Bad customer service, All the cheese and vegetables that used to have are gone. Now you don't have as much of a choice. The service is terrible from the employees. They are very rude.

We did an online order, and put less for the amount of ranch on the sandwich, and even put in the notes asking for only a little ranch. The sandwich was absolutely swimming in ranch to the point the bread was just soaked and soggy, and the crispy onions were no longer crispy in the slightest.

Right off the bat, the coupons from SUBWAY does not work on their own menu. Oh the coupon does not apply to what you have ordered I wanted 2 foot-long subs and this is what I get. I said OK, let’s proceed, and then she comes up with cheese slices… Thinner than paper. I’m not kidding. I don’t know how they can manage to cut it that thin. I would not recommend anyone going there. When you are about to make payment up comes a screen with options of 18,20,25% tip LOL. I will be looking to get a discount for those amounts for what I got. Don’t go there.

They tend to squish the bread when they slice it. One time ask them not to do that as politely as possible but was met with a dumbfounded look like I was crazy to ask such a thing. I mean they put yeast in the bread for it to rise but what's the point if the sandwich artist just squishes it.

Ordered on the Subway app and the sandwiches were terrible. The veggie wrap did not have the wild rice it is sold for. No option to complain. I was eating more bread on the subway sandwiches. Do not order here in advance!

Do not order from this location on Uber eats.they freestyle your order instead of following instructions.

I’ve always got great service at this location, As someone who worked as a server / bartender 16 years now, a federal employee I can appreciate this job working with the public and I have witnessed on two separate occasions the bs they put up with some customers! So kudos to the safe at this subway.

Quick and easy lunch when I’m working construction and on my feet all day. Try a turkey breast and add bacon - you won’t be disappointed!

Saw employee take food off of other customers sub and put it back in container. Had to ask them to throw that bit out before getting the topping on my sub. Gross

I think subway in general has done down and this solidified it I got gluten free bread it was like the size of a 6 inch, they removed sub of the day, they removed flavor shots as well so for 2 meals I spent $30+ why is the gluten free bread so expensive? I didn't choose a gluten intolerance. Go to Mr. Sub instead of fat Alberts subs they're full of stuff. Also it's a joke they ask for tip maybe pay your employees well at least since you took away everything good.

When me and my boyfriend who is the store manager of a loblaws come here and get ripped off, disrespected and experience horrible customer service I think we have some credibility to say this employee needs some brushing up. On November 14 around 7pm some young brown man decided to charge me for 2 six inches sandwiches when I bought a footling then decided to decline it. Not only they the horrible customer service even if I was wrong was terrible. He had to call his manager to confirm refunding me $3? I initially said can I please get 2 six inches then before he made the second one said nevermind can I get both of them the same as a foot long and they both had the same ingredients and same bread and now you’re gonna charge me for two sandwiches when it’s a foot long wrapped separately?

I always love Subway sometimes you need to ask a few times for an extra of something but it's always a delicious meal!

Like always, Subway is fast and clean but it is toooooo salty! I have to drink more than 3 cups of water always after any Subway sandwich

The 2 guys who are always there on the nights I go are very respectful and kind to me and are great at what they do. Best subway

Been around and in the food industry for many years.come on people we are in the view of the public. Coss contamination and foodborne illness is huge in this industry.
This location needs to have some more training in this area, you do not repeat do not cut another persons sandwich with a knife that cut a fish product ie tuna, Or any sandwich with a used knife.
There are so many people with allergies out there and on top of it you do not put old products on top of new stuff. If that product is old or contaminated you just contaminated all the new product.
In the food industry every person needs a safe food handling course, has this location taken it? I beg differ.
The out come was the employee said if I have an allergy to tuna I should say something.
I did say something.with allergies if a person never caught the tuna knife cutting their sandwich it could have been fatal. Cross contamination isnt something to play around with.
If you're not familiar with the regulations please get the help and training before you put someone in the hospital or worse.

Worst subway I have ever been too.not only was the girl rude but she sat there and prepared my daughter's sub then put my sub in the oven took it out scrolled around on the tablet they had on the serving area put shredded cheese on another customers sub put that in the oven topped mine all with the same set of gloves on I'm not impressed with this location at all so damn unsanitary it's unreal. They need someone to retrain them on how to make food.sadly handle food and customer service what in the world is going on subway perfect way to lose customers!

The staff (one person) did a terrific job in getting the orders done. He was friendly, efficent and made great subs.

Brutal sandwich skills, she made my sandwich (i am a man) beautifully and then my fiancè’s wrap was slapped around and put together terribly with the complete opposite attitude.this is sad

I orderd from skip the dishes from this subway location just drink and cookies which they confirmed order. The subway store from this location then calls me 41 minutes later of me waiting and tells me they don't have dr pepper. Why make me wait 41 minutes and confirm my order to tell me you don't have dr pepper. Very poor customer service. Im sure this is not the first time they've done this to people. I don't even rate this service from this establishment anything, 1 star out of pitty because i have too.

I love the food and the service is good but they barely put any toppings on the sub. I get like 5 slices of olive or something which adds up to maybe one whole olive. So stingy.

The one at the corner of Richmond Road and
Woodruffe Avenue in Ottawa Ontario, the customer service is exceptional. Very nice family that owns that franchise and great food.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! The sub was perfectly made and tasted great!

Parking is convenient for take-out because they have 2 spots close by that are Max 15mins.

* The only thing I would point out is that you cannot tip them on debit/visa, so if you are like me and like tipping, be sure to have some coins on you.
