Stopped in for lunch, and the sub itself wasn't too bad. One only staffer working here, which means it was slow service. One of the bathrooms was also broken, and there was no lock on the men's room door either.

No plug ins for charging phone. The bread was stale and overclocked. Women's washroom don't work only mens do. Also it won't lock. Place needs to be tidy all tissues lying around even. Its not even busy it's 11: 45pm right now

Rude staff to start with.they don’t understand children with special needs and food sensory issues.my child only likes bread and cheese as they charged me for a veggie sub which came out to 10 dollars.when I asked for veggies all on the side since I am not going to pay that much money for a cheese and bread.they had a issue packing the veggies in a different bag … I’m sorry but you need to be more educated for people who have special needs and not go in the back and laugh.ruined my whole day.mind you the veggies were gross lettuce all turning a different colour.green peppers old.stale bread too.

Can not believe the lack of common sense people here can have.why would you put cheese on top of a sub then put the sauce on the cheese. So it can ooze out all over the bun. Serve at this store is the worst anywhere

I order veggie pattie sub online and ask for extra sauce I don’t get it, it’s fine. I ask for grilled aswell I don’t get it, last time I go twice there and ask for grilled but now again same so how many time I have too come there? Thanks

Worst sub I have ever eaten, threw half in the garbage. I watched while it was being made. I think the man was counting each piece of green pepper he used, 5 pieces of hot pepper and 6 pieces of olive. Really!

Honestly - worst sub I ever had. Didn't think a sub could be made as bad as the one I had on March 25th. Toppings were sparse to say the least - I agree with the "olive" comments - other locations you get olives in every bite. This one - with 4 pieces of olive, just didn't cut it. Bread was NOT baked same-day - it was stale. Finally - HEAD OFFICE - where are you? Go order a sub and see if it is up to your standards! Won't go back to this location - first bad experience with a sub. Mine looked nothing like the one in the photo posted on this site.
