Brian is fantastic and very friendly. He was extra clear and made sure the food was the way we wanted it. We got the cold cut sub with the new everything bun and a steak and avocado rice bowl. He made it efficiently and proportionately! I will be coming back to this location.

My dinner visit to Subway today was an absolute delight! I opted for the Green Goddess Subway, part of their fantastic sub series, and Brian, the Subway team member, was incredibly helpful in crafting the perfect sandwich.

Went in today with my husband. Lady asked for my husband's order and completely ignored me. Stood and waited for his sandwich to toast with her hand on the handle without even acknowledging my presence. The next customer service agent came up and asked the man standing behind us for his order, again completely ignoring me. I said (loudly enough for them to hear) "they just totally skipped me, am I not allowed to order? " They clearly heard me because they turned toward me but didn't acknowledge it, or apologize, and kept going. So I left without getting to order.

Day after International Women's Day. How ironic.

They sell really good sandwitches.their turkey sandwiches are so good.if I wanna go to a sandwitch place then I whould recommend this Subway

I think it's the staff that makes the difference. First time here. Gentlemen provided a level of service that I haven't recently seen at a fast food restaurant let alone any restaurant.

Brian served us when I went this past weekend and he is so wonderful. He went out of his way to make conversation with my partner and I. Honestly he made my day!

I've gone to this Subway for years but this was my first time meeting Brian and now I'm going to try and visit this location more. As always, the sandwiches were great, the ingredients were fresh and the Subway was clean.

Brian is really nice and very friendly. I didn't realize he doesn't work here anymore. Sandwiches are always yummy and ingredients are all fresh and tasty. Prices are astronomical so we don't come here anymore.

Last night I came here and there was a lady called Arch she treated me so badly and she didn’t even ask me about the type of cheese I want for my sandwich and she was too rude.

I am finally saying something about this location. I use to work in the same plaza and have quit now for 5 years. I am constantly asked "Where are you working now? " EVERY TIME. I am on ODSP and don't want to share that information. So I tell them I'm not working anymore, I'm in school which is true. They still continue to ask where I'm working. It's very frustrating. They don't listen to you, they just rush your order. I also have a comment about Brian (not sure if he is the manager) but when I walk in, he always says veggie sub today. I finally told him he must have me confused with someone else. He then said cheese, not toasted which is the complete opposite of what I order. I get the 6" Cold Cut with no cheese, toasted. It is like he is telling me what sub I'm suppose to get and how to make it. That is very unprofessional. I just want to get my sub, in and out, I don't want a whole conversation about where I am working or what kind of sub you think I'm ordering. I live just around the corner from this Subway but I refuse to go back after this. I've had enough.

The lady there, Bal or Bala (not sure of her name) had very poor attitude, not very considerate and VERY VERY rude.

The employee Bal was very unhelpful, rude, and had a poor attitude from the start. I went there on my lunch break and she had poor customer service. I felt rushed and she was very stingy when giving out toppings and sauce.

Overall, terrible experience and I'm not going back to that location.

Many times, a food joint is defined by the quality of food, quality of service and the ability to exceed expectations. When it comes to this Subway location, I can honestly say I've never had a continuously wonderful and amazing experience every time I order. The key to each and every visit is their star quarterback, the Tom Brady of sandwich artists, Brian. He delivers an uplifting experience and is very personable. His customer service is extraordinary and this carries through into the quality of the food. I visit this Subway quite frequently and I know I can always look forward to an enjoyable experience followed with an unreal sandwich!

Owner does NOT abide by store hours. Showed up at 10: 30 pm (they close at 11), door was locked. Owner was still in the store and was smoking a cigarette with back door open, watching customers try to open the door only to find it locked.

Get a quick 12" being made right in front of me is very hard to screw up so I have to rate them based on how clean the building us, how fresh everything tastes and how kind the staff are. Luckily they check off all the boxes.

Brian is amazing, 7 years and counting in the business and it shows. It doesnt feel like youre going to buy a sandwich. But feels like home, the hospitality level is great, the food is fresh and everything is on point! Always the best choice when you want a healthier option in this area

As walking in the guy serving was very friendly and joking. But that quickly changed.
As soon as I noticed he was serving a 6” instead of the 12” bread that ordered his attitude was unbelievable and started arguing.
I said mine was 6” but the other sandwich I asked for 12”.
Then the lady helped with the vegetables.also very unprofessional.
I asked for a line of mayonnaise and she put half on the sandwich.
When I asked to add mayonnaise on the other half she gave a bad attitude.
Very rude staff.won’t go back again!

I over heard that Subway restaurants are not as popular as they used to be, they are also losing big $$$$,
Come on management of Oakville/Neyagawa location, start treat your customers properly.
Staff (young Pakistani girl) need not to be trained on how to make Sub’s she need an attitude adjustment with hungry clients,
My experience on my first occasion,
My wife wanted to try an assorted on gluten free bread and was told because of the time that it would be to difficult to do because bread was frozen and I should have called before coming. Left a little upset because my wife was not able to eat, even though I was upset as well I gave them a second try!
I walked in an hr and 45 min before closing and asked for a meatball sub and was told by SAME lady that they just sold last meatball order and had NO more meatballs, after hearing that I glanced at the menu and was not interested and said “ have a great evening “ and proceeded to leave when she stopped me and said” if I wanted to wait 10 min she would give me meatballs” come on people, wouldn’t that have been the proper approach right from the get go!
Keep losing $$$$

Very rude owner. My mom had health issue and we went at 10 pm with no one else. Requested to turn down volume of loud audio and he made fuss about it. Said that there are others too when i asked who.he says me and i would like to hear. Lowered volume after making a face.

Excellent location, best service I've had at any subway especially when Brian is working. Incredibly personable, treats everyone like a guest in his own home. On multiple occasions he recommended certain things on my sandwich to make it way better and he never fails to deliver. Honestly I'd bypass other locations just for his excellent service.

They should be patient and listen carefully to the requirement plus using the gloves while preparing the sandwitch is a must.

I haven't been into the store for a bit so decided to drop by tonight after completing numerous errands- which unfortunately, ran much later than expected. This Subway store was buzzing with activity. Bal and Brian are such a fabulous duo and so focused on customer service. I was warmly greeted and my order was filled quickly. I came into the store feeling worn down and exhausted but after an interaction with this team, i left with a spring in your step and a smile on my face.
