Horrible customer service, food quality and over charging.
I was with my boyfriend today at the mall and we went to this subway. One of the girls asked to take our order, and I began to order and midway through me talking, she walked away and around 3 minutes later, she came back looking angry. She asked to take our order again and as I was talking, I was stuttering a bit and she rolled her eyes at me. We ordered two 6 inch subs and they were ridiculously small and the quality was horrible. My sub, which was toasted, was rock hard. She left it in the toaster for an extra couple minutes. She barely put any sauce on my boyfriend's sub and as we were asking for extra, she seemed really annoyed. She didn't ask if it was for here or to go and seemed really annoyed when we said we didn't want anything else.
On a separate occasion, we were short about a dollar. That was our mistake, we didn't check our money beforehand. While we were checking to see if we had an extra dollar somewhere, the girl working there was tapping her fingers on the counter and sighed as if she had no patience. To work in customer aeevice, you should be required to have somw patience.instead of politely telling us to make sure we have enough for next time, she rudely gave us a warning, almost threateningly.
A few days later, we went back and got subway. I was the one who got a 6 inch sub and she overcharged me by 2 dollars. My sub is normally $8.80 with tax included and she charged me $10 for it.
The girls working there have attitudes that management needs to take care of. Horrible customer service and the food is poorly made. We'll be sticking with New York Fries because their customer service is much better and their food is better made.

This subway at Conestoga mall is the worst I ever had also their female employees are rude with the customer. I complained her about less sauces in my subway she said you have to ask for the sauces I said it supports to be normal sauces at least if I don’t get what I paid for then why is the standardization for all the subway around the globe on top the employee was not at all sorry or polite towards me for not making my meal correctly instead she started arguing

We went there today for food and order another bread and she got ys a wrong bread and it was her mistake that she did wrong still she didn’t accept her as well as doesn’t provide another sub.
This is not that they provide customer service to their customer.
Really disappointed with their service today.

Very good customer service, I will always go back to this sub. They get it right every time and food have a taste and best sub I ever have.

They never have enough bread in stock. Always have to go with whats available (which is white bread).

Very good customer service and most important store is well organized and cleaned. Store manager sandeep kaur is the best she know how to deal with customers.

Worst customer service and worst employees ever, I went to this location at 5.47pm to order and the girl over there said we are closed.like seriously? You close at 6pm snd still have plenty of time left to make a little sub. I always had bad experiences with you guys, you never made my order like you actually wanna work, always seems disinterested to everyone comes to you. Never going back to this location. I would have given zero star if there was an option. I have a humble request to the owner to please change your workers.

No grill, No olives, No good customer care service and No interaction. Worst experience ever specially two punjabi girls name (sandy and akanksha) who work there, they have got training to serve with attitude.

Excellent service. Great Staff. Thank you Suman for serving us. She is very polite and friendly. She made my sub very delicious.
