Went there yesterday ordered 2 subs and 2 drinks total came upto $30 when i was paying i tapped it once the girl with the blonde hair who claims to be the “owner” told me it didnt go through then i did it again but when i checked my bank account it said i had been charged twice, so i came back kindly asked for a refund, showed them my banking transactions as ive been charged twice, they refused to give me a refund they caused a big scene. The whole staff there are racist just because i was wearing a hijab they didnt want to help me out, they were just laughing in my face telling me they wont give me a refund, this is not fair at all, why do i get treated different cause of my religion or race.

Says it’s open 24 hours yet closes sometime between 10 and 11. Very disappointing that a multi million dollar company can’t update the actual hours they’re open

Ordered a salad on Uber eats. Usually, I get so little lettuce. Left a note asking for a decent amount, and got delivered an awesomse salad. Heinrick even included a smiley face on the order, and it made my day. I hope he can be giving a little something for his hard work and positive atitude:) Thankyou!

The Manager (k) Hendrick, has amazing customer service skills and management skills. He easily handled a line of 11 customers including 2 difficult ones. Keeping us entertained while managing 2 employees and keeping track of everyones orders.
Pay him more. Or promote him to train managers at other stores.
As a former store owner myself, I was really impressed.

The staff were kind and had patience. I enjoyed the typical subway food, but their staff was what made it a great experience. Also very clean

Haven't been to subway in a long time after it was tasted so terrible the last 2-3 times I went. No clue why I decided to go today but it changed completely

Subway is subway and this location is no different. They updated the inside to try and make it trendy, seemed unnecessary.

Always clean, and particularly the morning/afternoon staff are awesome. Even with lines things move quick. If you had to pick a spot, go here.

This young lady, Alexa made me the best sub last night. She’s such a good employee, I was telling her how my car broke down and she offered to drive me home. Such a kind soul.

I went to this Subway location the other day because i’ve been hearing so much about this amazing young lady Alexa. When I tell you driving the 2 hours to get my sub made by this employ was worth it. My sub turned out a bit messy…but the passion she put into it made my day even better. Definitely coming back to this location for sure! I would even recommend flying out to this location for her service ️️

I went to get dinner for my family for my two kids foot longs and my husband when I came to order my dinner (salad) they told me due to the shortage of lettuce I can not have a salad they already started my families foot longs so I went along with it anyways. But super disappointed I had to order my salad on skip and eat alone n pay more to have it delivered to me makes absolutely no sense what so ever
And to top it off both lettuce containers at Subway were full to the top of lettuce!

I have tried many Subway locations before this location but yesterday my life changed forever I came to this location where the absolute angel named Alexa works. She just is a total artist and has 100% mastered the craft of sandwich making she gave me great recommendations for my sub and added many many many many many extra pickles and we love that. Alexa is sooooo kind and you can tell how much effort she puts into every sandwich and how much she cares about customer satisfaction overall 10/10 experience. I will definitely be coming back here every second day because Alexa changed my life.

My kids and I love Subway. Unfortunately, the location on Tenth Line/Innes is always a disappointment. We've ordered online and requested and paid for extra items and they are never added. When we called, all they did was apologize. And then it happened again. When we go in to order, even if there are only a couple of people ahead of us, it always takes around 20-30 minutes. The last time I went, the lineup was all the way to the door! I hope the service will improve one day.

Open 9 am to 9 pm. Or at least they are supposed to be. Was told by manager they aren’t opening until 11 because they are “behind”. Makes sense.

Called them to ask about their sub of the day for a multiple sub order, prior to driving to their location. Was told a different answer when I arrived in-person than what I was told over the phone. Drove 40 minutes total and wasted time/gas for nothing. Very displeased!
