Guys the service is worse! And I haven’t seen a service like this in my entire life! Customer service representative (cashier) was so bad with the behaviour. Onether thing is that girl with glasses has arrogant attitude.

Its usually crowded during lunch hours. However, the staff is really efficient. I usually prefer to ho here for lunch.

Visited many time and have the same experience at this location the girl working there has rude attitude ans her sandwich is not properly closed and showing attitude while making sandwich

If there was any negative ratings i would love to do for the staff working there especially the girls who work in morning. They are very rude, arrogant and disrespectful, they should be re-train again or they don’t deserve this position. Because they don’t know what is customer value and worth. Visited this location at 8: 30 pm. There were 2 girls working here. Very rude, unwelcoming attitude towards customers. This location needs better staff who know to deliver customer satisfaction. There should be a senior staff to supervise and ensure proper service is being given. We have had a bad experience here every time. We do not feel like eating here just after seeing their irritated faces and behaviour. They also were not wearing their name badges also intentionally. Would advice people not to visit this location

The lady working here was very irritated to fulfill my order. On asking for adequate spinach on both the subs her reply was "how am I supposed to close it" when there was literally just handful of things. No smile, no service, loads of attitude. Not paying for food and attitude. Sorry. I used to love this place. Change of staff unfortunately will make me look for other options. We walked out without any subs, with our order lying half done on counter. No apologies. No attempt to amend her horrible services.such a shame Subway!

I’m huge fan of subway and almost every week i eat subway by adding lays and any other snacks in subs for getting crunchy flavour
But today the staff of this subway said us that we don’t add other stuffs in it. Even they were very rude.

So please tell them that subway is place where we can make our own sub
It’s customer’s choice how they likes their meal.

Please tell your staff the meaning of customer service and how to behave they are very rude and even don’t listen what the customer want they put veggies by her own choice they if things gonna going this way no one comes

I went there near 2: 00am november8. There were 2 girls working both of em are very unwelcoming like they are so irritated of making my order. No smile on face like very rude and irritated behaviour. I didn’t like it at all. Needs to be improved. Atleast keep a smile on your face.

I was there at 2.50 pm today. The girl who made my order was very rude and disrespectful. My order was veggie sub, chicken sub and pepsi.

They don't honor Subway corporate coupons, unbelievable. What kind of business model is this? I just walked out, spent my money somewhere else.

This place has super rude employees and they didn’t let me refill for the third time even when I showed the subway policy and they are super disrespectful and judge people. Very disappointed.

If the subway app is giving the customers offers, every restaurant should accept it and give food to the customers but the girl in the front said they don’t accept these offers from the SUBWAY app and she was really really rude.

The lady making sub is rude and doesnot know customer service. They argue with customer and are loud like u added more stuff in subway! So according to them we should ask just cheese 1 veggie and 1 sauce and thats it! Does they know about subway policy or have and idea what does making a sub means! Pathetic location and rude staff!

Worst service. I ordered from skip and choose 3 sauces but their is no sauce. Without sauce I can't eat my sub. They take too much time.e and than give Worst good.

I went there with my friend to order vegy sandwich. The subway girl over there had no sense to talk, was so rude, was preparing order so rudely. They should teach their employees atleast some manners to how to deal with customer and be respectful while preapring food bcoz someone is gonna eat that food. She was not ready to listen to customer choices even though, it was not busy. We were the only customer. It seemed like she had fight with someone and relieving her frustration at food and customers. Very bad experience.

Very rude staff. Generally the staff at subway are friendly and welcoming but this girl was rushing through the order and made a very bad sandwich

Came into the place expecting to have a good experience but what I got was bad attitude, poor service. Also, A girl named with starting letter M was very in-cooperative and was very rude. I hope they fix this issue.

This review is for 2 of the staffs who have been working wonderfully, doing a great job treating customers so well, making them feel welcomed and asking what they want or not. They know how to cater to customers and it is not easy when it’s rush hour in the evening and treating everyone the same way is commendable. Now, let me bring up their names since they are so great at their jobs, it needs to be appreciated by all means and these 2 are Rajdeep and Sukhdeep (if I am not wrong abt their names). Have been coming here quite often n ordering food and I thought I should give my genuine feedback. Courteous, quick and great service.

Very bad customer service. Both of the girls dont have manners how to deal with customers and how to work.

Food was as expected and the service very good. Surprisingly the staff were generous with toppings which made for an efficient sandwich assembly process.

It's a real shame: unlike at so many other subways, the staff here is very pleasant, expert, and personal. That's why I gave an extra star. The restaurant itself gets one star for closing the bathrooms. Using covid is no excuse when Tim Hortons and the gas station, each right across the parking lot, has had their bathrooms open all along.

Not allowing customers to use the bathroom means we cannot wash our hands and gives the impression that the place is very dirty.

This place should be "Subway not fresh"

Also rude employees, I complained about my sub being burned and they basically said they couldn't do anything about it. Unbelievable.

Very unprofessional.

The weekend crew are superb. Professional, courteous and prompt service. Always greeted with a smile and they take great care in filling each order. It's very clean and the food is always fresh.

Service was not good but not hygienic small kind of fly’s on the veggis strongly recommend not to go there unhealthy food

Neat and Clean! The food was really delicious and great. The girl who was making sandwich was very sure about the hygienic procedures as she was changing her gloves and washing hands. Really appreciate the Staff

Gotta give one star unfortunately. I stopped in here 9 o’clock on Monday night, they said that they close at 11. I asked for whole wheat and was told that they do not have really anything except Italian and sesame seed… It is now an hour and 15 minutes until clothes that I’m in here still finishing eating and they have NO bread now and are packing up all of the toppings etc— you close in an hour? !

Just wondering what your business license says, because I’m pretty sure that it states are to be open for your full business hours, and thats in the franchise agreement with subway.

I won’t be back, this location is brutal. Keep driving to the next one.

Food was great.customer service was not bad. Employee seems unhappy while making our sandwiches.but overall it was good

Subway very crowded. Everyone trying to get on the train. There was no space for you even turn you shoulder.

The Food Was not freash and the employee yelled at me and my kids for taking too long.then he tossed my sub at me.never going back bad customer service

I would visit this location occasionally as I thought this location was cleaner than other Subways however the customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the oven roasted chicken sub and the sandwich maker tries to give me a piece of chicken that is broken in half. When I asked for sauce on the side since I don't want my sub to get soggy, I was told "no, things have changed. We don't do that anymore. Whatever you get on your sub is it. " For $10.00 and up for a sub, I will take my business elsewhere.

I came with a coupon that gets me a soup and a wrap and they were out of soup at the time so I asked if they could accommodate the coupon I had for one of the other coupons (because what million dollar franchise really cares about the physical coupon) and she kept telling me no as if it was my fault they had no soup. If you want good business you need to understand that the customer is always right. They could stay average by being like that or they could be great if they improved their customer service. I left and went over to the Tim Hortons beside them.

Worst service by server Simarjot. She was rude and in hurry while making sub and then after she was using her cellphone. When she made my sub everything was falling off upon asking to adjust it she took that veggies off the sub. I wasnt sure she is dumb or not but shes unfit for this industry. On my previous visits, manager was showing off that they have very organized store and trained people but its all garbage. Giving 1 stat becoz i cant give zero. And take a look at this 2 slices of cucumber.
