The employee making sandwiches for us was in a bad mood from before and did not like when 3 of us entered the store and made the food as if we were eating there for free. Would not recommend going there in mornings.

Very slow had to wait 30 mn for service only 1 was working nor changing gloves not good

The server was improperly trained and did not know how to apply the coupon provided. She called the owner for instructions but still did not figure out. Without finishing the transaction, she went on to serve the next customer leaving me to figure out the payment machine. I figured it out in a few seconds (just needed to press "ok" button a few time). The server was very rude during the exchange. Although we initially wanted to stay there for lunch, after the incident, we decided to leave and not to go back if possible.

Excellent services provided by Rita and Team! Ordered lunch for a team meeting last month and everything was perfect! Fresh sandwiches and professional service! Well done.

Great service at a nice location in a plaza off Kennedy rd just north of Toronto n Markham

Place is next to 14th and Kennedy, next to diary queen. Outlet seems to be pretty empty most of the time

Not impressed with the service from yesterday afternoon. The cashier didn’t even give me a chance to open my app to earn the tokens. I told him to give me a moment so I can sign in my phone app. He replied that the transaction is done and that I can earn the tokens next time I come. Very grumpy man! The Scarborough location I usually go to has much better service and paper bags. Won’t be coming back here.

Staff doesn’t want to work at all. So miser with toppings and they wouldn’t let you scan coupons even though that location is eligible for discounts. I asked for spinach on footlong and the sandwich maker only added 4 spinach leafs.

Staff and store is ok but the sandwich artist never change her gloves! In between different customer or veg or non veg doesn't matter she is using the same glove all time. My concern is that the bread I had was way too chewy it was 100% stale from last night. Chewy like rubber.

Worst staff ever. Came here like 10 mins before closing and guy was like we cannot order and scan coupons. Ridiculously garbage customer service. Never gonna come here again.

Honestly I have no idea why this location is still allowed to be open. I had two bad experiences here. The first one was simply they forgot to put any sauce. And when I said something, the lady says of course I did. She said im simply lying. Which is ridiculous. The second time was a more serious incident, which I did report to SUBWAY. I ordered online, and then came into the location. My order was not ready, so I joined the line. They were extremely busy that day. When she called and said next in line, I went up to the counter And told her I had a mobile order. She then proceeded to make my sub. I told her to please change her gloves since I’m vegetarian. I’ve never had a problem with this before. She refused. The owner came in and asked what the problem was. I told him that I wanted new gloves since she was handling meat in the order right in front of me. I told him I could actually see her handling meat. He told me extremely rudely to leave. I told him I made a mobile order and he said it’s canceled. So I replied back, I’m vegetarian and she was not changing gloves. He then screamed at me, and embarrassed me, and told me to get out. I was not rude. I was not yelling. And his behaviour was extremely offensive and inappropriate. If you are not changing gloves that is a hygiene issue. Please do not go to this location. Read the reviews. They are accurate.

The restaurant is always kept in a clean, and tidy state. Everytime I am here, one of their employees are either sweeping, mopping or simply cleaning the tables/machinery. The server always provide a great service and experience for me.

It is June 8,8: 45 pm and I ordered a meatball marinara on Italian herbs and cheese.

DO NOT COME HERE.

Before that tho, I greeted a woman who was not friendly and didn’t say hi back. I continued to ask what the sub of the day was and she cut me off abruptly in a rude tone “we don’t do sub of the day”, which I thought was strange?
Anyway, I believe I spoke quite clearly when I ordered otherwise she would have asked me to speak up but I was speaking to my wife and didn’t notice that she had brought out plain bread instead when I asked for Italian, otherwise I would have said something. I was more disappointed that she didn’t even bother to let me know if they had Italian bread or not so that I could choose something else if they had it available but I wasn’t about to ask her to change it and waste perfectly good food.
Fast forward to cashing out and she’s standing there rolling her eyes not communicating, staring at us while we waited to pay. So we spoke up instead, “credit please” to which only then did she react and then shoved my sub at me.

I agree with all the negative reviews I seen from this location. They are very cheap. Even though I live close to this location. I won't go back again
