Buy a daily special（sub of the day）should be 3.99 before tax and they still charge me for 6.89 which is the regular price. I asked them and they still insist that is the correct price. Dont come.

This is the third time i’ve had an awful experience here and it’s always the same thing. I order a suprimo sub which has pepperoni, salami, ham, and capicola. I don’t eat ham so I always ask for no ham. This is the third time they have charged me an extra $2 for "capicola". I’ve called her out on it twice, and each time she has apologized and removed the charge. I’m always clear that i just don’t want any ham, everything else is fine the way it is. This is the third time now that it’s happened and i’m so sick of it. Teach your staff not to charge people for extra things they did not order / did not want.

Came at 2: 48 at saturday night for some food and got refused as they were “closed” when the closing time was 3 am.very obvious staff is super lazy and abuses power and has really bad service and bad manners as others have also said.

Excellent location.
- As a Western University student, I can use my one meal card here.
- The employees in this location are very nice.
- Quick service.
- The atmosphere is clean- both the kitchen and the dining area.
- There are a variety of choices.
- The prices are reasonable.
- The meals are on top quality.

There are just two problems:
- I saw a fly or two in the kitchen.
- There are an unnecessary amount of cameras in that tiny building.

Overall, this is an excellent location, if not one of the best in the Subway Chain.

It's a Subway, no complaints. Decent value if you get the three foot-long deal for $27.49, or if you get 1/2 dozen cookies for $3.89!

This is the best subway i found in London with everything price, price, service and staff attention 5 star for them love it Hopefully i m going only this location not looking any other location

I have wrost experience with subway online it shows open till 3am so i travel 13km for it and the store was closed at 11: 30

I waited twenty minutes for a sub before closure and they did not let me order. Absolutely horrible service and not friendly what so ever

I went to this place yesterday night around 11: 50pm and there was one guy and a lady who was serving. I ordered teryiaki and asked the lady to change the gloves bcz she was touching bacon and I don’t eat bacon. Then she replied rudely that we used the same hand in everything. I was saying it very polietly and saying please but she was looking at me in so much anger. And then she didn’t even gave me a bag and just gave it in my hand for take out. Literally it was disgusting customer service ever! Poor staff.

The sub was alright. The line was too long but the employees were just chit chatting in a weirdo language.

I get that it’s stressful to serve university kids but this one particular woman who works here is so bad.she’s so rude to customers for no reason like she has no regard for giving good customer service whether you’re a polite customer or not.she kills the whole vibe by making you feel unwelcome and giving attitude.giving it 2 stars because some of the other workers genuinely are respectful and kind.

Quick service. Little short on indoor seating in my opinion. Good place to quickly grab a sandwich with ample menu items.

Yesterday when i came up to order my subway and this has happened the second time by the same girl name muskaan if i remember her name correctly she is always so confused that everytime i tell her to put sub sauce she goes on with another sauce the first time i had ignored and the same thing happened with a friend of my mine by the same girl and also a man that was ahead of me she dropped off his sandwhich and then made a new one for him this is so intolerable i got very busy in my work to complain about this and instead of her telling me to make a new sandwhich all other employees requested me but she didnt

I personally have really good experience with the staff here. Quick and very friendly service who usually always start up a conversation

This place is awesome, Amanda served me today, got my favourite steak and cheese, She even sanitized the pin pad for me. So tidy and clean, Bread is always fresh at this location, id give it 6 stars if I could

Went at around 10: 25pm and employee there said they already shut off the oven ergo cannot toast anything, because they are closing in 30 mins. I don’t understand what’s the point of closing at 11pm when most of your equipment is shut down and ready to close by 10: 30. Please post oven shutdown time as your closing time.

Ordered for a foot long of chicken teriyaki and amount of chicken was very less. Very poor staff

Worst ever experience in subway, I ordered footlong with chicken teriyaki and he just put a small amount of it, I am a regular customer of subway and it always been good in other stores. Really bad experience with some poor quality staff who doesn’t know manners.

Zak and Pierre are the perfect team members. Efficient, clean, friendly, and prepare the best subs. They manage themselves extremely well.

Don’t advertise yourself as a 24 hour establishment when you’re clearly not. 6: 20am and your closed. Take down your 24 hour signs and change your online hours if you’re not going to be open. What a waste of time.

Worst subway i ever seen. Fountain drink is just sugar water. Dont buy a drink and waste your money.

A great subway with a very friendly owner who made me feel right at home in London when I moved here two years ago.

The seating is homely and is a great place to chill. Sometimes the bread runs out, but there are always friendly employees at any time.
