Love the new Subway, the staff is great and the quality of the subs is excellent. Its always made the way I like it

This place is always understaffed. It doesn't matter if it's the Friday dinner rush or Saturday lunch rush. They only have 1 employee working. Today, we came for lunch and had 8 ppl in line with only 1 worker. Expect to wait a long time for mediocre food.

It was the worst experience at this subway. The guys today October 13th at 6: 55 PM. Didn’t change gloves, he was cleaning with the same gloves as he was making the sandwich. He also didn’t change gloves after touching all the meat. When I asked he said that’s the process. So hurting someone’s culture is the process? By being lazy and not changing gloves he was hurting others culture who can’t have any meat. He touched all the greens with the same gloves. No infection control!

I wish I can rate in minus for their ethics. We ordered veggie sub and when we ask him to add crispy onion, he said that would be extra charge for that. Even though we know that no subway charge extra for that, we were ready to pay. So while doing billing he charged us 3$ extra for that and in the bill, he punched guacamole. And when we asked he said this is how they charge for the crispy onions. I asked him can you please tell me where it’s written in subways menu that extra charge for that he said he has to talk to manager and after talking to him he came and said he can return that extra charge. I also told him you guys are doing fraud with the customers, instead of apologizing, he said he is just doing what their management is told him to do. Even the sub was very dry because he did not added sauces properly. Beware guys. Always check them while punching.

We ordered a veg footlong from this location and there was mosquitoes in the veggie in the sub they served us

Only reason for 2 stars is the persons treatment. He could smile and treat customer with nice. The guy works here looks like tht he doing the job forcefully. Anyway people has thousand problems, but he doeant has to show his ignorance face to cuatomers. Maybe he diesnt know language and he just new to canada. The sandwich was good but he still doesnt know how to close ii properly before wrap. No offense buddy, just cheer your work. We all need money

The chicken was pathetic and disgusting. It was mushy. Not sure if it was spoiled or old. It tasted weird like a tuna. And they burnt the toast. How are ppl here this careless and stupid. Can't they even work the toaster properly? This will be my first and last time getting sub at this location!

I forgot my credit card there but night shift guy or someone else there took my card nd did transaction’s. They don’t know if someone forgot it.they should return it. I probably think its night shift guy he put the pin as well!

Terrible service, will never return. 1st, the server never had a hair net on and her hair was all over the place. 2nd, she tried to rip me off by charging me more than was posted on board, her responce was "prices went up" I explained to her I'm only paying what is posted. Be careful if you go. 3rd, delivered flyers not acceptable there. WTH I love across the road. BEWARE when going to this subway. Never again.

They don’t take the coupons that come in the mail. I will make sure to always avoid this location

Visited the place, Staff was full unprofessional and not having sense of greetings a family when there is a kid is there.

Need to stay for 5 to 10 minutes, in an only standing person in the line, every time and wait for a person to help with the order, also he is not understanding what we need.

In my order they prepared the subway without any proper staffing.just veggies and sauce. After preparing the sub the lay went away and ask other person to do the remaining order. Also, we order feet long sub but they charge separate sub 2 X half sub. Ideally it should change 12$ but because of their mistake we need to charge 20$.

This is not recommended for any one!

Went in at lunch time and asked for the restaurant to prepare 9 subs, all hands were on deck. I was out in 15 mins with great service! Thank you!

I usually get subway at least 4 times a week and this particular store charges 12: 99 for a rice bowl where it is only 10: 59 at nearby locations. The avocado was black in colour and the veggies looked so bad and tasted yucky. Worst location ever. Please don’t get food from here if you’re reading this review. I feel better now after writing this review

Try going to the other 24hr location in Scarborough. The guy started microwaving my meatball sandwich and my partners bacon, and hadn’t told us the oven wasn’t working. A heads up would’ve been nice so food wouldn’t have been wasted. They microwave the soup as well so try your best not to get that unless you want food poisoning.

Excellent service, very friendly staff.you can get fresh food even in late night as store is giving service for 24 hours. I will Surely visit again this place

Customer service was very good, the was polite and they made my subway exactly how I told them. All the ingredients were fresh and the store was very hygienic.

Went to get a sub they gave me the most stale piece of Italian herb and cheese bread and then took 20 mins to decide whether to give a refund or make a new sub. While waiting another employee decided to talk bad about me to another customer in their language. Very poor customer service.

It was nice Experience and Staff is really good and friendly as well as they provide really fresh veggies and bread.

Pathetic service by poojan and I asked for 6 inch bread please check the photograph does it look like 6 inch? And literally when ask for every veggie so he just threw lettuce to fill up my sub.and i had to ask three times to get the sauce seems like he was ignoring me. I will never go to these place again.

No veggies and sauces in the subways. Ordered online and they did not update its ready for pick up. The food got cold.
Ordered the new veggie sandwich and the avocado was bitter.

Open 24 hours thats the only advantage. Other than that the bread sizes have reduced drastically that its clearly visible. The way our subway was made yesterday, it could have been better but only one person at counter and he was rushing with the orders.

There’s 1 worker to continually serve 6+ people on a summer evening. Stop being cheap and increase your staff numbers which will also help better manage your stores traffic flow. There is no need for people to wait 20 minutes just to be served. This is has been an ongoing issue with this store location so please make the adjustments promptly.

Hey staff, please concentrate what customer orders. When we ordered, they mislabelled, not wrapped properly. Food was tasty though.

The food is great and the store is open 24 hrs I believe which is also great. But if the other one down the street at McCowan and Lawrence is open and you have the means of transportation I recommend going there. The food is just as good and it’s much cheaper. Not only are regular menu items at least $1-2 cheaper at Lawrence, they also participate in the deals / promo codes. This one at Ellesmere does not participate in any promos (from my experience the 5-6 times I’ve tried). You’ll easily spend an extra $5 per person for takeout here. Again, food is fresh and good. Just don’t understand how they can charge so much more than the exact same thing 2min down the street. 3 stars and that’s generous because I don’t agree with such Robery.

Harsh is a great employee over this location. Very well deserved guy. Very good place to be for grab n go. Should give a raise to Harsh

SCAMMERS!

I usually don't write reviews but this place literally scams people. Every sub is more expensive than any other location and the ingredients aren't fresh. Every worker at any time will try and upsell you on anything possible like their paycheck depends on it. Asked for extra bacon, got 3 slices and charged for double. To the owner is reading this, maybe when people write bad reviews, it might possibly be you and your staff at fault.

Ordered a meatball sub and this guy put like 5 meatballs on it.i had to ask him for more spinach like 3 times cause he kept putting so little.workers are not smart

The guy I had this morning was excellent very polite and really helped me figure out my best options I will definitely be back it was my first of plenty of times
