The service here is absolutely horrible. I ordered from Uber eats, and it was my mistake and misread my order so I called and clarified then go just be spoke to like an idiot and hung up on when all I needed was clarification on my order.

What a difference. Went in here yesterday and a man served me, he was amazing and my sub was made well, very friendly. Went back today because it was so good, and a girl was there named Shayna. Her attitude was poor, she seemed put out about making my sub. Definitely will not be revisiting if she is working.

I love all the employees at this location! The only problem is the food itself. Particularly the bread. Perhaps you should consider a dental benefit program? Buy 10 subs get a jaw replacement? No one likes stale multigrain!

Some series training is needed at this location. Was there today at 1115am and the girl put no care in making the sub. The first two inches didn't even have toppings. I had to ask 3 times to spread them out and point out half the sub doesn't have veggies on it. I eventually gave up and just let her finish. Painful. I won't be back to this location.

17 bucks for a sub and I get a stale bun. Your a sub shop, you are supposed to specialize in subs. I won't be back

Went today to get a sub for lunch didn’t have the bread I wanted only whole-wheat available, asked for onions, no onion available, asked why she said we will have them tomorrow, asked for sub sauce, and the bottle was empty she disappeared into the back waited for her to return was just about ready to give up and leave and she finally returned. Horrible customer service will never return you lost a customer

Grumpiest server in Barrie. My daughter and I picked up subs for the family.in fairness, they were pretty tasty.but the older indian (ahem) lady never smiled, mumbled every word, and rolled her eyes at my daughter for saying "pardon me". My daughter went red with embarrassment, i kept my cool but really wanted to make a scene.
Daughter said she felt scared in there and never wants to go back.me neither

The attitude. I was polite and received pure attitude. The store is open for 4 more hours and it was as if I was coming in just before they closed. Sounds like the people who work here don't want their job.

Who tf is that lady with the attitude, this is a personal message to the owner. If you’re reading this all the one star rating is for that rude lady and you know who she is. Get rid of her or at least her attitude or you might hear from the consumer protection Ontario (Consumer Protection Act, 2002, S. O. 2002, c. 30, Sched. A). Please I like this place but you need to work on that lady’s attitude. Extremely poor customer service. Her name starts with ‘M’

The chicken tasted soggy and the bun wasnt cooked. On top of that, the lady making the sandwich kept trying to barely put toppings on

Worst subway ever. The server girls are so rude. Bread stale, veggies are frozen and never fresh

I went there today and there were two ladies and one of them was super kind and the other had severe attitude. She kept mumbling under her words hurt things which is extremely unprofessional. Something's like, "Why didn't you just say that" or "are you kidding me" I just wanted a sandwich.

I bought 2 subs that were supposed to have extra lettuce and they had barely any on them. I tried to call the store and was hung up on.

The older lady working the counter here at this location has by far the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered!
She’s rude and blames the customers and rolls her eyes when required to dare I say “make a sub”!
Then she over charged me $7.60!
Wouldn’t accept a coupon that was emailed to me from SUBWAY stating that it was an American coupon!
Absolutely terrible from start to finish!

Everyone is so friendly here! You walk in and are greeted almost instantly (if the staff aren’t already mid sentence) they have wonderful customer service here. They made ordering super easy for me. I’m very indecisive and the lovely employee was encouraging and suggested different combinations. It was so refreshing coming in and being able to have a joke and conversation, especially in these times.

The owner is absolutely fantastic also! He was joking with us and didn’t get annoyed when I couldn’t make my mind up either they’ve definitely made new regulars with this family! We loved having a laugh in the store and then eating a deliciously fresh sub! Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Not sure the name, but the owner who I have talked to many many times - he has a great approach. He gets you the sub, suggests perfect combinations and gets you out the door quickly. Hope your business can keep going strong, keep up the steak subs.

I was there a couple days after they re opened due to covid and the are in fact taking precautions unlike another review states. Also the owners daughter who works there is amazing at her job! She is so friendly and loves to talk! Great customer service! (Food was also delish)

The service was okay. Staff wasn't great. Food was okay. They have some good deals. The restaurant was clean
