**The Meatballer sub now has pepperoni and mozzarella slices on it. I don't want my sub to be involuntarily changed and more expensive. Complained about this online, and they say that you can still order the standard Meatball subs in-person at the shop. I hope this is the case. All these price increases and menu changes have really made Subway a less desirable place for me to eat. I used to come to Subway a lot, but now I'm starting to hate Subway. I am going to come way less often now.
Subway1 still has around $27 CAD equivalent in USD gift cards left on it.
8Oct23: Came in for 2 foot long subs - both Sweet Onion Chicken Terriyaki. With increased prices. Meh tbh. Not enough veggies. My American gift card has been used up for my Subway2 account (I couldn't split up the USD gift card and then pay any additional fees with my Canadian credit card) so I was limited on my 2 sub choices. Spent ~exactly the correct amount, with <$1 USD left on gift card, and Subway2 has $2ish CAD of points left on it. Whatever.
1Oct23: Came in for 2 foot long subs (crispy chicken with creamy siriracha sauce and smokey honey mustard sauce - great, nice and spicy; and rotisserie chicken with garlic aoli sauce and green goddess sauce) and my usual veggies. However, there was only a miniscule amount of veggies on my subs. This cheaping out on the veggies is not acceptable, especially for the high prices charged.
15th visit, 23Sept23: Had the foot long crispy chicken, and foot long rotisserie style chicken with my usual veggies. Cut into 3 pieces each. Tasted great, good meat portions, I can actually taste the chicken now. The crispy chicken - delicious, it's like a baked/fried crispy chicken that is tender on the inside. The foot-long rotisserie style chicken tasted like a costco rotisserie chicken/shawarma chicken. Also tasted good, but I like the crispy chicken more. However, prices for these are too high. The prices need to come down by 20%, Subway is more expensive than other sub places now. I don't know how I can justify being a frequent customer here any longer.
14th visit, 9July23: Had the foot long steak and cheese and chicken teriyaki. It was good, but too overpriced. Honestly, Subway has gotten way too expensive. I would rather go to the sub competitors (all of which are now like 20% cheaper than Subway - ridiculous).
13th visit, 1July23: Subway headquarters has changed up its menu. Meatball subs don't exist on the menu anymore. All subs have now gone up in price. 2 foot-long subs are now $30+. Ridiculous. I had the Meatballer foot-long sub ($13 now) which was meatballs, and they added pepperoni and mozzarella cheese slices. These were a nice tough, however I wanted the plain meatball which is no longer an option. I also had the foot-long Stampede Brisket - this tasted OK (brisket is brisketing and is pretty good for a fast food brisket), but again this sub was like $15. Kind of ridiculous how overpriced these 2 foot-long subs are. Both were ordered on the Subway1 app with my standard veggies and sauces. Service was quick, but the food quality has not improved for the higher prices that are now being charged.
12th visit, 16May23: Had the foot long sweet onion chicken terriyaki sub with my usual veggies. I like it, it's same concept as the Subway Series tbh. I don't like how the prices are much higher now than before. Makes me want to come to Subway less now.

Service was excellent and everything was fresh but sub was ruined by jalapeños. Lettuce and jalapeños quantity almost equal so only thing you can taste is jalapeños and it was not edible at all, the only reason giving 5 star is friendly staff and fresh bread.

1st visit: Came in for a foot long meatball marinara sub. Toasted, with cheese and all veggies. The banana peppers and jalapenos made the flavour tart, sour, and tangy, which was expected but in the future I'll refrain from adding those veggies to my sub. I had garlic aoli as my sauce, tasted great.
2nd visit: Had a foot long meatball marinara sub: On (Classic Italian Herbs & Cheese, Grilled, Toasted, Swiss, Less Lettuce, More Spinach, More Tomatoes, More Crispy Onions, More Cucumbers, Pickles, More Green Peppers, More Black Olives, More Red Onions, Less Banana Peppers, More Green Olives, More Green Goddess Dressing, Grated Parmesan, More Pepper). Tasted great. The Green Goddess sauce (containing mayonnaise, sour cream, chervil, chives, anchovy, tarragon, lemon juice, and pepper) felt healthy. However, I'm going to avoid the crunchy onions in the future (they taste like vomit - this is the 2nd time I've experienced this flavour sensation, it's consistent with the other Subway in 88 Queens Quay. I hate crunchy onions tbh). Also had a white chocolate + macadamia nut cookie (tasted good, this style of cookie has origins from Australia) and a M&M cookie - both tasted good, just good, and consistent with my expectations.
3rd visit: Had the foot long Italian BMT {Italian BMT and Sweet Onion Chicken Terriyaki are some of the most acclaimed meat flavours} (Genoa salami, spicy pepperoni, and Black Forest Ham meats) on (Classic Italian Herbs & Cheese, Grilled, Toasted, Canadian Cheddar, Lettuce, More Spinach, More Tomatoes, More Cucumbers, More Green Peppers, More Red Onions, More Pickles, More Black Olives, Less Jalapenos, Less Banana Peppers, More Green Olives, Garlic Aioli). I like it a lot, this has some of the most intensely flavoured meats so I can really taste it through my sub. Great flat (sliced) meats if I'm in the mood for a lighter meal (this one definitely left me feeling hungrier and not full). Nice pepper flavour from the pepperoni, and the banana peppers complemented the flavours nicely. This flat sandwich - because of the way I hold my subs (with force/1 hand), the vegetables would spread to the outer side, with the meats on the inner. Not completely aligned, but it was fine. I liked the veggies 1 bite, and the meat the other bite. Future - consider ordering this with regular amount of Banana Peppers.
4th visit: Had a foot long Meatball Marina with my usual veggies. Tasted great. I asked if I could pay with the tap feature on my Subway app here in the future, and I can.

Future: Try Great Canadian club (bacon, ham, turkey), Southwest steak avocado (seasoned steak and avocado), Chicken Bacon Peppercorn Ranch (chicken and bacon with peppercorn ranch sauce). Try the double chocolate and smores cookies.

This is the worst location, horrible customer service. Yesterday I had an issue went back. They called the manager and didn’t get through and asked me the customer so what are they suppose to do. They took my information I never received a call. I called the manager and he’s like there is nothing he can do. Lost a customer. Would never purchase here

I was here for the first time. I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids. On top of this I had lost my voice due to a cold. The servers were so patient with me and tried to help so I didn't have to talk to much.

It was a friday night i do not order very often from subway so it was a bit difficult for me. There was a punjabi girl who got little upset rather than coordinate with me, so I recommend to coordinate with customers while having there orders because so many are new here as an immigrants they may not what to order. That’s why it is responsibility of the employees to help there customers while ordering if they don’t know something rather than showing them that you are smart

Love that its a 24 hour location. Great customer service. Awesome staff. Well managed people. Recommend this location to anyone hungry at any given time.
