Subway

Usually order a subway melt. Not offered on line. So frustrating. Ordered a pizza sub instead. Worst sub ever. No cheese. Minimal, and I mean minimal, sauce. Little pepperoni. Hot as hell. Stale bread.

Will never eat at subway again!

Food was hot and delicious. Cashier was friendly and courteous. She was the only worker the time and served the customers well.

Been to it now, have to say it is definitely the cleanest subway I've every seen so I'm going to bump it to 4

9/10 Went in to ensure it was made properly (lesson one of the subway code). Man was pleasant, well mannered. Did toast it when I asked not to but may have been the mask. Actually obsessed with SunChips. It’s a problem.

Had the most delicious sandwich made by One of the girls here, I believe her name was reina! Her hospitality was exceptional and she was an absolute angel towards my step son! Thank you reina!

Sad place.my wife just got mugged lol they added them self tip with price loool never coming there u poor souls again

Honestly one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The owner is such a sweet guy, had a conversation with him the whole time and made me feel so welcomed! Definitely will now be my go to subway! Such kind people working here, definitely recommend this spot

The lady have best way of dealing with customer and have attractive voice. Always love to eat sub from here

It’s a worst place for having the subway. It’s the worst employer. Owner didn’t pays you at all. He hired my sister and asked her to come for the 3 days training (free). After 3 days he asked her to come for another 5 days of free training. He wasted her 15 days and when she refused to work for free. Owner fired her and didn’t pay anything of 15 days. He took advantage of the new comers. #shameless.

Great, friendly staff. The owner works the counter so you get that old school service.

I have been to many subways over the last 25 years but this one was by far the best. Employers were extremely friendly and quick with the 5 subs I ordered.

I absolutely loved the service the food was fresh they accomadated and greeted me super nicely i do reccomend stopping by!

Get a sub for lunch everyday through the app! Great service and quick service. Never have to wait! Way to go guys!

This has been my local Subway for over a decade and I still haven't been disappointed! The owner is very kind. The staff are also friendly and place is always clean. Happy to visit here whenever I'm craving a sub.

My family and I have been coming here for five plus years.the portions are WAAAY smaller then they use to be? The girl put “two scoops” of teriyaki chicken on a tray for a foot long.the portion was the same size as a six inch? She wanted to charge me extra for a few more pieces of teriyaki chicken so I said C YA! Went to the location on Upper James and had NO ISSUES with portions? The management at the Upper Wentworth location floats around to make sure the portions are EXACT.enjoy your bread and toppings people! Going to Upper James!

If i could give this a 0.00001 of a star I would. Cheap service. Nothing is fresh.extra olives? 3 slices of an olive for 1$ and thats on a 6"

Honestly before Covid this subway was the best and I’ve been going for 2.5 years because I work near by. After getting back to work when everything reopened there’s all new people and I gave the benefit of the doubt at first but my salads are always small even when I ask for extra, considering I’m paying actually more than a sub for a salad you’d think they’d give you a proportioned size and I never had a problem until now, probably going to stop going there, super disappointing. They’re also very disorganized and the owner is no help to his employees.

The last two times we ordered from here they got every order wrong and they never give us orange cheese like we ask for

This used to be my favourite subway but now I avoid it. Bread is hard as a rock and the owner hovers and makes sure the employees put very little toppings on your sandwich. Not worth the money.

It's saddens me to say but I am very disappointed with my last visit. My bread was so hard I cut my mouth. The topping were so cheap, I asked for a grilled cheese and bacon got 3 slices of bacon and 1 slice of cheese. I asked for more cheese got another source and payed $1. Sorry but I will not be returning. For $8.00 not pleased.

Service was slow and had to keep repeating my order, a very clean store though overall in the seating area and behind the counter. Great pop machine and variety of choices. Would be better though if they had KETO options for food, soups and drinks for myself.

Good food. Just bad management. How in the world you run out of meatballs? No wonder Subway is not doing so good. If you can’t keep up with your menu then it’s time to make it simpler.

Not the best Subway by far. Staff seem very disinterested and not happy doing their jobs. I am not expecting a wow experience, but eye contact and some kind of pleasant interaction would be nice

Subway has taken a lot of heat over the years. Our experience has been good. It's a sandwich.same as many other places. I think that the input of being a chasing is an element of quality in the process, meats and buns.

No doubt subway has lost s lot of our confidence over the period of bad publicity. BUT.it's a sub sandwich compared to the competition it's pretty good. Occassionally it's is a fast solution to a quick meal.

Sandwiches are well prepared, we added lots of items, the teaste is great, good service, nice staff. We are happy.

Good experience with good service. Little to no selection of bread. Only had white bread. Get more bread.
