Staff working here is very polite and good. They provide good service to customers. I order veggie patty which was very tasty. Girl name was Ravneet she did a great job.

Have you heard of customer service? Well let me tell ya, at this subway, they certainly have not. The two ladies working today would have been better working at a funeral home than providing the “friendly” service they provided today.

The staaf didn't behave well and they don't put the saueces properly. They didn't followed my instructions well for the sub. This is first subway staaf i saw where staff didn't respond well to customer. Never gonna visit this subway again.

Worst experience, just want to say one thing change your staff or tell them about customer service, the girl on the cash counter was the rudest person with no smile on face, I don't know why she is showing attitude, so bad customer service, one of the worst staff experience.

Yesterday i went there with my friends I really liked there service and sandwiches it was really good. Must visit this location

Staff is really nice. Delicious eatables. We ordered twice back to back. Yummy! Keep it up guys!

No professionalism!

I have placed an order online from the app one veggie delight sandwich and these guys served me sausage on it when I went back to complain instead of apologizing the mistake they said we’ll replace the order or refund your money. On asking about manger it was the same girl who offered the refund. They don’t care about your allergies and not even realize their mistake. Instead they had excuse that we got busy with multiple orders so that’s the reason it happened.

Worst experience ever had in subway.in square one.the service was too bad by the black lady.she was so rude.
Behavior was arrogant not recommended to nice people

We buy 4 sandwiches and requested 4 transparent glasses and the Punjabi girls at the front were so mannerless and rude.so disgusting and no manners to talk with customers they said we can’t give more than two we said we will pay for transparent glasses then they said they will charge 3 $ for disposable ones.like seriously this is how you gonna behave and run the business

Staff are veryy cooperative…they make awesome sandwiches.

I have subway near my residence but still i prefer this location for Subway sandwiches.

I wish i could give it a ZERO. The lady working there, named something like FURKE was very very very rude. Really don't understand if these people even understand what customer service would be, when the other person is confused and asking some help.

Best customer service. Today I went to this store and Lady name Funke made my sandwich and she made my sandwich exactly the way I want. This store has best customer service and employees are very nice too.

Horrible place to eat. They wouldn’t give us a cup of water and I asked simple questions like can we increase the portion and they said no. Never going back

I wish i could give zero. I was there with my friend on Sunday and i asked for veg sandwich. There were multiple girls working. It was not that busy the time i was there we were only 6 to 7 customers there. Anyways, Girl named Jasleen or jasmeen was garnishing my sandwich, i asked her for extra topping for vegetable she have added little amount that is okay coz they are told not put good amount of vegetables to save the cost. But the time she asked me for the dressings, i asked her to add sweet onions - didnt ask her to add extra, she put way more than normal amount i said to her that you have added extra i didnt ask for it.she said you asked for extra then she used her fingers with gloves on to throwaway the sauce from sandwich she didnt even complete the sandwich and went away by giving me angry expressions.like by telling her that i didnt want extra sauce i made her aggressive. Next thing she didnt even apologize. So unprofessional, rude behaviour by representative could only take the business down. I have worked for multiple stores, restaurants too and never let customers experienced these situation where they are feeling sorry because they want the food how they like it, moreover they are paying for it. General Manager should take strict action on this.

Poor service, so unprofessional and i got to know this location’s workers name to put the review so i can mention here.i saw there workers are giving review as best service. I don’t understand if you guys cant greet customer, cant make the food the way customer want how come the service is best. Nobody is taking any action its time to call the head office

Subway square one is the best i went there last Sunday with my friends I really liked the services as me and my friends ordered veggie sub which was very delicious and liked all of us. Staff working there is very professional and fast in making sandwiches. They greeted me very professional I liked it. Great customer service. Must visit there.

I just got a sub and the lady refused to give me a cup of water because there were no cups, when I was literally looking at them behind the counter. She said no… bad costumer service.
