Subway

Very yummy subs n salads.very friendly when I an in there.lots of smiles jokes n laughter! Very clean n one of my fast food places I prefer subway over all the other yukky choices in KL LOL! I EAT HERE ALOT. LOVE IT!

Honestly the worst Subway I have ever been to. Whatever you do, don't get the breaded chicken unless you truly love the texture of rubber. The staff have been known to pick at their face and touch food without even a thought about washing their hands and if you mention it, it's liked you've asked them to clean toilets with their mouth. Truly disgusting.

Horrible/embarrassing experience tonight for myself and my family. We arrived and ordered our subs proceeded to the veggies selection and then was informed there was no lettuce after much confusin from staff determining weather there was or not. Proceeded to pay and redeem my offers from my subway app then was told they didn't know how so basically I was just beat.what ever I told them I wanted to pay debit I have no clue what they did or didn't press but none of my methods of payment would work the store was filling up so they just shrugged there Shoulders and kept walking away from me instead of trying to re punch it in and start from beginning or trying something different, they basically told me to go to the bank machine next door. I did that and my card worked fine so it wasn't me just lazy employees who made me feel like I was a burden to then since the time I ordered.

Ordered five subs off the app
Steak and cheese, there was no cheese and rotten cucumber
Two of the subs were on the wrong buns
One had items that were not on the order
One was fine

Very good food and drinks, the restaurant is very clean and the service was stress free 5 Stars all day long.

The employes are very friendly and helpful like if you are trying subway for the first time don't hesitate they will guide you in best way. Also everything is freshly prepared.

I was instantly given a difficult time with regards to my service dog. He eventually was fine after seeing she is there for me. But seeing she is there for anxiety it didn't help

Employees were attentive, though when I ask for 'lots' they dish out a small amount of veggies so I have to repeat myself several times to get my point across. Other than that typical subway experience

I thought the service, food and restaurant itself were all good. The employees were helpful, hard working and efficient.

This place is apparently more busy at night than day which is annoying because i really need a hoagie at 1am

Cheaped out on the meat, gave 2 slices less than the standard amount. Was trying to tell her to put a couple more but wouldn't listen.
Staff was also busy taking a phone call instead of servicing.

Friendly, fast and amazing subs, wraps and staff! Clean facilities. I always go there when I'm in Kirkland Lake ️ Good Job Everyone!

Service was fast and friendly, especially since it was Easter. They are a great place for a quick meal.

This store is the pits! They skimp you BIG time on toppings and you very rarely get your order right.even after u ask for lots and lots and lots of spinach.but it was still only a little bit of spinach What are you gonna do, go all the way to Liskeard for a sub.
In Kirkland, they aren't very professional. While the guy at the counter was taking my gf's order, the other guy that was there bailed on him, and left everyone waiting in line, wth Could have been our guys attitude but it's not supposed to be the customers fault.

Ordered a French Vanilla cappuccino for my great grandmother. When I ordered the guy just looked at me and scoffed. When he was finished making it, he didn’t read the price out. I guess he just expected me to read the price. He dispensed the change, again, not telling me how much. Before I left I said thank you, only to have again no response. This place really needs to work on customer service. The man was very rude, and seemed to not care much about the customers. Not impressed. Will be contacting corporate about this.
