Completely unprofessional, online order was a mess. The attitude was definitely, "we already have your money we don't care when its done. "

This is Supposed to be a 6 inch Bacon Subway Melt.
Which in turn.ended up just being a toasted bun with bacon and disappearing cheese.
All for the low price of $7

Asked for double meat got single got charged double they were too busy talking to each other in their own language didn’t hear a thing I said stay away from this location 6 subs not even what we wanted all different orders oh ya helped themselves with a tip well and Ave sub way

Firstly only one person was working which made it busier. The individual had some speed but kept bouncing between customers. The store was out of a few items but only had a sign posted about lettuce quantities. I do not take a lot of toppings for my sub, so this was disappointing, and if i had known before ordering, i would not have ordered at all.
The sandwich artist attempted to apologize at the end of making my sub, which i now felt obligated to still purchase.
My chicken turned out dry and rubbery, and the bread was supper dried out as I believed it was over baked than over toasted (I only wanted a basic toast on my sub). The location was also not inviting even if I was going to stay and eat.
This is an over issue with Subway, not this location, but I do not appreciate that they switched the ranch to peppercorn ranch.
Sorry, I will not be going back to this location.

Our server was rushed off his feet working alone but he stayed positive and kept focused on his task at hand.

Sub was cold and no napkins were given. First time I've ever had a sub at subway that was cold.

The lady working there today 13/09/2021 she's really really rude person this is my 5th time I've been there and asked her for bowl salad she just said we don't have and she refused the service I think she is too lazy to make it l will never recommended this sab for anyone because her.

Its was a horrible experience going at Subway, Specially the lady working at 1 July Canada day night, has poor and horrible customer service,
She refuse to take order, even she has so much attitude,
I am fail to understand who offered a job to her when she is not happy what she is going!
I wasted my money and energy talking to her
She spoil all our family mood
Subway management check because she spoiling your reputation!

Everytime that I have been here, the staff have been very friendly. I have ordered alot of meals during Covid and I have yet to receive a wrong order.

It is one of the better ones around.
Quality and cleanliness above average. I won't go near Mr Sub as they are shockingly filthy! No joke.

I use to love coming here but lately I've shown up at this location and they were already closes at 10: 20 pm when it says they are open till 11pm. Not very happy about this.

The lady working today 6 April 2021 has poor customer service. Horrible personality to be working with the public. Been here 3 x and it will probably be the last until that lady is gone. She poorly made the sub, poorly wrapped it and when I got it home, it was a complete mess. I needed a fork to eat it because none of the toppings were on the bread. Very disappointed in the service and quality. Doesn't even deserve the star it did receive from me.

The woman with the tattoo on her arm always seems so miserable like she doesn't want to be there at all. Just bad vibes overall whenever I'm dealing with her but every other staff member is always positive and has great customer service.

I left without my food as the woman preparing the food would not put her mask over her nose even when I asked her! She was directly over the food preparing it and if she is refusing to wear a mask correctly while doing food then you can be certain she does not wear it when in the community increasing the chances she will get and spread COVID.

I get that some people have issue but they should not be preparing food.

I normally have a good experience at this location. Today it felt like the young lady behind the counter wanted to be anywhere but there. Sub was fresh and tasted good.

Every time I come here there is a problem, the lady hardly speaks English, can't seem to follow if there's more than one sandwich being ordered, doesn't know the types of bread, and really has a hard time understanding. Ordered both online and in person and she didn't understand the orders. Watched three separate customers walk out because they got frustrated with her. Really disappointed with the service. Would not reccomend.

I ordered 3 subs and asked the girl to make 2 of them a combo. The charge is 2.99 to make it a 2 cookie aand drink combo. She charged me separate for the cookies, and the drinks adding almost $2 more than if she made them a combo. I tipped her about 3 dollars because you don't see your bill till after the debit purchase. I don't go to this location often because each time they Over charge:/

Was very pleased with the young lady who was working tonight, we weren't to sure what we wanted to order but she was more then patient with us and even tried helping us decide. They didn't have everything we wanted but she offered us a free cookie and gave us a coupon to use, would definitely recommend.

I went to this location June 2nd 2020. I ordered a chicken and bacon salad
frm here and afterwards was vomiting and have diarrhea for 5 days and 5 nights.sanitiation is a true problem here I will never buy from here again

Dinner time and didnt have much left to choose from, out of alot of stuff and could hardly make change no coin. Very disappointed. Felt bad for the lady working by herself.

Visited here around 7: 45pm June 25 and waited in line for about 15 minutes. When it was my turn the lady refused to peel inner part of the bread as I’m on limited carb diet prescribed by the dr. She said we don’t do this however I never had to face this in any other subway outlet. Her phone was ringing while serving the customer before me and she went back touched her phone to make silent and started working, no change in gloves

I did not actually go here but it was by a dollar store store that I went to God bless the sheeple

I came in tonight and was impressed by Nadia’s kind nature. She took the time to ask us how our day was and when asked how hers was she replied “amazing. ” Words are free to use so I can always appreciate when people use the great ones! Overall exemplary service - thank you!

Ordered through Skip the Dishes and the subs were very poorly made but we went to the location and he gladly remade them for us and apologized. Great customer service:)

It's an "ok" place to go when you're too lazy to make your own sandwich. But you'll be better off making your own if you like it a certain way because the "sandwich artists" seem to always be new to making sandwiches.

90% of the time I go here they're out of stuff I'd like to have. Two days in a row this happened. But the second time was the worst. Touching a tablet with the gloves on and then making my sandwich after with the same gloves on? Are you serious? I won't be going back anymore.

This place use to be good food clean fresh now you have one worker who allways says he doesn't have bread toaster dont work out meat just hangs out side smoking with bar people your workers going riun this place

I am never one to complain but then again I have never had an issue with my subs but today was just over the top! I asked for a turkey sub on flat bread and select veggies and sauce. The sauce was put on with little to no care at all and way to much of it to the point it was almost soup. And next to all my toppings weren't even on my flat bread they were on the wrapping instead. I have taken pictures of my wrapping as well as my sub as i am far from being a happy customer! I went into the store around 4: 10pm on Sunday and got out of the store at 4: 45pm with there only being 2 customers ahead of me. Oh and also to add to my complaint my boyfriends sub bun was flat instead of being soft and fluffy the way they should be. Very unhappy and unsatisfied customer!

My go-to Subway in St. Catharines. Always clean, staff is courteous and friendly, and always a good sub!

I go for the fresh bun and the choice of topping. Tonight they did not have bun I wantvand he was out of toppings. It was only 10 pm. So upset the guy says he did not care he only worked there once a week? I care! I

Can't get orders right. Understaffed and horrible all around. Nobody will answer the phone if you do have an issue. Don't waste your time or money

This Subway never has what I want. I can't believe that management allows the store to consistently run out of things. The last time I went they didn't even have salt and pepper. This is not the staff members fault but they are the ones left to explain why they don't have meatballs or chicken or salt and pepper. Terrible store with decent staff.
