Terrible customer service, rude everytime I go, and I'm always polite and smiling at first. The good reviews are from family and friends 100 percent. I know it's a tough job for little pay, but I'm not a cat so don't kick me.

When i ask them washroom.they told me to be customer.but am uber driver.some times i pick from this store uber eat.at the end i paid but I didn't taken the one i bought.the mean think the way of explanation to me its bad.time 6: 50pm today.

Jasmin is very rude and also the guy with the facial hair. Customer service is very bad. I won’t give this business my business anymore. Lots of different place that sell sub not only subway. Very bad service

Been several times but have boycotted this location. Every single visit was met with multiple customers complaining about being skimped on the toppings and having to demand, not ask, for more.

Management hovers over the sandwich artists like overwatch making sure your footlong only gets 2 pieces of spinach and 4 olives. Cheapskates and poor customer service. Go literally anywhere else.

They make pretty good sandwiches. For many years I've liked their meatball on Italian herb & cheese bread toasted with shredded cheese and banana peppers. However, on my last visit in October 2022, when they passed me the payment terminal I noticed that they have now added a panhandling feature where they beg you for tips. The level of service at a Subway sandwich shop does not merit a tip. This terminal begging is becoming a pandemic and every time I see it, I lose all respect for the people managing these businesses. They should know better and not allow it. I've downgraded my rating for this shop accordingly.

I ordered online and my sub was done 10 minutes later than the estimated time. I wasted my lunch break watching the girls behind the counter giggle and make jokes instead of making my sub.

Absolutely discussing customer service. I called to place a pick up order, fist the left me on the phone waiting to take my order, then called back and wouldn’t pick the phone, 4 time I call they they told to just walk in cause they were busy and they couldn’t take my order over the phone? ! Then he got all offensive. If you can handle rush hour, then you are in the wrong place to work with peoples.

We got a roast beef and turkey sub. She put like 3 pieces of meat in both sandwiches. You are saving a dime but loosing a customer. We paid 15 dollars for 2 veggie subs.

The staff at this establishment are incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. They not only screwed up our order, but then had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong, and not make good any of their errors. They were more concerned with justifying the mistakes then making it right. Shame on you and your staff for treating your loyal patrons in this manner. I will order from the Subway on Silvercreek moving forward. Don't support this business they are not worthy of your loyalty! They will not get another dollar of my hard earned money. Terrible business etiquette!

Nice, clean and friendly place for getting your subs. There is a limit to people present inside the outlet due to current pandemic situation. The place looks hygienic at front. In all an overall good experience.

Management was there tonight, had employees scared.
Small selection of toppings, Soda flavors were sold out, washroom were closed. Seems like they are hurting, maybe the landlord won't give them a break or maybe they are cheap

Employees can barely speak English. Hard to understand anything they were saying. Left frustrated with incorrect order. Wont be going back

I personally love subway, the one on Paisley Rd is so clean and made us feel safe ordering there.

Excellent Subway. I have been going to this store since they opened. I recently had a small issue at the store, caused by the app. I was able to contact the owner and he did everything possible to make it right. This subway is top notch!

They were busy on a Friday night and we're still patient with my toddler picking her toppings and asking for her sandwich toasted.

Everytime I come to this subway the staff (the lady) she is always unfriendly, rude and full of attitude. I thought that during a pandemic where small businesses are suffering that she would be more appreciative to have customers supporting their restaurant. I hope this particular subway will take this review as a chance to train their employees or themselves on how to offer good customer service. There are so many subways out there so good customer service is just as important as making a good sub.

I went there mid day and the women would made my sandwhich was super rude for no reason and I wasn't be rude I was trying to be nice and she was sooo stingy with my ingredients on my sub and whenever I said a little bit more please she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude

Good food but where have the five dollar footlongs gone, McDonalds recently had a special for 3 dollar big mac's I think subway needs something to perk it up because it's getting kind of bland eating the same food maybe some new sandwiches most of these are solid but outdated

Unprofessional. Why you guys joined SkipTheDishes when you can’t even confirm orders. Leave it, it is not your kind of work. Ruined the reputation of SUBWAY as well.

Only one person is awesome here and her name is daljeet, shes fast and good, smiling and the subs are great!

The guys that work there are terrible one just stands there on till and work until the subs get cold and tell the darker skin guy to work for everything, lazy bum he is the one who works at the till, even though there is a long line.

Love this Subway, the staff are always friendly, they made suggestions when they started making our wrap's and 12" sub's, grilled to perfection, delicious meals. Dining area is super clean, food is fresh, great job guys, we always come back.

Very friendly server made us some delicious and fresh subs. Prices are ok when you get the sub of the day.

I am very disappointed with this subway. There are no customers in the store, and the manager asked me to leave because quote “I was sitting here too long” now I’m not from Guelph and nor do I know anybody in Guelph. I was simply charging my phone. And on top of that I had made a purchase! Like is this how you train your employees, to make the sale and kick them out the door? They are also very un-hygienic not washing hands after dealing with money, sneezing all over the ingredients. My opinion fire the manager and send in somebody with experience.
