwiches and the bacon was TOUCHING my sandwich! Every time she grabbed too many toppings, she would throw the leftovers back into the box it came from. EXTREMELY LAZY! I could barely read her name tag because it was faded. But I think it was Akamksha from what I could read. The service was awful, she does not care. This subway sucks.

Hey Victoria, that girl you are talking about is really nice. She always remembers my sandwich and makes it very clean. You could have told her to change her gloves.she's really friendly.

This place sucks. They usually don't even have bread if you go 30 mins before they close. This is the first time that I see subway running out off bread.

There were few customers who left since there was no bread. I usually get a footlong but had to order a wrap and the guy didnt evern give me 2 wraps for the price of a footlong.

Bread is the least expensive thing in a sandwich and they should have plenty of those. They technically lost about $20 just because it requires them to have few extra bread.
