Subway

Good presentation by Janpreet. Italian BMT which has always been my favourite thing of subway, has reached new heights after it was cooked by her.

The girl at the counter didn't understand English I paid for my meal and asked to use the bathroom she said there's no key I asked her co worker If she can give me the key to the bathroom she unlocks the bathroom door for me.

The customer service was horrendous, i called them to adjust my sub after ordering it and they picked up but hung up right away, then i tried to call them back again and they didn’t pick up.

Sub was made incorrectly according to instructions. When asked about it, they said they don't read the comments and refused to remake the sub. They are incompetent and don't take responsibility. Earlier in the pandemic, a female staff member also wore her mask on her chin and would touch her mask and then food ingredients - not following the rules and not sanitary. Would not come back here ever.

Washrooms aren’t really out of order, you just need to tell them that your a customer and need to wash your hands. After you do that, lady at the front will summon the toilet boss that usually sits in the back and he will come out and open it for you.

Looked clean and hygienic. The guy (staff) was polite and helpful. He made a good sandwich and I’d visit here again!

Great place with neat & clean ambience. The guy was very polite & made a wonderful sandwich for me. He packed my sandwich so well that it was very fresh even after half n hour, when i ate.

I bought a subway just a while ago and they not only overcharged me but also gave themselves a tip and told me it was an error in the system, I told the guy it was quite expensive for a subway and he told me it was an error and that it was fine to tap my card. I was given my receipt and it showed that he did overcharge me and tipped himself, a female manager there was rude and didn't listen to me, accused me of making the tip after the guy told me it was ok to tap and ignore the extra charges. These people are liars and scammers. My family has been buying from this location for the last 10 years. They knew they made a mistake and tried to shift the blame on the customer.

I am regular to this Subway store. Always I get my favorite sandwich from this place. Moreover, it's very neat & clean to dine in. I strongly recommend this place to sandwich lovers

Nasreen did a great job. Made a great sandwich for me and my friend. Went above and beyond. Her customer service was fantastic.

Ask for Harmeet, very polite and great customer service. Made my veggie delight very nicely and just how I like it.

The staff members are friendly and good at their job. 5 stars for their great service. The menu has great options for veggie lovers. Thank you for keeping us in mind.

It was good but this subway I go occasionally as the person doesnot respect food. He picks up stuff and throws it on the sub or back in which to me doesnot look good. If you don’t respect food then, how can we respect the place. Anyways subway is a good place and 4 ratings as we had a nice coupon which saves money.

OUT OF STOCK ON PIZZA SUBS! - Went to this store only to find out that they already ran out of their Pizza Subs, I guess Welcome to Canada, where everything is priced high, low quality and things are always out of stock. Why are you even open for business if you can't fulfill what you advertise? Just pathetic!

It’s the worst subway I been to I order a combo meal with 2% milk I asked for a small empty cup to pour the milk in a cup she refused to give me one said owner counts the empty cups u have to pay extra for the cup unbelievable what a rip off

I haven't shared the same negative experiences as those posted I find the female who served was decent enough in appearance and customer service. Don't go to this chain a lot as the meat is questionable but if I'm in the mood for a sandwich then I'll pay a visit this time was to try the new $4 panini's new promotions with wallet friendly prices usually lure me and my belly to come. Got the chicken it is just enough for a quick bite has peppers and a sweet tangy sauce I couldn't get enough with some onions but they never toast the bread enough is my only criticism.

The Afghan Lady that works here is so kind! I literally get excited when I see her. The food here is fresh and portions are good too.

I have had a few bad experiences with the food quality and service here, but tonight was the last straw. I understand that late night guests can be a little annoying. However, as someone who works in the service industry, I find it unprofessional and confusing that with 15 minutes to spare before closing, with both front and back door open signs on, and both front and back doors unlocked, that I was denied service after walking in, because the guy working said "we're closed". Won't entertain going to this location ever again, there are MUCH better places to eat in that area.

Terrible service. Lady was unfriendly, messy, I lost my appetite while she made my sandwich. She touched refill bags with same hand she touches our food. She touched the bag outside to our sandwiches. She squeezed my bread with her arm. She rested her arm on my bun.disgusting. Spinach felt out to the counter top. She put it back to my sandwich.never will go back to that place. Not to mention the tables were dirty and leftover s on the table. We had to clean off the table to eat there. Service was extremely unfriendly. Bad experience!

The staff here just tries to rush you through. They don't ask the right questions, i.e. The cheese you want etc. The food portions are also extra small. Don't get their salad here, it barely folks the bowl. If they always made them that small, then why do they put them into a normal size bowl. Just saying:). I will choose a different Sunday next time. It's not like there aren't many around.

My 1st time there the Italian looking lady in the night acted like she didn't want to serve me, I could tell by how sloppy she made my sandwich, my 2nd time there was 10 PM friday night. I went in line she was still serving someone else, she looked at me and turned the lights off over the food and went back to serve the other customers.will never be going back there.
