THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT GIVEN THE TIP AMOUNT. HOW CRAZY IS THAT.

I visit this sub and the one located near Main & Bovaird frquently for lunch. Yesterday, the store was very busy, but I waited because the employees were very patient and were still trying to save everyone's time.

When my turn came, I was going to tip them, they asked me to skip that option. After asking the reason for that, they told me something I was completely disturbed by.the managment keeps their tip even after working so hard.

Pathetic repect for employees. I think this is what they do at all their location. Shame on you for doing that.

The service was so bad there is girl name aman she was so rude not listening what i was saying and then start saying i asked u before you said yes. No manners how to talk with cx zero customer service.

A girl named Aman doesn’t know how to talk. If you don’t wanna work, then just leave. Everyone expects good customer service. LEARN THAT.

I always come at this location but today it was worst service i had the late put my sandwich in toaster and she kept toaster opened for while and then took it out it literally burnt my sandwich and then she doesn’t know how to close sandwich the service need to be improved

How is it that you see 8 people waiting in line and only 1 person is making subs… some of us are on our lunch break or have to get to work.waiting 20+ minutes for a sub.always slow service here even when there’s 2+ employees.and tables are always full of crumbs.they should be wiping them down after each customer dines in.

Great place and almost everything is available. Items are well organized. The place is well maintained, always clean.
The staff is very co operative. Always ready to assist you with smiling face, positive approach and attitude.
The place is perfectly suitable to visit with family and friends.
The food quality is fine as well. Keep up the great work guys.

The employees at this Subway are absolutely amazing! They have outstanding customer service skills and work very hard at their jobs! All of the workers are extremely kind and respectful and always have a smile on their face! Thank you for being so amazing! ️

Horrible service. Waited and waited while two girls talked and laughed and didn't serve me. Never go back here again.

Today, I went to this place with my friends. I must say the girl, who took our order, really knew her job well. I think her name was Deep, yeah, it was Deep. We took a little to decide about our order; however, she was really patient with us and handled every customer with a warm smile. I must say all of our sandwiches prepared by her were delicious. Kudos to her.

I went this place at 11 pm lady asked me do not dine in even time is till 1 am. I don't understand why.

The customer service was good. The girl name raman and deep both are the bestest employee. I have ever seen on any subway.

Very good staff, employee named Nav changed her gloves properly before touching my veg sandwich.

Ridiculous customer service. We ordered 5 subways, and clearly told to that girl we want veggies patty’s inside it. They forget to add it. We came home and when we open the order the veggie patties were missing. I called to store and explain the situation. Rather than apologizing, the girl was keep arguing. I told her i want to speak to Managar or the owner. She refuse to da that and when i told her that i will put the complaint and she hung up. Now i am seriously going to complaint to headiffice

Worst customer service. Its request to owner plz hire some professional people.when i request i need to complaint this to manager or owner, she said no i can’t and hung up

I went to this Subway a very long time ago but it was a very memorable experience! The staff was really nice and listened to each of my requests very carefully. Despite the fact that they were working during their rush hour, they still had very quick customer service and the employees fulfilled my order very well! Would definitely go back!

Never going there again
Staff is so rude 2 times they give me wrong food and i had to go back there. Today i order through SkipTheDishes and again got wrong, then, i called them the lady on the phone never apologize. I wish i can give them 0 star.

For the extremely patient staff who have served us many times beyond midnight with high customer service.

Subway in general is good but this place is very stingy when it comes to putting stuff on your subs

One of the ladies helping me at the front counter had a rage, she constantly rolled her eyes, questioned my need for more napkins and even used the wrong tone of voice when engaging in a non-combative conversation.

Please be more pleasant and polite when dealing with members of the public.

I just had my food at subway right now, 4: 40pm idk the girls name at counter, way rude, food handling was worse.

