I have been to more than a few Subway restaurants, this location as all has what one would expect in the way of food and atmosphere. They do have a ringer, there is a kid at this location who seems to be working every time we visit.
Rya, Ria? All I can say is I visit maybe once a month or so, this kid is all smiles/friendly and oddly enough she remembers the details of my order and seeing as I order five subs "two have no cheese and one adds bacon". This makes me one happy customer.
Hey Subway don't let this one go.

We ordered 3 foot longs for 3 different people and The girl named Ria started making our order on wrong breads. When we noticed and told her about that, she replied with attitude that why didnt we told her that she was making it on wrong breads. Like common you should know that if someone ordered different breads you are responsible for delivering the right product to the customer. Later on she said i cannot do anything and you have to take whatever is made. That was completely unacceptable behaviour of the staff. Really disappointed with the experience. I want to be reached out by the manager.

A girl was there in attitude and ego, she didn’t had manners to talk to customer, not putting enough veggies or sauces, she was arguing with us and when we asked for managers number she was like come tomorrow to talk to him.worst subway of hamilton i would say

Wasn't aware when you purchased a roast beef sub you get three pieces of meat for a large. Wish I seen these reviews before I went to this location. Should of just went to Mr. Sub.

Every time I get a sub here anytime of day staff is always extremely friendly and subs are always delicious and fresh.

Terrible service. The young girl serving me was miserable. I had to ask her over and over for items. There are are a number of Subways around the area and I will not be going back to the Upper Gage location. She did not even say goodbye she just handed me my food and walked away.

Had to pick up 20 subs in a rush for a team because of a reservation blunder, the lady at the counter was amazing quick and friendly and worked in other orders until the owners arrived to help. So thankful for this store!

When purchasing 4 subs for a family, even if it's a online order.there shouldn't be mistakes like this!
My sub alone was missing 4 ingrediants that make up the ENTIRE sub!

I called to rectify and was told to call back, they had customers waiting? ! I called back, then told to go there in the morning? !

Extremely rude staff that will argue with you if they make a mistake and you ask for your order to be remade. I was on the phone with a friend when he ordered a sub and distinctly asked for honey mustard. Upon realizing she put regular mustard on the sub, he kindly waited for everyone in the restaurant (even let people behind him go fist) to order their food before he asked for his to be remade. The girl working had the audacity to say he was wrong and put up a fight to remake his sandwich and even had to CALL HER MANAGER! Absolutely ridiculous. The female employee that was working on February 22,2022 @ 8: 30 PM should really be retrained on how to serve customers because that was NOT it

The owner is despicable, young kid was making my sub and he leaned over as if couldn’t hear and said “less, less” I had a coupon and he pretended to use it and charged me full price. If you need the $2 that bad I can imagine what working for him must be like, I feel bad for the kid working there!

First time in this franchise.was served promptly and with a smile.appreciated the friendly service.came to this location because another Subway location does not accept the current round of Subway advertising coupons. Tried the new plant based meatball sub. It is good with the Marinara sauce. A bit plain without- next time would ask for some sauce right on the meatballs if choosing the without Marinara option.

This Subway was bar none the BEST I've been to in Hamilton. They also take coupons (something NONE of the locations near me do). Staff were nice and helpful and while I was there a staff member was scrubbing the proofer and oven and doing a great job of it. This restaurant was clean, fast, and everything you want from the chain (and way more than you get at most locations!)

Hate this subway. Never had properly cooked egg with my muffin and bacon. Twice it's happened. Very shoddy. The ingredients are not fresh. Dont go here. Tell subway.

Been here a few times and never really had any problems with this location compared to some other locations. Better management here.

I was purchasing 4 subs. Only ended up getting 3 because they did not have one of the items I wanted. And my mom complained about her meat portion (but likes large than normal portions so.)

If I can give zero I would, I ordered a foot long tuna earlier today, the girl that was working was very rude, she was on a hurry to make my sub and go back to her phone, once I got home I took a bite of the sub and there was a long hair in it, by the time I went back it was too late and they closed but I seen the girl inside I knocked on the door and showed her the hair she said it wasn’t hers and maybe I did it purposely, I was very disappointed and the bread was very hard it seemed like it was a month old, the tuna was so dry, so I just threw the sub in front of the store and came home.

Service was slow, bread was stale and toppings were minimal. Added bacon and only got 2 very small slices. Disappointing when you are spending $10 for a 6” and a drink. I feel like other subways are more generous but I could be wrong? !

One of the better subways around, Some of the workers i feel should be more generous with the amount of toppings they put on the subs.

Not enough staff on at 1: 30. Waited a good 15 mins to get a sub made and then barely any toppings.
