I have meaning to give this review for a while, but every time I just felt bad for the employee cause I thought she was just learning. It has been 4 months and the evening shift employee still doesn’t do anything right, she doesn’t cut the bun properly nor does put the correct toppings, and doesn’t heat it fully. She also wears a mask and her nose sticks out (what’s the point of wearing one?) and she has an attitude for no reason…

Worst service after baking the bread and veggie patty its to cool like they bake in freezer no good service

Subway melt on parm bread. Tasty as always. Staff wasn't overly friendly and awkward where the front door is compared to where the parking is.

I ordered two veggie delight sub just now from Uber eats but they were just breads no veggies were there and even very small amount of sausage was used. Moreover, I put special instructions in the notes they did not followed it.
It was very disappointed.
It seems like the staff put less veggies so that they don’t have to cut the backup and can use the chopped veggies as long as they can.

Apart from the location of this subway, rest everything is the worst of all the subways i have ever went to. The vegetables were all frozen having no taste at all. And the girl making the sandwich around 3.30pm today was not at all interested in making a good sandwich. It was like if she was forced to serve something. The sandwich lacked the taste.

Subway. Always fresh. This location is really good. Staff girl is really polite and helpful. They made the sandwich exactly according to the instructions. Clean. Mouth watering tuna foot long.

The lady was the most unhappy person complaining all the time. She even closed the door at 8: 30 complaining she can't take anyone in as she has to cleanup now.
This location used to have 2 attendants. Now it's just one and the frustration was right there on display.

Very little bread options after 7pm, not a big fan of the sandwich maker, she gives small portions. 5 pieces of spinach is unacceptable.

Poor management and the lady is always having an excuse to say last time when I visited she gave me the reason of closing and made worst sub and again when I visited today she told me they only have white bread and same excuses. People visiting this place i suggest there is another SUBWAY AT 400meters only.

There were still 15 min left and the girl didn’t allowed us to dine-in.
Her behaviour was very rude.
Don’t recommend this location.

First, worst subway with worst customer service, she added 10% of the tip by herself and after that no manners to speak with customers. Really bad experience. Wasted time and money over here. The bread was spoiled and chilled. So bad… frustrated

The location was busy there was only 1 worker working. Line up was bad and her pace of work was super slow and a bunch of people before me in line left out of impatience and frustration.

Such a bad experience almost everytime. Actually give zero stars!
I got o this location at 8: 18pm and there was 2 other people infront of me who ordered and received food. When it was my turn the lady said they are closed and wouldn't serve me. The location closes at 9pm. It was 8: 18pm! I also believe this location is racist due to the fact other people who were in the store got served and I did not. (Again they were not closed, or close to it) extremely mad about the customer service at this location. Nothing will change though because management doesn't care how they treat customers

I did skip the dishes with them and ordered a foot long turkey breast sub.
I received the sub and starting to eat when realized something was wrong…. I opened the bread and there is no turkey! They didn’t put the meat on the sub!? !?

Multiple issues with this location from the service to the food. I've given this place a couple of chances, cause maybe the server was having a bad day— but no, this is the standard you'll find here (expectations are already low considering it's "fast-food, " so that's saying A LOT).

Coming from a family who owns their own restaurant, I never understood why it's such a big deal to add more than 2 green peppers, or 3 olives to your sub. Surely you can't be going into that much of a loss? The preparation is terrible, nor do they mark which one is which either. The worst part is, they'll say they have the "veggie patty" available, and once you get there, there's isn't, nor will they honour you the discount presented on the app (but wouldn't work due to a technical issue).

I would refrain from wasting your time here— it doesn't take much to make a sandwich, and they can't even get that right.

The sandwich was fine but the women toilet was overflowing onto the floor. The men's restroom was locked. If you have a septic issue lock both doors and post Out Of Order. My wife almost got sick when she went in the restroom after eating her sandwich.

Very rude lady. Did not toast bun or put cheese. Worst
Of all she gave me spoiled meatball sub. Meatball was hard as rock and she lied telling me she just made it. Worst place to buy a sub, this lady and this shop is a disgrace to subway

Best subway. Super clean, friendly staff, Girl (staff) was so humble and she made our day by preparing delicious food. Kids loved it. Always wanted to come back. 5+ star. Thanks

There were so many small bones in the chicken and hard chew the subway. The most disgusting subway I have ever eaten. Even the service was not good. There was old lady.

I have ordered from this store twice now from uber eats and BOTH times they got my while order WRONG! I called to speak to the manager and they told me one was not there! Told me they knew they messed up and they would give me a free sandwich I just had to go there to get it! If I wanted to travel I would have just gone and picked it up not wasted money with uber eats! I ordered again today AND THEY MESSSED UP THE WHOLE ORDER AGAIN!

