Never ordering from this location, Someone always locks the keys to both washrooms in the washroom "apparently" liars

This subway has the very worst staff of all time because they don't know their own policies and manners

I visited this subway last week at night around 11 pm, one girl named priya i guess, she was so good at making sandwiches, as i had veg sandwich she asked if i eat egg or not and her service was very nice. Keep it up

The lettuce was brown and rotting and when I asked for fresh lettuce they refused. This is not the first time I have witnessed this at this location. I will not be returning. The fact the are serving rotting food to customers is absolutely disgusting.

The location and layout is OK, but the only thing I would suggest is making sure the toppings are fresh and topped up. Presentation and food safety is key.

Great experience! And customer support. I've been going here for years and Gagan one of the employees always remembers me and my siblings and the sauce's with ingredients we can't eat.

Went to this subway this afternoon.customer service was amazing and the place was neat and clean.i got veggie sandwich and it was delicious!

Very bad service. My daughter asked for ham and turkey sandwich but the guy forgot to add ham and later on he removed 2 pieces of turkey from the bread and put it back in the tray. The turkey slices were already heated when I told him to throw the turkey slices he said no and will wait for another customer. BEWARE

Omg they don’t know how to deal with customer they are so rude & didn’t give fresh food to customers soo rude. I don’t wanna give them even 1 star

They always do full effort to make Worst subway. Bread is always like a chew gum. I wish i could gave them Zero stars.

Worst place to order anything. People have no sense of talking. The manager, the people everyone is so rude for no reason. Don’t recommend anyone to order from them.

I just bought sub from there and i see a guy come there he didn’t know how to order and girl there speak very rude with him and she insult him i feel very bad for him so i want to request the girl please know some manners and be polite with customers you getting pay for work not doing volunteer so be kind and respectful with everyone its not you dealing with your family.

I will never come here again. The person who made my sandwich was not being sanitary whatsoever. She was in the middle of placing toppings on my sandwich, when a different employee came out and replaced the metal containers of sauces, the lady who was making my sandwich stoped what she was doing to re-organize the sauces and she picked up the metal containers to switch them and then proceeded to put toppings on my sandwich without changing her gloves. Not sanitary at all ESPECIALLY during covid.

Today i lost faith in Subway.i ordered veggie delight and all i got stuffing filled with lettuce and few toppings.
Not worth it.and wasted my $8 for nothing.

Came here for a last minute big order, and the 2 ladies did an excellent job and prepared all the subs correctly.

The short statured bespectacled East Indian gentleman with a hint of B. O.also might I add, who served me at approximately 4: 25 PM, November 16th was very rude and had a terrible customer service attitude. When I went to top up my gift card which I use to order ahead on my phone and has a total of $1.01¢. And was told by said employee that I had "no f.ing money on my f.ing card! I had also planned to make a purchase of a Sub with cash. But decided not to waste my time and took my business elsewhere. A word of warning to everyone. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE! AND USE OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE AREA AT SHOPPERS WORLD OR 4 CORNERS! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! This is also a screen shot from the Subway app on my phone to prove I have funds remaining on my card!

Go to a different location. I ordered via the app and when I arrived they told me they did not have the bread that I ordered. I ordered well in advance and the individuals failed to call and let me know rather they made me waste my time to travel to the location. On top of that, they did not refund my order. Instead I was forced to leave with sandwiches that were not what I ordered. Also haven't heard back via the contact us form.

Go to a different location if you can. This one likes to rip off people. If you enter with a coupon they always find 3 different reasons to charge "extra". "cheese is extra; chicken costs more etc" always ask for a receipt and pay attention to what they enter into the til! Especially with the older lady. Younger girls are good though.

Not impressed with the evening staff and they were out of certain items to put in the sub and sauces

I went to order food from this location, and the cashier did not change her gloves after cashing another customer out in front of me. I asked for cookies, and she used the same gloves she was just using on the cash to take out the cookies. I mentioned to her about her gloves; I advised her that it was not sanitary as she just used those same gloves to touch the cash. The manager was right next to her, and didn’t do or say anything. The cashier tried to justify that she only used one hand. I refused the cookies, and the manager said something to her (to which I was not able to understand) and she placed the cookie back inside the display. Disgusting, unhygienic place!

