Ordered from here multiple times and I am always impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The food is always amazing especially compared to other subways and the overall service is fantastic. I always feel like I'm in a very hospitable environment.

The food was amazing. The girl that helped me was super nice and made the sandwich the way i love it. I would recommend getting food here if you want to grab something to fill up your stomach.

I went to this location and no one was in the store only me. One female was being rude and impatient.

Got the best customer service, super hygienic and the person name ravi customised the veggie patty just according to my taste and I must appreciate the way he attend the customer. Surely it will be my to go place from now on.

One of the best place to have a sub. Personally Het (employee) is really a respectful person.

Walked in there was only two others ordering, they rushed me so much basically were yelling what we wanted, TOASTED OR NO TOASTED CHEESE? Like it’s really not that serious, they were aggressively handling all the sandwiches and when I asked for lettuce I understand they put a lot whatever asked for not that much and he took off liek three pieces and said good okay and went on with the sauce and stuff without me actually saying yes. Got to the register and the girl in just as much of a rush “that it? ” Asked for 2 cookies and specified which ones cause the guy before didn’t and they got frustrated. Need to teach them some manners really not professional. Wrapped my sandwich so bad two of four meatballs weee off of it by the time I got home, I live a 2 minute walk.

Best subway in town very generous with quantity and the quality is unbeatable. Always Fresh

The worst subway store. The guy over there is super rude to customers and he thinks that he owns the store. He is extremely rude and don't have manners. He behaves rudely to the customers paying twice his hourly salary for a sandwich. He definitely should be fired.

Great place for a quick Sandwich.quite a few verities to choose from. Their sub of the day is good. Bhavika is very friendly and your sandwich is done in no time

The worst subway in DT. Lettuce is brown and soggy. Spinach is always out of stock. Tomatos are old and smelly. It used to be good but last few years it has literally downgraded it's food quality and staff service to 0 stars.

Very fast, even when ordering for pick up-it only takes me about 5 minutes to walk there and it’s always ready before I arrive. Kind employees, very tidy. Ordered a grilled wrap for the first time today and it was delicious and perfect, lots of fresh veggies and it was so neatly wrapped not a single drop of sauce escaped. 10/10

I have ordered several of times from this location. I found everything perfect and fresh there. Bhavika is best at what she is doing. Keep it up. I’ll surely come back again!

Just your average subway place. Ingredients are a bit fresher than some of the subways I've been to since how many students come and go, which is nice.

Great location, right across for UofT. Nice to get a quick lunch in between classes. The staff are friendly and often make jokes. I also really appreciate that the ingredients are fresher than most other locations.

They know how to make sandwiches as I want and it is all I need. However, this place is frequently packed with students and they can get too busy sometimes. They also have to upgrade their food safty because they really misunderstand why they need gloves and how to use gloves. What is the point of wearing them if you gonna touch the cash anyways? It is pretty hard to rate honestly, 2-3 stars.

The whole franchise is cheaping out on meat on their subs. Some locations more than others. Goodbye Subway.

Quite hard to find for myself but is close to other eateries. Has a patio like spot to eat after purchase

Staff do not understand what gloves are for. Standing in line I watched the man making the sandwiches move from food prep to accepting money to cleaning the counter, all while wearing the same set of plastic gloves. Why bother wearing the gloves if they are not reserved exclusively for food handling? Simply kinda gross.

Quick-service, friendly staff, ingredients are fresher than other branches. Ideal branch of subway.

Can't think of any problems. Fast, ingredients seem fresh, properly staffed, clean dining area. A good spot for a quick bite by campus.

Service is quick and accurate, however if going to eat with a group of people, make sure you go during off peak times as this place is very small and has a small amount of seats. It gets very crowded when there is a lot of people, so watch your stuff as well.

It is really small restaurant and good for quick grab and go. There are tables but really annoying when it's crowded.

Pretty good place can't comment much as it's like any other subway. However the staff are quick and kind.

Come here pretty consistently and always have bad service. 50% of times I go they don't even cut the sub. If you have the time, go to the Subway on Spadina and College.
