2023: 2/5 - Slow service, more expensive than every other Subway I have ever been to, and the windows have not been washed in forever.

The subway is different prize than other subways in Canada $2 more extra
When I ask the lady why different than other she said the boss the set the price but she said you should ask frist for the price?
I shouldn't ask while all price all same but this only

I went from my job for takeout order and ordered veggie patty.they don’t have patty defrosted (fresh patty) so they directly put frozen patty in sub and act like nothing is wrong! No good customer service as well! It seems Man behind counter has no interest in your order just in your wallet!

Like a beacon on a desolate Friday night, Subway Sandwiches called out to me. Sure, I had to fill out a Covid form for sit-in dining, bit it was worth it. Eat Fresh.

Ordered 12" steak and cheese, put 1 scoop of meat and the wrong cheese. Hard to screw up a sub but they managed. Wont be back

Really cheap on the meat trying to save, not like other SUBWAYS. GOOD BY LAST TIME GOING THERE.

The cashier at lunch here is very rude and the prices are about $1.50-$3 higher than other subway chains in the area. I went in for lunch with a coworker to pick up 3 subs for the two of us plus a coworker who could not make it to pick up her sub. From the start, I showed the guys my two coupons and they were happy to accept it. We had the subs made and I gave the cashier the coupons and he very rudely proclaimed "ONLY ONE". So I handed the other coupon to my coworker to pay rather than deal with this further. I was a little miffed because I showed the coupon prior to ordering. I was using a coupon that specified I was required to buy a drink. I asked for a small fountain drink and the cashier refused. I guess he was not too happy about me using a coupon. I tried to explain the coupon said ANY drink. He said he did not have small cups but that was clearly a lie, there were plenty of cups. I told him to charge me for a small drink and I won't take any drink. He rudely refused and growled at me. I asked for my coupon back and he was happy to return it and refuse approximately a $26 sub order (this location is more expensive than others). We left with the three subs made on the counter. The gentlemen who made our subs were nice, though they skimped on the toppings. I went to another one up the road, it was much cheaper and they were much more friendly. The cashier did not growl at me for asking for a small drink.