The bread was old, the lettuce was stale, the cheese was basically non-existent. They put barely any sauce. Incredibly incredibly disappointed

So i just wanted to share my personal review. I went with my friend for a good time and it was almost 1 hr.we had our food and the old guy without improper uniform wearing glasses that "YOU CANNOT SIT FOR MORE THAN 30 MIN AFTER GETTING YOUR FOOD". I would never come back again and i loved such a poor service from Subway. I would never complaint for the food

Can't go wrong with a good ol' sub sandwich. Service is fair, but far from friendly. The girls at the counter treat customers like they're completely annoyed to see them. They've been working here for a long time, but they've never changed. Lighten up! Whatever, as long as I get my sandwich. Snarky.er.fresh as always!

Very bad service received from the employee. Visited on 27th December. Needs to change the staff, they don't know how to deal with customers.

It's a beautiful shop with sufficient car parking and easy access. Most filled up with the required things. Recommended for all

Yesterday we went to this subway store for our food but we are very disappointed with the service. There is a girl who's serving the food that is very rude to us. We buy 4 footlong sandwich and when we told her can you please cut them from the middle then she said oh no i can't do that. That will be extra work to me but thats her job to fullfil the needs of there customer so i am not happy with their service.

Me hungry go to subway to eat food. I ask for sandwich on Italian herbs with the cheese. Guy says he doesnt have it. I see it in oven, ask "what's that" he say sorry we save for skip the dishes order. I say ok see u later. I save my money for another subway.

Do not get the soup. It was a cold day so I thought it was a good idea to do the whole soup and sandwich thing. I ordered the chicken noodle soup.soup maybe, liquid with something floating in, the mushy white swirls resembling pasta ok I'll give you that but chicken it was not. Unless I am in an alternate universe where nothing taste like chicken.including chicken then ok but I don't think this is the case. With all the MSG laced bouillon cubes out there one would think they could hit this particular ball out the park. Ugh Subway talk to Campbell's or steal their recipes and get your act together. And to charge 3 real Canadian dollars for this greyish liquid is ridiculous. Thankfully you do what you do well else I would never go back and the star count would have been lower.

Ordered a 6-inch on whole wheat and the staff took the bread out and started cutting it and the other man, I think the owner, came over and said "here's a 6-inch whole wheat". Not sure where he pulled that out from but it looked shady. They also don't change their gloves regularly when making sandwiches and need to be mindful that peoole don't want cross contamination when touching meats. Not going back there anymore. There are many other places to eat around here don't need to come to this Subway.

Worst service. On top of that they stop service at 9: 35 where as it should be at 10.every-time i get dissatisfaction on visiting here

Subway is expensive for the product you receive. The produce is NOT as fresh as they claim and honestly, for the price there is no need to be skimpy with the vegetables.

Very non sense employee named "Shah" the old man. No sense to interact with customers.

This subway is so busy and the old lady is so slow. She does not have a name tag. Customers are going back because it is not worth the wait.

This is the worst Subway ever! I have been going to this subway for over 10 years since I live in the area. The past year I have noticed the ladies and men who work here have all of a sudden decided to change the way they make sandwiches. They act like they are personally paying for the toppings out of their own pockets. When I go to ANY subway they put enough toppings onto the sub. Here they literally count the toppings and put 2 tomatoes or 2 cucumbers when that is not even enough to fill the length of the sub. When she put 2 PICKLES on my entire sub I asked for more and she literally picked up a full pickle then put the full pickle back and picked up a half broken one instead. And then again I had to say "more pickles" and that is just one example. Because I have to ask for more for EVERY topping. And then they get very annoyed when I ask them to put more toppings when THEY SHOULD ALREADY BE PUTTING ON ENOUGH. If I am ordering a veggie sub why do I want an empty sub so I can be hungry again in 30 mins? Worst service ever. I will literally drive to another location far from my home just so I will not experience this unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Bring somebody in to teach them how to make real subs. Ridiculous.
