Food was great, as always. Service was a little slow but that's understandable, as it was busy and only 1 employee working. I would highly recommend additional staff for peek times.

Staff have difficulty understanding and answering basic questions. They make it difficult to order a simple sandwich.

1st at this location.

Walked in to the store with the manager making his own sub before a customer. Clear priorities.

Ordering process was smooth and so was checkout.

All was fine until I bit into the sub; stale and being toasted made it all the more noticeable.

The ladies that work here are nice and friendlu bar a few of them. The big thing that pisses me off is the owners only have 1 person working the dinner rush everyday which is ridiculous. Gonna start going somewhere else and i recommend anyone else to do the same.

In Summary: Won't be back. The owner of this particular location is greedy and it can be assumed he's imposing 50% price increases from what's pushed out by Subway head quarters on the menu items. Owner also reluctant to speak to the reasoning for such inflated pricing.

The long version: I will not be back to this location, I bought a sub and my bill came to over $14.00, almost $15.for a sandwich is ridiculous first of all. They are very stingy with toppings and everything falls out when your eating it bc the employees don't take any care when making it, it's rushed.

I saw there was a new type of cheese, I wanted to try it. The lady at the counter said there would be an extra charge, which I expected. In my mind I was thinking, maybe an extra $0.50, MAYBE $0.75 at the most. To my surprise when I looked at my receipt after, I was charged OVER $2.00 for CHEESE! I don't know where the owner of this location gets the nerve to charge this much for cheese, it's absurd!

I see there's a 1-800 number listed on the receipt and it says "Call us with your Comments" so I call to ask if there's a good reason for it to be so expensive. Only to find out that A) it's not a customer service line, it's actually just Subway head quarters and I need to go online to get to anyone and that Subway has EXPLICITY asked it's franchisee's to REMOVE this 1-800 number from their receipts - so the question becomes why the owner of this location feels it's appropriate to leave this information on the receipt? To waste customers time? B) They were also shocked to hear the pricing of this item, as Subway head office has the cheese listed at about 50% lower in price, and said that each franchisee sets their own pricing from there. So the owner of this location has DELIBERATELY decided to push a 50% price increase on it's customers! I'm not sure what's worse honestly and that's just ONE menu item. I can only imagine what increases they've put on the rest of the food.

So I go online and I send my concerns, and I get a crummy, impersonal, scripted response from the owner of this location. Making it clear that they are more concerned about profits than providing fair pricing to their customers and don't care to explain themselves either for that matter.

I'd be happy to update my review if I ever get a genuine response from the owner, all I got was some robotic blanketed response of "we're sorry to hear about your recent unpleasant experience. " which firstly, is not at all genuine and secondly, did not address any mentioned concerns. So do with this information what you will.

I had a negative experience at this location today I don’t think I will return again to this particular location. The employee taking my sub order couldn’t understand the toppings I wanted on my sub due to a language barrier I ended up allowing her to add toppings I didn’t want & toast the sub as she couldn’t understand me when I requested it not to be toasted. Than a second employee had just started her shift around 4pm so I asked her for napkins on the way out hoping she could understand me oddly both employees stood there very confused then began laughing at me and speaking negatively about me while I exited the store. I find this to be very unprofessional & offensive.

Ordered 3 subs and a salad. Two young ladies who looked after us were so nice and efficient. The subs were fantastic. We were in and out in 5 minutes. Really enjoyed our dinner.

Ive been coming to this location for years and they have always been hit or miss. Lately there is one lady who takes FOREVER to do your sub and they only seem to have 1 person on at a time. I have seen multiple customers leave. Ladies working are never friendly. This place should be shut down. Walked out today because the lady working literally took 10 mins to make 1 sub, while having 4 other people in line. Get it together or sell it to someone who wants business.

The trainee made a mess of the sub I ordered on Dec 3rd. She managed to get mustard and mayo all over the outside of the bread. I didn't say anything but was very upset watching her make the sub. After sitting down and eating half of the sub (which was a complete mess), I noticed a big hair on the other half of the sub. Once I saw that I had enough. The other employee who was more experienced suggested she refund half of the money. I just laughed, took whatever she gave me and left shaking my head. Her excuse was the owners are out of the country so she couldn't refund me the whole amount. Maybe the owners should leave someone who isn't afraid to take responsibility if they're not going to be around. I paid in cash so it was not that hard to issue the refund. It is also not a big deal to write off a 12 inch bun and 3 scoops of tuna. Instead now they get a bad review for everyone to see. I think the 12 dollar refund would've cost them less. I'll give you 2 stars because she refunded some of the money. My message to owners: please instruct your employees on how to deal with this type of situation. I am not that mad about a hair on the sub as it can happen anywhere at any restaurant. I am more concerned about how it was dealt with and how the sub was a total mess to begin with

Kim's customer service was excellent, I never had tested delicious sub before. It was so good I had to order another one. Thank you so much Kim for amazing Service. Keep up the good work.:)

Very uncomfortable subway visit. The lady might be training still, however she coughed and didn't change her gloves at all, and she really needs to cover her wounds in the hand or wear full sleeve perhaps. I lost appetite after seeing blood in open wounds close proximity to my food. I did throw my food unfortunately. As a customer I expect a bit more hygiene.

Incredibly slow service every time I go in. Always have to wait an extended amount of time to be helped even if there’s only one person ahead of me. Slowest subway staff I’ve ever encountered.

I eat subway salads all the time at various franchises. This is the worst franchise I’ve ever been to. I’d ask for more pickles etc or green peppers for example and they would add one or two. She would literally take a handful of ingredients to add to my salad then take half of them out! When your paying $10.00 + for a salad you should be able to ask for a few extras. Then she try to tell me the lid wouldn’t close which is not the case I order this salad all the time. I’ve never been to a fast food chain that continuously to try’s to cheap out on their customers when asking for a little extra. I do not recommend this particular subway franchise. I will never order from there again.

The poor lady behind the counter was alone dealing with a lineup in front of her and had a ubereats driver waiting to pickup his order that wasn't prepared yet. Needs more staffing.

I went to get myself and my child subs. I got my son a kids meal. It came with applesauce. The applesauce was expired, not just a few days but a month expire. I will not be eating at this location ever!

This Subway location is a bit run of the mill, nothing really special nor atrocious. The staff will greet you with a smile (most of the time) when you come in. If you ask for more of any ingredient.onions, tomatos, green peppers, etc they will act like they don't here you or look at like "really". The ingredients themselves are kept well so I've never had a questionable sub. Overall, if your hungry and like Subway you won't be disappointed.

Ps. They offer new 7UP Berry flavour, it's pretty good.
