Worst in-store customer service and even worse response from their customer service team.

I had a mobile order through the subway app. They gave it away to someone from Skip the Dishes… just wait, it gets worse.

So, I wait for them to make the subs I ordered. They practically accuse me of conning them, but I literally just showed up to find they had given my food away to someone.

I ask if there’s a manager on site and they say no. I ask for their contact info, and they don’t provide it. They start getting defensive.

I walk away, no compensation, no customer service. They wasted my time while other food in the car got cold.

So I contact their customer service at Subway and tell them what happened. They respond saying “at Subway, we promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh. ” What does that have anything to do with bad customer service? It just made it worse. Now you’re not even listening to my concern.

So I responded to the email saying I would like to speak to someone about my experience. It has been a week and I never got a response.

Honestly, like it would have been so simple to make this right. Just own your mistake and compensate the customer for the inconvenience. Now, I won’t be going back to Subway, because they clearly don’t value their customers. Where else are they putting the customer last?

For the sake of a couple bucks, your entire chain has lost my patronage completely. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

I went to this Subway yesterday for lunch with a coworker. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The toilets in both washrooms we filthy, covered in both pee and poo, the bathrooms smelled like a sewer, and there was no hand soap.
The person who served me was incredibly rude and worked very slowly. There was no one in the drive thru and no one in the restaurant. They were not busy. At least they cleaned their food prep station (I saw them wiping it down) and wore gloves. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have bought food here. They also assumed my coworker and I were together, never asked, and they had an attitude anytime I had to speak with them (in greeting, when ordering, etc.).
Save yourself this experience. Go somewhere else with clean washrooms and better staff.

Do not go to this location. Just spent 15 minutes standing in the lobby of this location. While my food sat in front of me and I could not pay will not be returning.

Overpriced, and DOESN'T accept coupons. Waste of time coming to this end of town considering I was waiting for my parents @ Victoria! SUBWAY LIMITED should hold these franchise accountable for not accepting their "corporate" issued coupons.

Worked at this location for a day before the psychotic manager thought itd be cool to say some super racist stuff to me regarding a black customer that came in. When said Lady saw how unimpressed I was she then informed me that the complaints phone number is a voice mail box that she alone has access to. In other words, there's no way to report her. I hope to God shes no longer there. I quit the next day.

Went through the drive-thru and it took over a half hour to order 3 sandwiches. If I walked in it probably would have been faster. Would not go through drive-thru again.
The paper that they wrapped the sandwich in was stuck to my sandwich and lost almost my whole bread, can't eat a sandwich without the bun.

Girl working needs to fix his attitude and if she doesn’t like her job than she should leave.
Messed up my order and didn’t even bother to be sorry or fix it.

I gave this 5 for a couple reasons.
This location is a drive thru - you must order your sub the same way but in the drive thru - makes sense right! But do we ever think about the multi tasking at hand! There is never more than 1-3 employees making fresh subs, in drive thru and in the restaurant.i have never waited long, always get exactly what I’ve ordered, it’s almost neater, fresher and better than when you walk into the restaurant, in my experience. And they are always kind. That felt like a good reason to stop and give a review! Especially nowadays when it seems the food industry has been slacking in this town! Thanks!

By far the worst place i’ve ever gotten food from, messed up my order by putting the opposite toppings on each sub, you guys should really be considerate of customers that may have allergy issues.not sure how it’s possible to do a job this easy, this bad but hey to each there own.fix up guys, your reviews are actually terrible HAHAAH

Visited on Apr 4 during dinner time, around 6.30pm
Very Good service was provided by Sherrie and Ashish. Both made very good sandwiches. The Multigrain breads were fresh, veggies and sauces were fresh too. Good job guys! Keep it up!

Worst customer service ever. Angry staff that intimidates and rushes customers to make decisions. Also rather strange that staff should be surprised that there is ranch dressing ordered for a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, not a new topping by any stretch.

I have never been so grossed out in my life.
My sub had hair embedded in my sub, not one but multiple strands. Do you not use hair Nets? Unsanitary and discussing. Hard to see it all in the pic but you can see one hair hanging out of it.

My wife just ordered two Subs (online) from this location. Drove here, and waited 40min for the subs pre-ordered and paid to be ready.

12 inch chicken bacon ranch with extra cheese, came with no bacon, no cheese, no Ranch, and the incorrect chicken. The bun was black from over toasting!

This is the most incompetent location in the city by far. Choose another subway if you can!

What is happening at this store? Just visited (I live next door and visit often) and the decline of customer service. Last year this time everyone was always happy and cheerful. Asked if I could get 3 for $23 deal and was told "of course". When I went to pay sub's would not ring through with deal. Was told Opps its only after 4pm, but you told me of course I could? So I was given the option to pay full price if I wanted the sub's or I could wait the 25 mins till 4pm then pay? Really that's customer service, not in my experience.

Decided to visit around 10pm-ish, on my way into work. Got the 3 subs for $23 deal (a fabulous offer!)

The two ladies who worked their sandwich artistry were wonderful. (Esp.because I often have finicky requests.like putting a bunch of veggies on my sandwich BEFORE toasting it!) They did great. Had a great sense of humor. They also appear to genuinely like people, and like their job (props to management!)

I will most certainly come back again.

Ordered a turkey breast because they were out of steak and cheese, got the saltiest turkey I ever had, couldn't get through 2 bites, makes no sense how you can do so bad on the most basic sandwich.

This subway is amazing, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They make your orders quickly with no mistakes. The best part about this location is that there is a drive thru which is super convenient. I will definently be back.

Ruined my day by choosing this restaurant. I had a problem with portions being served. The manager Kim harrased me saying she cannot do nothing but to charge me and telling me to toss out my first order. Her attitude was worst towards me and i dont even think she deserves to work in a customer service atmosphere. NEVER AGAIN!

Was not impressed with the portion size of my chicken breast sub. The chicken has gotten a lot thinner. Only reason I gave 3 star was because the service was good otherwise I would have given a 1 star

The Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are great sometimes not worth the damn. This location is really stingy on the toppings. My BMT had at least one less slice of each meat than normal, a tiny bit of lettuce, and 5 slices of pickle Yep 5 on a foot long! When you can go to a sit down restaurant and order a decent steak for about what one of these sandwiches cost I expect them to not cheap out on cheap stuff like lettuce and pickles.

Always good staff. Attentive and the quality of the vegetables is high. Big downside though. We purchased 4 custom subs and they would not accept our $100 bill. We left without being able to pay. Went to McDonalds thereafter. They accepted our money enthusiastically. Why are they not accepting Canadian currency? Bizarre!

Unispired, stopped here for a quick sub for me and my son. Monosyllabic individual behind the counter did nothing to make me feel welcome. Sub was ok though
