I often order subs for pickup from this subway and all my experiences have been positive. The subs are always tasty and well made. I ordered a sub tonight and this was my 1st bad experience but not because of the sub maker (the sub was made very well) but because of the management of this subway. After ordering this sub i drive to the location and saw many people lined up. I had to wait nearly 30mins for my sub to finally be ready. A sub should never take nearly half an hour to be ready and the owners of this location should either hire more staff or remove the ability for customers to order subs in advance if they cant guarentee the sub will be ready by the time the customer is told to arrive by. I don't feel a sub should ever take 30mins to be completed and the manager and/or owner seriously needs to ensure this does not happen to the customers
Staff is great, however the owner of the restaurant doesn't allow coupons you receive online or from the mail, ordered two subs assuming I could use the coupon, only to find out the owner banned it. The person serving me was very understanding and was also complaining how many people are tricked by this. They could have put up a sign saying they don't accept coupons.
They always take the best care of their customers and they make incredible and always fresh sandwiches and rice bowls. Thoroughly impressed by this location, the employees do a fantastic job. I eat here almost 4-5 times a week, every week, so I’ve seen their good quality of work over and over again, hundreds of times.
With mask mandates revoked by the Province and downloading of responsibility to enforce by choice to the business owner I was very pleased to enter this Subway without a mask without question or mention of masks. The owner chose to wear a mask. Excellent service, friendly and talkative.great Subs.
January 23,2022 6: 40 P. M. The guy working doesn’t know what the store is selling obviously because he is telling subway doesn’t chop up the veggies in the salad like what? I know it’s just food whatever but you gotta understand I can’t come behind the counter and cut them myself. And also the portions of meat is not enough and that’s only at this place. I have been to many other subways there is always plenty. I mean God forbid if you give me an extra slice of turkey. The guy’s attitude was like he is giving out food out of his own pocket like bro I’m paying you it’s not charity. Once a cheap guy is always a cheap guy. Never going back to this subway ever again.
The woman working today (Tuesday, August 11 2020 at 12: 30pm) provided me with a fantastic customer experience. She made each sandwich with care and attention. They were delicious. She left me very impressed and eager to return again. Thank you so much!
One time when i did not have enough money to get my self something to eat so i just got one 6 inch sandwiches for each of my two grand children. The server made the one sandwich full size and said to her now you can share with grandmother as well! He also added three cookies i didnt notice til we got home. That was the only meat I got that week.your staffs kindnessshould be acknoledged whennresturaunts need us all to remember to get backnoutvand help them back, the mkment it is safe to.
I came here for a quick supper stop and the lady was not at the front counter so I decided to make a quick washroom run while she got ready. By the time I got out, the lady accused me of smoking in the washroom in front of several customers and said that the washroom better be clean as if she was threatening me. She even went to the extent of threatening to call the cops if I didn’t buy something because the washroom is for customers only, even though they don’t have a sign and nobody told me that. Usually they would have a sign or you would have to ask for a key at the front desk if that was the case but no, it was accessible to the public and she claimed that I was wrong for using it. Every time I attempted to explain myself that she was busy which is why I decided to use the washroom because I had to go.she was quick to cut me off and humiliate me in front of everyone. I told her to call the cops if she’s suspicious and she quickly cooled down because she realized she’s overreacting. I didn’t even buy anything from this disgrace of a place. The management needs to retrain their staff on how to appropriately address situations.
I stopped by today for a quick lunch and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. The lady that was serving me was kind, professional and assembled my sandwich in a neat manner. Overall, I was impressed with the customer service and the quality of the food.
Friendly staff, food is pretty fresh. Am here pretty often as I live a block away, never had a bad experience. Not too stingy with the ingredients either, though it can vary by employee.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came to this subway once, and I had to wait around 15 minutes because there was no one at the front. We knocked on the employees door, rang the bell, yelled if anyone was there and no answer even though we could hear people at the back so we just decided to leave. I WLL NEVER COME BACK HERE IN MY LIFE!
I’ve had varying experiences at this location served by two employees. One is over-the-top amazing, treating me like family. I leave with a huge smile. The other is more serious and quiet, and quite slow/sparse with veggies and toppings even when I request it a certain way. I would still recommend this location as it’s clean and I’ve never had to wait in a long line.
Ive been making regular visits to this location at least once a week. Ive always been met with great service and delicious subs. Cannot say enough good things about the people who work here.
