Today me and my wife went there and a lady working there was on earphones and when we called her, she was so rude to us. She said that you guys cant refill cold drink once, She was very very angry at us

Great staff, great atmosphere, Jigna is the nicest lady to deal with here. True professional. When we were ordering our toppings another customer, a punjabi couple who was not very pleasent or respectful, told the staff to change their gloves for their food because they are vegetarian. I was shocked to the request how she presented and kept mocking othe customers in a typical desi way. She almost made the staff feel guilty. I understand the request but the way they told those ladies was very rude. But i was more surprised by the staff and their professionalism on how they handled the situation. Why dont people just go to a veg only place if they have issues with cooking staff handeling their food with same gloves as meat?

They put very less rice in veggie rice bowl as compared to other locations that I have tried so many times and also they charged me more for this wherever same thing I buy most of the times from other location in less price. They overcharged for less quantity. Even the veggies were not so fresh. Very disappointed.

I’ve been a customer of subway for almost 10 years now and it’s always been a pleasurable experience but today was different. I usually purchase my subs from the Queen street location in Brampton which has always been amazing but the customer service I received from Sandeep today at the Vodden location was beyond horrible. As a paying customer I’ve never felt this disrespected in my life, and in front of my daughter and other customers. I asked her if bacon was included in my turkey smash sub and when she replied I kindly asked her to please add it and she responded with a sigh and demeaning look which I excused. When it came to paying for my order I was given my drink options but I couldn't understand her clearly cause of her accent and then she got angry and shouted “You’ve wasted so much of my time, hurry up, I have other customers” like I wasn’t a paying customer myself. I will NEVER shop at this subway ever again! I doubt they will remove her from the location so I would advise that no one use this location if customer service is a priority for you.

It was a pleasurable experience at subway today…I went to many stores but the service and the politness of the staff at this store is amazing (specially Jigna mam) I will surely visit this store always ️

Great service, food always tasting fresh! Shotout to Jena for the amazing customer service. She forgot to add chips to my order and gave me two free items as compensation> Thanks again!

Jigna and jagmeet are such great workers this subway is always so clean and they care so much for the customers the bathrooms are always clean and it's a new management

I live right across the atreet always trying to give this subway a chance and always bs standing for 3 minutes waiting no customers lady more worried about closing for 10pm when its still 9: 15 so bs lady doesnt even understand what customer service is all about
