They didn't even offer cheese for my sub and forgot. Also they didn't even ask if I wanted toasted. Rushed me to pay first before they even asked me about my toppings.
You "don't accept coupons"? You're a franchise. You are required to under your franchise agreement. If you disagree with corporate that much, stop being a franchise. Make your own branding, do your own marketing, and source your own suppliers. If you're not willing to do that, coupons are one of the franchise taxes you have to pay. You can't have it both ways.
The positive reviews here are the things corporate tells you to comment with your own account. Have you seen any other Subway where people talk about how the owner is great? How would you even know who the owner is? And people commenting about having "such an amazing experience" is something that doesn't happen at subway stores. Super suspicious that each negative review is followed shortly after by a glowing five star talking about things no Subway patron notices or cares about.
Fake reviews, bad service, doesn't follow franchise policies, and frankly, bad owner for trying to fake a successful franchise instead of operating one.
Normally I love this Subway. Staff is friendly and food is good. But today I got a salad and it was literally a bowl of lettuce with a few toppings on top. The dressing was scarce. It was more expensive than a sub. Very disappointed. My husband picked it up. If I was there I would have not accepted it. Maybe my subway days are over?
Great owner and staff! I come from Richmond Hill to go to this location because I can rely on the quality, and they always remember my steak, cheese, and lots of olives order.
"no coupon please be advised that we are not participating into current Subway coupon promotions and hence do not accept any discount coupon at this location.we appreciate your business so far and do in future but this tough decision has two made due to significant adverse effect on business due to pandemic of covid-19. Sorry for the inconvenience management"
This is the first subway I have ever eaten at and was very pleased with the quality of sandwich, as well as the level of customer service. Not only was I served with a smile and treated like a valued customer, it was made very clear from interactions with other customers that they maintain a loyal following of regulars whom they're on a first name basis with. They speak about things like, how's the wife/kids, what they're up to, etc. It was very nice to see and I will be returning.
Came out here because they had such good reviews even though we had other subways that were closer. They don't accept discount coupons because their business has been affected. Whereas other affected subways with lower ratings can accept discounts.
The person who serves me pretty much every time I visit this establishment (I think he is the owner) is always very friendly. They are bringing meaning back to the term "sandwich artist", which has seemed to deteriorate over the years as the franchise has grown.

I ordered chicken teriyaki to dine in girl made the sandwich in Rush I was watching chicken falling out of the sandwich still she just wrap it and gave it to me with out any tray to dine in, when a asked her for tray she it’s the closing time that’s y she didn’t gave me tray and made my sandwich in rush, though it was 8: 40PM, never going to come back to this location
I am not really a subway fan, but ate here many times when I worked nearby, and I am giving the four stars for the staff, which was excellent, he remembered mine (and seemingly everyone's) past orders, and they all did as well as you can do at a subway. If you like subway, this is probably as good as it gets.
These guys are fantastic here! Fast, excellent customer service, they make the subs beautifully. How nice is it to hear “nice to see you have a great day” - something small like that makes a difference in my day. Will definitely be coming back to this location!
I recently visited this location and the owner probably had the best level of customer service, he genuinely cared for feedback and handled things so professionally. Would definitely visit again
I always order the same thing at every Subway. This store put half the meat of EVER other Subway. There was less meat in my signature wrap then on a 6 inch sub. Will not be back.
Extremely good service. Guy remembered my order 2 weeks after being there. Went again and it was someone else, who gave me an extra cookie. Would definitely recommend.
Love this subway. The man who owns it is extremely nice and gives the best service. I always choose this subway to go to because he makes the best sandwiches and has the best attitude towards his work.
Highly recommended. Subway food is set by a corporate however what makes the difference in this location is the experience. We have enjoyed the experience in this location.
This was by far my greatest Subway experience. Nil took pride in his work. He was intrigued to know how my day was going, where I was from, and how my drive was. He made recommendations on options for my meal that I don’t usually consider. Nil makes this restaurant more than just a trip to Subway.
Top notch service. Common everyone knows what subway is and what to expect but the things that separate apart one location from another is nothing more then service and Nil and Jaydeep gave some of the best service I've had from any customer service experience I've had in some time! Hats off to you two, if only every customer service experience could be so positive.
