Subway

I placed a mobile order so that i don’t have to wait in line. They took 30 mins to make my order, even when store was not busy. I had to wait in the restaurant while they were serving other customers. Also I asked for my sub to be grilled, they refused to grill my sub as it was herb & cheese bread. All other locations does it. Manager really needs to talk to their employees. Very poor experience.

Lazy and incompetent staff. As someone who’s actually worked there, I can say this. They refused to get toppings from the cooler, didn’t let me grill my sub, and ignored me when I had asked for a cookie and then argued with me on whether or not I ordered it lol. Even the person bedside me agreed they heard it. I’d suggest going to Chipotle around the corner instead

I regularly dine at Subway in Markham and overall have a positive experience.

The restaurant offers a variety of subs, sandwiches, and salads. The ingredients are mostly fresh and the staff is always friendly.

The restaurant is a bit old, but it is kept in an acceptable condition.

Everything tastes as you would expect from a Subway. One of the major advantage of this location is the ample free parking available.

Just walked out of this location. 18 maybe 20 yr old boy was at the front when I walked in, and looked like he had washed in 3 day. He was sneezing and coughing a bit. No mask on and asked me what I wanted. I said you're sick, and no mask while you serving. He said " yeap, no mask, no Vax, you got a problem, you can leave. " I didn't even ask about that. I just didn't want whatever cold he had. I will never go back.

Horrible, Horrible experience because of the RUDE, no personality, impatient OLD asian guy.
Upon entering, I was not decided on what sub to get. I was looking at menu above.
The RUDE OLD asian guy immediately asks me "YOU WANT Footlong", I say yes, then he says "WHICH BREAD".
Each response more RUDE than the next.
The RUDE OLD asian guy gets the bread and says "WHICH SUB DO YOU WANT".
I was still undecided and needed more time.
At that point in time I was feeling uneasy and uncomfortable and definitely unwelcome.
I should let you know that all this happened within only 20-25 seconds. I definitely was not taking a long time deciding, not like I was undecided for 5-10 minutes.

Everybody stay away from this Subway location.
I won't go here again for sure.

Had a lovely conversation with the owner Sema. Such a kind polite customer oriented person. Love the fact that they carry all of the vegetables and condiments. Some other subways decide to cut costs but she definitely cares about customer service!

Never go on Sundays.employee opens up atleast 2 hours late every Sunday and when it does open up he is never prepared! Had to goto another location twice for same reason!

Ordered a cold cut combo and paid but thought the price seemed high. Checked the receipt and it was 9.99 but the sign board says 9.29. Asked the person there and he said "Thanks for noticing". No apology, no offer to correct the wrong price charged.

Shout out to my guy Soltan. Professional and enthusiastic employee with outgoing service. Best subway location I’ve been to.

June 27th 2022 @ 8: 30 p.m ***Sulton, a young man, friendly and polite. He has wonderful customer service skills A+ Also, He has the art of making sandwiches, clean and presentation ️ I will come back.

I was here for a takeoutast week. Soltan prepared our sandwich. Such a patient and nice guy. He guided how to place order online through the subway app and was very accomodating all through!

I had such a terrible experience my first time I was there because of the elderly lady. Promised not to go there ever again. After couple of years I thought I give it a second chance. The young guys (sons) were working and I had a totally different experience. They were accommodating and generous. However, during my latest visit, the lady was there again. She seems to lower the bar for this place. Only go there when the sons are working.

Its my husband's fave wrap joint. I come here at least twice a week to get him steak and cheese wraps and he loves them!
This subway is polite, clean and they make tasty, fresh wraps!

Guy making Sandwiches gives you best customer service. Ingredients won't make difference in franchise store honesty

I always come here for Beyond meatball sub. Most of the time they don't have it in stock. Once in a while it's OK I can understand that things run out of stock but not all the time.

It’s hard to mess things up when it comes to Subway, but this place did.

I ordered a toasted sub and upon inserting mine into the toaster, the lady proceeded to take the customer behind me’s order from start to finish. My sub and I waited through his long topping selection process and struggle to find exact change at the till.

I bit my tongue and didn’t say a word, but considering there are 5 more locations within a 1km radius.an error in decision quality and service will make me drive past this one next time.
