Got there today for a light lunch. Found some wood chips in my sandwich. I showed it to the girl who works here and she said 'I don't know I am vegetarian, it might be chicken not wood chips'. I was like huh? And didn't say anything cuz she's just an employer. But never gonna eat here again.

Would you like to be introduced to bad customer service? Buy a sub at this location. I really don’t appreciate when business loses focus on the customer. You exist because of us. If you would like your business to fail please ketp up the bad customer service.

A beautiful day out … nobody in the store. We just wanted two ft long combos. We re sorry we interrupted your cleaning in the back. But you have a job because you have customers.well you did have 2 extra until today. With so many choices in the city customer service is what brings us back.

Changing my review. I was in the location the other day and the staff were over the top rude to an elder lady. That just wanted a coffee and a cookie! Unacceptable how your staff could treat an elder in our community. I bet they wouldn't talk to their parents of grandparents like that. Then to look at me for reassurance for being rude to the woman? !? I will NEVER go back here! Never. Horrible that both your employees treat people like this! Shame on you!

They have to train their employees for customer service. They are so rude. Not planning to come back here.

Hired me for 3 days in February, still haven't paid me and are dodging my attempts to contact them

New staff, clearly not trained, very poor customer service. Thew rap i'm eating feels like the bread is stale and has no grill marks.

Absolutely the worst service in Toronto, I mean if your not happy with your job, I’m pretty sure someone else would love the opportunity. This woman needs a course in customer service. @Subway, this is a poor representation of the company.

Desperately need to update their hours! At 9: 28pm on Tuesday, Lady says “we are closed, please leave”!

Tried two different burgers and two subs. All were cold. They did not heat / bake it properly. Waste of money and spoil of taste for me. Really disappointed.

Staff aren't rude but they aren't exactly polite either. Tried to use some promotional coupons and they were very restrictive compared to other locations in the city.

Very stingy with portion sizes. Ingredients (tomatoes in particular) were in poor shape.

Good experience with dine in/vaccine check. However poor experience overall.

Forced me to eat outside even though I had my vaccine passport. Horrible management, they should have told me no indoor dining before I ordered instead of making me eat outside in the cold. Also other stores have indoor dining so I dont understand their logic

Terrible service, the woman behind the counter was visibly miserable. I asked her a question, which she answered me very rudely; she never asked for the type of cheese I wanted and served very small toppings portions, I had to keep asking her to put more.
Regarding the establishment, the food didn’t look good, especially the vegetables. The lettuce was old and brown. As for my Sandwich, the bread was stale and hard to chew and the meat tasteless. This was the first and last time I went to this subway unit, a terrible experience!

The lady behind the counter is so rude. I dislike going to this location. I like Subway sandwiches but not worth the rudeness…
