Subway

The server would not listen at all to what my son and I wanted. She insisted on trying to tell us what we wanted even though we arrived knowing our order. I would have spent more money and stayed to eat, but she made the entire experience so poor that we left as soon as we could. I wouldn't pay her to treat my customers that way. Absolutely terrible.

I always visited to this subway Before my class and the girl working there jasmine. She is very cooperative and she talk very politely and she is best in service providing

The sandwich maker was very rude. The vegetables were rotten and when asked her to change the rotten vegetables in the sandwich she refused to change it saying that this is what the store has.

Fresh and tasty sandwiches. Tried their new Green goddess sandwich and Mozzarella bella, both were good.

I visit over there today for food, but the lady who was working over there was so rude at 8: 10 pm in evening. We were asking her for food but she was asking us to do fast and fast order but she. Was very rude to us.

Worst customer service! When a customer comes, the staff appears to be having problem. Vani and nishu is the rudest staff i ever seen. They are far too disrespectful. Close the shop if you don't want customer. By placing my purchase and giving instructions for my sub, I thought I had done something improperly.

Worst customer service! The employees seem to have problem when customer arrives. They are too rude. If the store doesn’t want customers, then close it. I felt that i did something wrong by ordering and guiding about my sub.

Shivani & Nishu are wonderful employees! Very kind ladies and perfected my sandwich. I have never been to a subway with such good customer service. These two definitely deserve a raise. I would’ve left a big tip if I had extra change on me.

Owner seem to have some problem. He was being very rude with staff for a small mistake. Totally unnecessary!

Staff are friendly but the owner is rude. Their credit machine demands tips during payment without giving a choice to opt out (min 15%) This should be illegal.

Girl manpreet kaur work here. She is so rude. I just ask her for extra tissue paper and the way she talk to me was so rude. If she doesn’t wana work. Please suggest her don’t work. If you talk to ur costumers like that it will not help you business to grow.

Good fast service at this location, particularly weekday lunch/daytime.
Better than other locations in the area.

I think evening staff do try to close up earlier even when it says open outside as other reviewers have mentioned.

The food and service are good. I just dont think it's worth the money anymore. And every Subway is so cheap. 1 extra piece of cheese or ham and it's Siberia for you!

Hey subway! Why dont you guys turn off your led OPEN sign when you guys closed?
It makes you look stupid when someone see open sign light on in the middle of night.
Dont be that lazy. I literally see your sign open turned on 4 times in a week.

#Navkiran is an excellent worker. I usually visit this place and never had any dissatisfaction. Very good customer service and the best SUBWAY in MISSISSAUGA.

Went to this location a few times now despite of hearing negative reviews from my colleagues. The salad was half chopped despite of ordering chopped salad and when I made the person on the counter (I believe he was the franchisee owner) aware, he indicated that they are supposed to chop 4 times only as per training (?) regardless of the chop quality. He was ready to chop it further but indicated that it will shrink and if I am ok with it. This clearly indicates that the quantity served was less than what it is supposed to be. Exact same order a week ago was served completely different to my satisfaction. I had to eat salad with unchopped tomato and cucumber slices pretending it was chopped! Not too eager to go to the same location again.

The staff at this place is very rude. I went with a group of friends and they were discussing what they want to buy. The lady who was supposed to take the order was shouting on top of her voice at my friends if they want anything or not. They were not standing in anybody's way and wasn't interrupting anything. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Everybody needs their time to decide what they want. People don't mug up the menu before they arrive. Staff is supposed to help the customer in deciding or at least wait till they are ready with the order.