Poor hospitality, girl on cash was so arrogant, taste and quality was not at all good, bad choice to go

Bad customer service, shouted at me, very pushy, looks like they are in some sort of hurry, when there are only 2 customers in line. Don’t shout at your customer. Where are the etiquettes.

Came here for the pick up. Girls talking in punjabi. Taking orders in punjabi. Asking pick up number in punjabi. Mr Onwer hire someone who knows basic english atleast they can take order in English. Store is in Brampton doesn't mean it's in Punjab.

The sub was very yummy.customer service is excellent. There was a new girl on training she was very nice and her service is very fast. Thanks for the tasty food

Stopped in for my favourite salad! Chicken bacon ranch! Who knew that you can get everything from a sub without the bread! I do now. And that’s my new favourite lunch! This was date night so my wife had a flat bread while I enjoyed my salad!

Quick and easy and if you are careful you can keep it healthy. The bread always smells heavenly.

The Indian girl rajbir is super rude, I asked her for a veggie sandwich and she didn't change the gloves and there was meat on my sandwich too. When I mentioned that there is meat over it, she replied I AM NOT MAD that ill do so. Such a poor customer service.

Fast service, kind staff and tasty food. Great place to come to for an affordable quick and delicious meal.

Really good place to go for a take-out but, for dine in it’s a different story. My first time at this Subway my experience was definitely 5 stars but my second visit I would rate it a 3. So, when I went on my second visit, I ordered 2 soups but they didn’t have any left and it was around 2 p.m. I know they ran out but I don’t blame it on them. Now, the place was really DIRTY. The floor was trashed of soup crackers that were crushed. I didn’t even think the employees bothered to clean it up.

Horrible! Me and my husband went there today because only this place was open on Canada day nearby Trinity commons. They took our order and after that we gave them $100 because we only have cash of $100. And then they refused to give change because they dont have change. And said sorry we cant do anything. I said let me talk to your manager and they said sorry mam we can allow you to talk to our manager. Talked very rudely. Very bad service. Will nevr evrr go there again.

Pretty well, the people serving are always there ready amd checking up now and then if we needed anything else

Clean location, well established (16+ years). Ingrediants are fresh, but staff are constantly rushing (even when very few guests are in the restaurant) and get small details wrong (happened to me during my last 3 visits).

Recommended, but be sure to watch the person preparing your meal, to ensure they don't miss toppings you asked for.

Terrible location. I asked for two veggie subs same topping and everything just packed differently. She charged me for 2 6 inches Instead of a footlong. Never going to this location again.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes, which is not the worst part of it, just wanted to point it out. After checkout, i bought a fountain drink, and the coke came out 90% water, and didnt even look the right colour. Due to this, i waited another 10 mins for them to fix the machine, and keep in mind, i am on a break from work. So just getting the sub took all my time.

Worst customer experience because of Vaishali she is Not at all concern about what customer wants just want to push customers. Was there for 7 Footlong subway with my kids and this service girl VAISHALI was pushing us as we are taking it for free. It’s our hard earned money if we are paying you guys we need service according to that. Worst experience regarding service PLEASE DONT EVER GO TO THAT LOCATION WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SUBWAY AT THIS LOCATION.

Shame about Such a Big Company that your Management doesn’t seems to reply back to your customer I don’t any free deals or something from you at least look for ahead and get better staff for future

This location has become one of the worst Subways I know off. The new staff is rude and slow. Usually hiding in the back.

Please someone from the ministry get this place shut down. The indian girls that work there are rude and are not cleaning. No hygiene? Making my sub with bare hands and burnt.

Poor service and when you ask for extra ingredients they just scrimp and you either argue and ask for more and don't bother wasting your breath and go somewhere else. Ordered a Cream of Broccoli soup as well and it looked like oatmeal and tasted like it as well. Their motto is freshness and there was nothing fresh about the soup. Why serve it? Oh still wanted to make money from the bottom of the soup container. Very disappointing all round.
