It's a sandwich, not that difficult to make but this specific subway seems to have deep rooted issues with it. The art of making a subway sandwich. Can be taught to preschoolers and I'm sure they would do a better job than the farm animals they have working here.
I came to get my food on a Monday night 7: 40ish. I had to wait 15 minutes to give my order due to the lack of employees working. The cashier/ chef was a very nice and respectful worker although it’s not fair that she was handling everything on her on. The owner should take action and at least have 2 people during one shift for a better customer service.
Prices are different, than other subway and very high. For same sandwich, I paid $4 extra rather than other locations. Staff told every subway has different prices, but this is first time it’s happened with me. Not recommended to go here
Surprised to have a female employee tell me her manager says I cannot have a refill of my medium fountain drink. Definitely need the owner to contact me as I think she has been misinformed or not trained properly. Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you
The worst subway ever, doesn’t take coupons when it’s through the app they rationed my toppings and barely put anything on it employee couldn’t explain why they don’t take coupons
I can see much salad in sub - it was just bread very few lattace and 3 pcs of tomatoes in footlong. Missed to add so many toppings. I will never buy it again from here.
Forced tipping and not particularly good customer service, base options for tipping is 15% 18% or 25%… so I would pay 5$ tips for 2 subs lowest. I have never get force to tip on credit machine this much and in a fast food store! People go subway to have cheaper subs this defeats the purpose, server can be rude if you ask too many questions, I don’t think I will be back here again.
I had a great experience at this location, one of the girl works here name- gifty is very helpful. She is very nice to all their customers. I highly recommend everyone to visit this location.
This subway outlet has the worst employee with no customer centricity. This one girl is so RUDE, no wonder their score is 3.1 which is still on the higher side. This Subway outlet should have score in minus
I went there to get veggie 6 inch the lady named Gifty Bansal she helped me to choose which one is good because its my first time am ordering something at subway. She is very nice and polite the way she talk is nice. Thanks
I have never been denied extra veggies at any other subway. Went in at night and just ordered a veggie salad not even like chicken or anything else.still even after asking again I was denied extra toppings.not even lettuce.was told the lid won’t close.seriously! Ridiculous.worst subway service!
This one girl working here is the most pathetic person i ever met in my life. She needs to get a life. She is ruining Subway's name by working there. Subway needs to intervene and look into it.

I enjoy the new healthy rice bowls but would have liked if they put more sauce on the side as it was only on top and not layered. The chips new favorite but the cookie is mediocre
Great experience, the "Morning Guy" was very helpful & made great suggestions for my sub without being pushy. Would definitely recommend coming here & especially if you're unsure about what to get, he'll take care of you no problem. Will definitely be back soon as I work around the corner from here. Poor service Now this is the second time i came here and the same employee gave me hard time in front of other customers by questioning about my last review of poor service. I think they should look at their rating before fighting about their service.
DONT GO TO THIS STORE. Only 1 girl working on friday afternoon. All customers get tired of waiting and they would leave. We waited 15 minutes and left without ordering here. Most customers leave without ordering because its too slow. Owner doesnt know how to run store. Too slow, they dont offer any deals. Just go to another subway. Owner probably dont give a schitt.
Went there today to get lunch, only one employee at the counter (forget about customer service), asked if I could redeem coupon, she said they don't accept coupon, I asked why, she Said she doesn't know but owner has told not to accept coupon, I went to other subway close to my home 3024 hurontario street, i got 2 foot long for 15.45 only with one bottle Coke with better service and actually accepts coupons no questions ask, (the way it should be) I will not come back to. This location

Location does not take coupons, guess most don't so no issue.
Slow service. No stock. Understand that limitations due to covid etc. One person working. Again understand business inconsistent but few people in line on a Friday night.
Ordered kids pack and at the end was told no fruit or toy. Could have told us at beginning.
Made a meal with other orders. Fountain drinks not in service and they upcharge you for bottled drink to make a meal. Again could have been more clear.
Generally, this location is very bad in service and very tight on the toppings. They count each toppings as if they were pieces of gold.
However; this is not what my review is about. I am writing this review about my visit on May 3rd, 2021. I was shocked to see that they have slimmed down on the toppings and to my shock, I noticed that the containers that the toppings were in them, were all frosted and the veggies are frozen. That is when I decided to take some pictures.
I do not think I will ever visit this location again.
Do no accept coupens issued by the company, instead of offering customers more loyalty to be loyal being cheap by not offering customers claim discount offered by company. Don't keep ingredients and change menu when they like.very poor practise.
Doesnt accept national deals, online deals at all. Apparently only accepts the local coupon which they did not issue out. Lost 3 businesses in spqn of 5 minute. Good luck surviving
Can't use coupons at this location. I'm a regular customer who paid full price 99% of the time. I'm not making as much money as before, so i wanted to use a coupon. Indian lady working there with attitude says "can't use coupon". When i ask why? Same response. "can't use coupon"
Extremely slow service. Only 1 girl works at a time and she was busy preparing subs for Uber eats. I left after 22 minutes because the line inside the store kept on getting longer and no physical distancing going on. While I was inside the store they served only 2 customers.
I had a horrible experience there, the lady was extremely rude and didn’t even bother to look at me or greet me when i walked in. Then she told me i cant use coupons while all other location do accept them.
Staff isn't too friendly. Very stingy with the veggies, doesn't fill the sub properly. Was overcharged for a sub once (was in a rush and checked the bill later).
Today I stepped to the shop to get sub. The lady working there, doesn’t seem to be happy people entering and making her to work more. She was very rude! Stay away from this Subway!
Visited this location for the first time was very satisfied with my order. Was concerned about the girl working there she was overwhelmed by the customers as she had to make the sandwiches, cash them out, pack them, answer the phone, check online orders ets all on her own I would be frazzled too if I were her. She hadn't even have a chance to have lunch. Too much expectations from employees second to no concern from employers. Sad fact. But she did a great job and I will go back here again. She kept going and did not seem to give up. Her employer she appreciate her dedication.
I like Subway because usually its friendly, good price and consistant quality. This particular location lost stars due to unfriendly staff, dirty tables and an overflowing garbage can in the washroom. The staff were speaking their own language loudly while my sandwhich was being made and I had to repeat myself several times. Attached you will find the picture of the table with sandwhich left overs on it.
Sandwich was OK but the service is low. The person prepping the sandwich leaned with her bare arms on the sandwich prep counter and her hair almost draping over the salad, that’s definitely not food safe. None of the 5 tables was clean although the staff looked chatting around casually. An out of service restroom.