Worst customer service-
I visited this location around 3: 20pm to 3: 30pm on 26 march 2022 today, i was served by harjot kaur.
As i entered i didnt feel like the veggies are fresh so as upon my concern i asked her, are the veggies fresh and she replied in very rude and low tone, yes they are then i again asked her ad i wasnt satisfied with her reply nd she said same again so from there she was rude in every thing like asking for which bread we want, what veggies we want, when we were asking her for extra veggies she was throwing them rudely, her behaviour was showing like she doesn't want to work and her customer service is zero and that might lead real low sales at your store "owner and manager need to pay attention regarding this or get a good customer service person there if you want your customers back there.nd i ll be calling you guys on thursday as harjot told thats the only day when manager shows up.

I came from my shift and then walked i reached here at 8: 48pm and the lady says closed i requested and showed that you still have 10 mins.she says that subway says to start cleaning 15 min prior.i came hungry from shift and also i have studied to do we as students understand everything related to other but people like these don't cares.pls subway tell your staff members to be punctual about tumming

Nice, friendly location with quick, clean and professional service. It is a small restaurant but the subs are made fresh. The staff takes care of your choices and are generous with their toppings. Check them out!

Subway girl is so polite. I recommend everyone to go their specially on weekends. Weekend employee is soo clean and hygienic.

Nice services, good staff at work. Staff is good, makes sandwich as we requests. My wife likes to go to this location than any other in my area, even there are multiple Subway options even nearer than this store.

Their is very only 1 food for vegetarian, they should provide more than 1 variety for vegans anotherwise this place is just ok for non vegetarian's too

This place had no bread only had flat bread got it from my family and i got the last of it people came in and they had nothing to give to them no bread whatsoever very bad on your guy's part I will never go back to this location I rather go to the mall at the city center

The customer service was very bad
The girl that was serving tonight was very rude.
We just ask her wrap our separate and than she said in very bad tune that we let her know before in fact she was making the food.
It was really bad experience for us today.

Experience was really bad. If someone is in customer service then they suppose to polite with customers. The employee on shift was soo rude. If she was not ready to take customers then she can close it soon. I checked the closing timings of store is 9 pm. We were at store at before 8: 30 pm.
I just requested her to wrap 6 inch sub in two different wrappers but she started talk rudely and she said i need to tell her before. Then, i told her please do it and she started talking rudely.
Then i told her she can’t be rude to customers.
Owner needs to focus on customer compalints.

Please guys go on another loactions not this location.
Because staff do not want any customer on store.

BAD EXPERIENCE AND WORST STAFF

Big complaint! They messed up one sub on a 3 sub order on the app and refused to take responsibility or replace the one sub. Poor customer service.

Employee is not good enough to provide correct order. They don't even ask for all the veggies. Plus they don't have all the topping mentioned in the menu. She didn't even ask me veggie patties in my veg delight sub though I did mention it. Better to go to other subway.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to let the public know this particular subway restaurant is the worst place to eat in the world Customer service was also absolute trash. Please do not order here. I hope this business takes these comments seriously. I will also be filing another personal complaint with head office.

An order was accidentally sent to this location. Seconds after acknowledging the mistake, we called this location to cancel the order and not make the sandwiches. No answer. We called all day just to get our money back. We filed a complaint to head office and they said there was nothing they could do. If this were a different establishment, this service would have been different. Customer satisfaction is always and should always be key.

Went to subway this afternoon for a sandwich. Came to this location because I happen to be closer to it (my usual location is at torbram/queen) and they told me I couldn’t have the type of meat I wanted in my sub even though they had it. The whole ordering process was extremely unprofessional. The lady working there was rude and not accommodating at all. The guy working was nice but workers like the lady that was in really ruin a locations reputation. The ladies at torbram/queen location always take good care of me and NEVER tell me that I can’t have my sandwich the way I want. The bread was stale and the location is hard to get to. Pass on this one.

Ok subs, sometimes the bread will be a little hard, but if you tell them to make it fresh, you will be good. Also one thing to improve, I dont think adding more than 3 cucumbers on your bread should cost you more.

If your ok with getting 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, 2 pieces of spinach and an 1 olive on your sub.this subway is by far the WORST location I’ve ever been to- and I travel to many different cities and a sub is my go-to for lunch. Like please ladies if I have to ask for more of every single topping.it’s really irritating. I also once got a salad at this location.the lady literally put 4 pieces of spinach in the bowl. FOR MY SALAD!

I had very slow service here. Took gal so long to make the 2 subs. Maybe she was new. Just one person there. Maybe there should be more staff there at 5 pm

If you have been to one, you have been to them all.the food stays the same and the customer service people still dont care.

Staff is so polite and the chicken & Bacon Ranch melt was so scrumptious along with a drink
Everyone should try atleast once.
