Subway

Had a wonderful experience. We were attended by Amaya she is so nice and gentle to the customers. Food was awsm and fresh.

I always eat at Subway although it has limitations for vegans. At this particular location I found it extremely kind and polite for the employee to ask if I would like her to change gloves to handle my sandwich (because she touched meat products to make the sandwich for the person in front of me). I really don't care, but I thought it was a good attitude on her part. The place needs some renovation though.

Came here after work just before 11: 00 pm hoping to dine in. Ordered my food and was told I couldn't dine in because they had already cleaned. Was not impressed by the lack of customer service.

These guys did a good job on the subs. The place looked small on the outside, but had a cosy corner of tables.

Normally, I would not be writing anything about chain restaurants, BUT if you find yourself dead hungry, and I mean seriously hungry, in the middle of the night, past midnight and then this just happened to have be the only open place in miles radius, then you cherish the moment and good fortunes.
The person inside was beyond helpful, friendly and accommodating. He was so polite, offering me all kinds of choices, for this and that, and I obliged gracefully, while thinking.mann, gimme something I'm starving to death.

Paid over 14$ for a veggie delite footlong that would be around 10$ max at any other location. When I asked the cashier if there was a mistake on my receipt she blatantly ignored me and dismissed me. Will never be going back.

There were flies around were food is displayed and the staff were not even bothered by them it was nasty, plus it was very expensive compared to other locations, I do not recommend it!

Too expensive look out non franchise prices.food ok but definitely price gouging and not allowed by the franchise

Most disgusting place I've been at. The girl was touching the money and then the food with the same gloves. If you enjoy germs on your food, this is your spot

Price gouges, this subway somehow costs more than any other subway in the city. Is that even allowed?

Cleanest subway I've ever been to in downtown Toronto. Workers are friendly and provide excellent customer service!

Unhygiene environment, very rude staff and non functional drink machines, bringing bad name to subways.

I actually saw a few flies dancing around the counter and cashier in the middle of Canadian WINTER. I mean, how dirty this place can be? Don’t go here if you can afford something else.

No customer service skills. Manager doesn't know how to make upset customers happy. Lots of attitude

Mit is very friendly and professional. Suggests better recipe and combination to make a great sandwich
