This subway sub store in Elmvale is the worst I mean the worst subway store that I ever ordered from. First I get up to drive through and employee said just one min please, that was the only best part of this story. Looked at my clock in my car and after 6 minutes I think he forgot me. NO I said on speaker hello he comes on and says sorry one minute I said it’s been 6 minutes already. So I had to wait and wait and wait finally after 9 minutes waiting to place my orders, I placed my order only 1 sub just me for dinner so as I said to him Canadian club then I went to say the toppings and he says ok just a minute he said he’s just starting my sub with the meat so another minute then he asks what toppings would you like so I said green olives, onions, and sub sauce, salt and pepper. So I said all of them really isn’t a lot being in that profession he should be able to remember 2 toppings and only 2 I mean easy to remember sub sauce and salt and pepper. So I had to say my toppings and only one at a time lol lol I thought I was on some sort of tv reality show lol. Sorry you would think of the same thing that I was thinking. So finally he says pull up please so I do and he is still working on my sub. Just as I’m going to tap my interact to pay for it and a customer that was behind me also waiting. This guy was let’s say a little pissed ya right and way he reset my bill and then I could use debit card to pay for one sub. I wasn’t thinking right because of the service I was getting sucked I just wanted gone from here. So I get home with my sub take out of bag and napkins and the bill was there so I looked and holy cow he charged me for a combo. I didn’t ask for combo because I have pop at my house. So here we go again having to deal with him again, I said to myself i shouldn’t of been treated like that and being charged for a combo that I didn’t ask for. Anyway I wasn’t going to write a review but when I tell friends about my situation they where the ones that said by doing this you are warning other customers that want to grab a sub just be ready to wait for your sub like quite a few minutes and hope you don’t have to order 2 or 3 subs lol call and tell the wife your going to be a hour or so, she says excuse me so I explained to her and she also said warn others if there not in a hurry then you will be ok to wait the hour. I’m sorry being so blunt about this matter but when this happens for the second time going there and thinking he may of had a bad day but no he’s fine just not good at his job. That was about 3 weeks ago and friends finally got me to write this for others. So like I said if you don’t mind waiting for your sub at least 10 to 15 minutes then you will B ok then but if you order more then one sub I’d say 20 minutes and longer. I hope this helps others. I just looked again at there reviews and lol I wasn’t surprised at how many customers had the same problem as me except I was over charged for my one sub.

They put 4 pieces of green peppers on a 12". They are extremely cheap with topping for a 20$ sandwich

As soon as I walked In the guy disappeared in the back for 30mins and never came so I just left. Worst service ever and never will be back and NEVER will I recommend this subway to anybody. They should FIRE this man and close this store for good. Also there were flies fly and eating the food behind the counter and the food had mold on it. People need to show more respect to costumers.

Both of the men that work there are so rude, their customer service sucks. They take at least 10 minutes to answer the drive thru speakers. The hour of operation are never followed and they often close early. If you are looking for “fast food” don't bother going here, you’ll wait 20 minutes to even have your order taken.

Went tonight at 7: 15 pm. The attendant was making a drive thru or called in large order and didn’t acknowledge us until he was done making that order. I ordered the BLT on flat bread. Wasn’t asked if I was wanted it toasted. Had to keep asking for more tomatoes and spinach and they would only add an extra piece at a time. The customer service sucked. Will not return. The guy that was working appeared annoyed the entire time we were in the building.

I have worked across the road from this subway for years now. I go weekly. Have never had a problem. I always order on the mobile app and have never had a problem. Today I picked up order and it had all the wrong toppings on it as well as a BIG BLACK HAIR. I went back and they would not remake the sandwhich or give me refund. Needless to say I will not be going back there.

It's 937 I was told the owner said to closer the store the hours of operation is until 10pm they can't keep there hours the owner must be a joke

Waiting in line to be served. After waiting patiently I was then ignored because of a new drive thru arrival. Disgusting face to face Customer service. Will never return.

Great Staff at this location. Food and quality is so fresh as subway should be! Staff always say hi and ask how I'm doing. Very refreshing to hear after a long day! Definitely try this location out for dinner. A+

Annoying. Both of the men serving both my brother and I, barely spoke nor understood English and took two minutes to figure out what a "Cold Cut Combo" was with one of them even saying "All our meat comes cold". Embarrassing.

Got a steak sub have done many times before not sure if because drone thur it sucked not much meat even toppings were limited will stop Barrie on my way home will not return

Super nice staff! I went through the drive thru and at first my order was incorrect and they had no problem fixing it quickly and politely without questions. Appreciate the good service and good quality
