The slowest store and bad Customer Service do not order from them for Delivery ever either.

Ordered with the app, subs were made well and ready for pick up quickly.
There wasn't enough sauce on one, and we asked for extra, and also asked for extra salt and extra ingredients which weren't done either, so if you're ordering on the app just check it before you leave.
Bathrooms were atrocious.
Staff were friendly.

The staff are not very friendly and they don’t pay attention to what you are ordering, as I had to repeat myself. Both employees that were there look like dear caught in headlights. Something went wrong with my order and did not want it. Ask for my money back. The lady behind the counter said she has to call her supervisor to approve and didn’t know how to perform a refund? If you are an employee you should be able to proform all functions

Been eating my favorite Subway Club for 35 years now it's gone. The new offerings are trash. Sorry but not going to eat there ever again.

1/3 of the lettuce, full priced sub. Global shortage should mean subway eats the loss by offering a discount, screw the customer right?

Fresh, low-calorie foods. They have a variety of options and flavours that allow you to create any sandwich that you like.

Worst subway location. “Cheese and toasted” my cheese looked fresh out the fridge. Meat tasted old and stale.

I used to come out of way to visit this Subway, as the ones near me were horrible, but lately this Subway has let me down also, Bread is was hard, Employees on the phone while taking your order, and I am usually able to get just bread from other Subway’s but this owner wouldn’t sell me just the bread. Talk about losing a frequent customer over $2. I wont be coming here no longer.

Staff was not friendly but that didn't take away anything from the food, my sub still hit the spot

A younger Indian man was serving me today. He was very energetic, and outgoing. A real asset to your franchise. Sub was great too. Cheers

Just had lunch with my wife. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a sandwich. We ordered two of the new subs toasted. We received two bricks with meat inside. The bread was so tough and inedible it couldn’t even be chewed. I threw out half of my sandwich even though I was still hungry. The worst part was it cost us $33, for terrible inedible food. I now remember why I stopped eating at Subway.

It's as good as a fast food gets. Good place, sometimes the server/owner can be a little rude or extreme neutral which doesn't appear super friendly.

This guy Always cheaps out on toppings, hides the spinach and says it's too expensive to put on subs. The franchise should take a closer look here

Subway restaurants are health conscience. They have a good choice of veggies to put on your sandwich. It can be served warm and toasted or as is. They even provide baked and regular chips and top it off with freshly baked cookies. One of the employees in this particular restaurant named Utsav Savaliya is really helpful and always smiling. I normally visit this place in the evenings and to see his friendly and welcoming smile is comforting. Sometimes I get confused with my orders and he helps me with best suggestions. Thanks to him I visit this place every week.

Very Rude. Didn't chop my salad because they wanted to take more customers quickly. Very low on toppings and chicken.

I was amazed of the cleanliness But the staff couldn’t gave a chance to choose what we want. Also Toppings are too small.

The food is consistently fresh and tasty, cashiers hands out great customer service. I love the cleanliness and ambience. Highly recommended.

I arrive at this outstanding restaurant every couple of days as I love the ambiance that is characterizes this restaurant. The personel is extremely friendly and well trained. The service is certainly fast. Most important, the food you eat is first-rate. I visited more than once and I was always happy. The rate is honest. I highly suggest this place to my friends and family.

Food is always fresh, Staff is always friendly and place is always clean. 10/10 Good Subway would go again.

I usually go for my boyfriends dinner once a week and don't have an issue.

Buuut. TODAY I wanted to refill my water because I'm walking home, and they tried refusing me and started raising their voice in from of other customers!

Really? ! ! It's 40+ degrees out!
Legally you cannot say no to people wanting water, which the service person giving me an issue ADMITTED!

Dirty tables, rude management. Food is often not prepared to order.and they skimp on the toppings. Give this one a miss.

I have gone here more then a handful of times. Consistently rude staff and they skimp on the toppings.

Subway is one of my favourite fast food restaurant. The subs and/or wraps are enjoyable to eat I loved it. Very clean and organized inside the restaurant. Fast and on time in customer services. But for one thing is no accessible, it can be difficult for accessible people walking or in wheelchair with many stairs.

Poor example of customer service. The person making sandwich was ignoring while making my sandwich and didn’t even bother about what content to add in what quantity. Even that wasn’t enough and as I asked for hot sauce in a small quantity, he just went crazy and squeezed as much possibly he can to make it super spicy which I never expected. The made sure in best possible way that this should be my first and last visit to this location! I still have to give 1 star minimum in order to have me comment, otherwise they doesn’t deserve even half star. If this is the closest location on your map to get something to eat, I’d suggest you to avoid this particular place and stop by at any gas station near by or just drive north of dufferin and you’ll find plenty of choices.
