I'm gonna be straightforward with everyone. This place, just like most subways, is mediocre. The food is just what you would expect. I didn't have any complaints about the service. They did their job as they normally would. The taste of the food was the same as always. I did like how they are one of the newer renovated locations that are being done throughout Toronto. Overall, it's not bad. I doubt I would recommend Subway to someone unless they were looking to get a sub. Either way, I don't really have complaints.

My food was really delicious, and I want to thank the representative on counter named AJAY, the guy has superior customer service skills and he made my experience spectacular. I asked him to make my subway according to a certain style and he fulfilled my expectation. Thank you AJAY.

Been avoiding the chain since the bad experience at another location, but was treated to lunch. Ordered the Meatballer from the new menu, and enjoyed the sandwich. The staff was courteous and efficient, quickly serving everyone in line. Small but clean restaurant has shown the differences between the franchisees. This location has been open for years, and their service and quality made fare should ensure it remains.

Always great service, the options are ok. Problem I have. I can't chew into let alone the leather cover on the bread. Screw what the oven and machines say. Learn how much time it takes to cook something.
Come over. It takes more than 3 minutes for the burger.

This place is undergoing reno. They are closed alot and no sign on door stating they are closed. That's poor customer service. Takes two seconds to put a sign on the door.

Great food and pretty engaging employee.but it's pretty surprising to see only one employee on weekend evening.shop owner should think about adding one more staff for better service.

I ordered over 25 subway box meals from this location and the staff were excellent! They had everything ready and organized on time for me when I came to pick up the order and helped me load it into the car. Everyone at my work enjoyed their subs very much. Thank you! The sub was not upto the expectations compared to other subway restaurant. I felt like we came in store for free sub. We took, 4 foot long and 2 drink and when we asked for all grilled she was so astonished and said "all 4". The customer service was worst. At the end while billing at the counter I felt like I made a huge mistake by ordering here. She was giving a so angry look. M not going back here again it was the worst experience of my life. I know that sometimes it frustrating that customer comes at the time of closing. But for that reason only we called the restaurant that untill what you are open she said till 10.30 I said it's ok still there is 1.30 hour left. So we reached overe there at 9. This is the worst experience. I would never go back again.

I went to this subway really extraordinary customer service very fast staff and humble. I ordered 16 foot longs and all was made perfectly and the taste was very good. The customer service was great and they treated us very nicely. Impressed with there service.

The server washed his hands then put the gloves on right away without wiping so I asked him to please wash hands again, slow server and they forgot my side order of jalapenos like I asked for.

I knew this Person from id named (R) gonna badmouth this sub lady in the reviews. Ok, So last night, when this gentleman was there complaining about his sub, i was also standing beside them, waiting for my turn. So guys here’s what happened exactly. This sub lady accepted her mistake honestly, in front of all, which gained everyone attention and respect towards her. And in return, this gentleman was showing all rude behavior to her. After this, while apologizing, this sub lady made a new sub for him without charging him anything for it.
Honestly, just look at the Id from where this couple is giving reviews! They have given 114 reviews. Seriously, i think they get paid to do such things.

Roop and Prinka did us an excellent service today for our daughter’s baby shower. Roop was very helpful and accommodating, and made very good suggestions when I asked her. They prepared my order the way I wanted it to be and on time. And our guests were really happy and satisfied with the sandwiches and commended how they were done. Thank you very much! ️

During this summer my daughter and I have gone to this location several times. The young man named Parth, greets us warmly and friendly, remembers that we always buy the 3 for $24 special and which kind of bread we like. He told us he mentioned to his manager what we buy, that they review camera footage, so of course we turned and waved. He is very attentive to customers. Great asset to your store. Will go back for sure

I visited the store today. The service was amazing & most importantly the sandwich maker, whose name is Parth Patel. He made delicious veggie delight sandwich! Thank you for the service.

Everything I always fresh and the staff loads your sub with your choosing without having to ask the staff is super super nice

Never order from this store From the app. They are cheaters. In the app it shows all the veggies but actual sandwich they don't put spinach & other stuff and came untoasted. Worst store of subway in Scarborough.

The worst Subway location I have ever been too. I Ordered 7 sandwiches for my coworkers and myself, with a very specific list for each sandwich. ALL 7 of the sandwiches were made poorly, they were sloppy and not fresh. Most of the sandwiches were missing toppings.

Services are good. One worker named parth Patel he was so friendly and lovely while serving. He made my sandwich properly and the taste was amazing

Its has been a long time I went to Subway. I visited this location last Saturday at their time of closing but the sandwich artist who was working on that is very good in customer service, his name is Parth. He spoke with us very friendly. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Worst subway Ive ever been too employees were extremely rude and when they forgot to give me my change they made me wait almost 10 mins with my meatball sub getting soggy and gross while they finished the orders behind me then they gave me my change after the other people were already walking out the door NEVER GOING BACK

Fine. But limited vegetarian options. No falafel, no beyond meat balls. If one location has others should, too.

The Subway artist who made my Sub was extra friendly and even complimentary towards my diet when I opted not to include any sauce or condiments on my sub.

These 2 ladies were the slowest moving and most confused people I have ever seen working in a restaurant. I placed an order online and had to walk them through making my sandwich. Took all of 18 minutes to get my 1 sub.

I had a wonderful experience by having my daily sub and special chicken salad made by the sandwich artist Aman. She was really co operative and fast, and had paid attention to all the precaution regarding the covid -19. I had a really good customer service at this location. Thanks for making my day!

My Subway sandwich artist was Aman.she is very good in customer service. I tried many subways before, but I didn't like the taste. But here the taste was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience.

It is the one of the best Flamboyant subway.staff is very friendly and understanding. 5 stars for their hard work and fresh food provided by them. Highly recommended.

I was there yesterday and ordered one of thier pizza deluxe subs got it home the bun was hard as a rock uneatable very disappointed I tried but didnt have very much having said that about 5 hours later my stomach was turning and spent the next 4 hours in the bathroom I will tell all my friends on social media and work NOT to ever eat there total fail!

Mold in the water dispenser. I'm terrified of what's wrong with the kitchen and food. NEVER going back.

They did not have certain items during my most recent visit. A new menu item and they ran out. Pizza buns.

I get those odd times when I crave subway and when I do I drive straight there to get some good nyamings

Worst sub I had from a subway. The bread was so dry and stale. The server did not put cheese or sauce on my pizza sub. I hadn't noticed when he was making it but noticed as soon as I bit into it. I brought it back to the server who did not have sauce readily available. He took the sandwich to the back and put way too much cold sauce on. He then added cheese and toasted it again. It was not good!

Should definitely have two people working here on a busy friday, the poor girl has to take customer order and then skip the dishes order, she woulf gave got a five star but this review is more for the owners, having her working by herself. Terrible

Horrible experience as it was frustrating to order as the lady behind the counter was not attentive. I don’t know if she was new but it was a struggle to get her to prepare the turkey sub. She rolled the meat instead of laying it on the bread and she then put the cheese under the meat
when it should be on top so when it is toasted the cheese melts. She pretty much had the attitude she didn’t care. It was my first and
last visit to this location.

The food was horrible, I had asked for honey oat bread I got plain bread. I asked for 4 sauces I got only one and literally a drop of the rest (I have picture proof). I had asked for all vegetables just got a few and only a little bit of each. My order also came an hour late. I absolutely regret buying from here. They also didnt read the requests I had left in the comments section. I personally feel that since I wasn't there in person to order it and instead had it delivered through ubereats they didn't care much about how my order was made. I regret buying from here. Wish there was an option for no stars.
