Subway

Rude staff. Girls working over there are not professional and showing up their attitude towards customers. This is first time I went to subway. The girl over there is very rude and I wouldn't never visit that place again. Because of her I was disturbed for two days. They said toaster was not working and i should be ok with that. Then why they running the business?

Its my 3rd time to went there on Saturdays evening around 9: 40 pm. They never have veggie patty in stock. Wasted 29 mins to went there. It’s really disappointing for veggie lovers. Please keep your food items in stock if you want to keep it open till that time. Either you can mention “NO VEGGIE PATTY AFTER 9Pm”

I went there with my family today and ordered separately for myself as I wanted vege sandwich and the lady yelled that, she asked three times if you are together then you should order together. She was very rude, and was being very unprofessional. Then she asked other girl to finish my order. I felt very disrespectful, never going back to this location.

Tey dont have any bread to order and for veggies lover most of times veggie patty out of stock.dont waste time

They do not care about mixing meat n veggies! Never change gloves. Pick veggies out of meat containers n put them back in veggie boxes. Oh and the girl working at the front Arshdeep Kaur argued and said they are not required to seperate veggies n meat!

Horrible customer service. Casually making my food while gazing out the window then stops and goes to the back and chats it up with the other worker, unbothered by the customers lining up. The owner/management of this location must not care as this is typical behavior at this location

It was a great experience And the food was delicious I have never eaten that amazing food also the service was great nobody can match

Waiting 9 min in line & finally a 2nd person came out to help & the guy behind me asked if I was next & I said yes I’ve been waiting for 9 min & the girl that came out said don’t lie? I had my phone in my hands I know when I was in line, & when she took my sandwich out of the oven I didn’t know “hey you what do u want on it” I thought I’d give this place a 2nd chance this month & it looks like I made the wrong choice & I should of left my sandwich & walk out. Let’s see if she would of said get you, u forgot ur lunch. Rude!

Came in for lunch time. Slower than molasses just to get in an order. Wait was made worse with the static distorted radio sound coming off the speakers.

Avoid considering there are 3 other subways within 5 minute drive.

I have been to this subway a few times now around dinner time, it’s a decent location.
At my more recent visit, I was surprised that half of the coupons I wanted to use didn’t work. I wanted to use a coupon for $2 off the wrap and I was told they don’t accept that one. When I asked why, the employees did not have an answer. Quite odd. Then I wanted to use a coupon for the veggie sub but I realized the coupon was the same price as the original price on the menu. That’s a bit absurd. How can subway call that a coupon?

Anyways, the vegetables are more or less fresh but it’s your typical subway. Nothing special.

Terrible customer service. I was shocked when girl making the sandwich refused to give me extra olives stating that she already gave me enough and I can take any other veggie topping but not olives. Even though I insisted that I will pay extra for olives but she refused. I wanted to leave the place but didn’t want to waste the food already made. Iam not surprised by reading other reviews that this place is out of sorts when it comes to custom service.

Worst subway I have ever been to, i only got onion green pepper and jalapeños on a flat bread and when I asked the lady to put a little bit more green pepper she said we are only allowed to put 3 piece of each veggie on a sub like 3 strands of onion 3 strands of green and 3 piece of Jalapeños

Worst place ever, I had the worst experience ever with Harpreet who’s so rude and aggressive with a really bad attitude.
Will never come back

The staff here do not listen and are extremely rude. I would explain my experience there but I've already wasted enough time on them. If your driving by another location besides this I suggest going there as the owner of this franchise doesn't deserve your money.

This last time I am eating Sub from this location as employee Karan give wrong topping sub and when I try to return the Sub she refuse to take blame. Employees need to train properly before the start work at location.

I went two weeks from today; the service was amazing from both the workers. My only complaint is that it is obvious to know that weekend is time when stores are packed with customers, than why to have only two workers working on the weekend. I remember seeing those two girls working so hard. One was serving two people at a time and there were 6 to 7 people waiting in line at a tme. The store manager or the area manager needs to understand their responsibility and put more workers on the weekends.

Though service and food is nice but feeling bad to that these guys dont even clean the tables.all are messed up

I ordered veggie sandwich. When she asked me what topic, I said lettuce, tomato, cucumber and veggie patty. She said that it’s too late to put veggie patty because we need to put it oven with bread. I said sorry I don’t know that. I thought she is going to put but she hasn’t. After that I asked her give veggie patty by it self. She said she won’t. I asked can I talk with manager. There is no manager or supervisor. I never complain or write review bad comments. This is the worst customer service place.
