Typical subway but the sandwich was quite good! Lots of toppings so will go to this location again

I was super impressed with the catering order that I received yesterday. It was amazing customer service from Pritesh, he was genuinely suggesting and patience while I was ordering, delivered the food at corporate office. Multiple sandwiches packed separately and sandwiches were fresh and on side sauce were provided as well. Definitely I will reorder it from same place and will recommend to someone else as well.

Punjabi girl show very rude behaviour. I don’t post any review but this time it’s first person I met very rude

I like to come to Subway for healthy sandwiches and the only one thing missing in this location - its a light music for relaxing atmospher.

Great customer service and excellent food quality. SANDWICH was dressed perfectly with right toppings.

Honestly i love Subway, but the girl working there is super rude and there was hair in my sandwich and she didn’t apologize btw this was in early 2021 hopefully its not the case anymore

The worst experience i have ever had is in this subway.the cashier was so rude and disrespectful that i wouldn’t suggest any person to go their and buy the stuff.she is full of arrogance.the customer is paying for having the food, they aren’t getting it free, so deal with modesty.i would highly recommend the owner of this place to remove such kind of people give another person a chance if they want their business to grow.the girl is working in evening shift-5: 30.

Just visited this subway and I have really good experience overall, Food is very fresh and quality is excellent. Customer service is great and very friendly. They cater to special requirements especially for vegetarians and vegans. Hard working guy and pleasant staff. I also used washroom here and found very clean.

Not a good experience. Totally unhygienic. Vegetables were surrounded by flies. On askinga rude lady employer replied its because of climate conditions. Please dont come here.

I was in the subway location during lunch. I was lining up and having my sandwich made. Despite my sandwich being done, the cashier took the customer after I. I noted to the customer, "you do know that there is a line, do you"? Instead of defending my stance, the cashier told me he did nothing wrong and she can't be taking people in order because I am not ready. Instead I was made to wait for the customer behind me to finish which also held up the line as the sandwich artist was waiting for him to return to the line. This is a horrible experience. I will not recommend this place or come back despite it is opposite to my workplace.

I was at this subway on Keele and highway 7 today. As I walked in with another co worker, I was stung by a bee, as this subway has plenty of bees inside the store. I was unaware of, as I was leaving I notified the other customers as the subway employee had no care to allow the customers know of the bees in the store. One of the customers ended up leaving right away as soon as he heard me mention to the subway employee that he should notify the customers.

The food was ok, but could be better if the food was more fresh.

So if you'd like to have the chance of getting stung by a bee I recommend you try this location.

Very bad staff. Don’t know how to make sub. Staff name-Rajwinder kaur is very rude, have no experience how to deal with customer.anybody never visit this location.
