Subway

Bun wasn't fresh. The employee kept trying to upsell me on more bacon and cheese. Cheap on toppings. When purchasing a sub combo for $23 I expect a fresh, well made sub and this one wasn't. I won't be back and I recommend you go elsewhere as well.

Recommended: it's pretty good for Subway. They remodeled a while back and it really brought life to the place. The staff are friendly and polite. They are quick to make your sandwich. I ordered a gluten-free sandwich and half-way into the order I asked about whether he heard my order. He said yes, but he wanted to finish the first two sandwiches so that he could change gloves. I appreciated the attention to allergy needs.

Horrible service. Mostly from M S and lady in photo. Will never go back. Workers not accommodating and lackadaisical. Don’t waste your time. Made me reconsider ordering

Terrible. It’s the closest subway to my house so I go once a week. It’s always bad. Always. It’s only good for convenience but it’s never right. I don’t complain much but I can’t stand it anymore. The bread is 9/10 times stale or old. Just gross. You have to fight with everyone to get what you want. I will not be coming back. I can’t stand being served garbage old food. It’s not worth it. Go to another subway. Save yourself the heartache.

Not to impressed with customer service at this location. When I went to pay I tapped my card and had to tap it again. Not realizing the first tap was for a tip (which in turned tipped 15%)
I asked them to refund this and they would not said it was “all online” and there was nothing they could do… that is clearly not true. Could have refunded me the difference in cash or refunded my purchase and I would have re-paid…

Did not make things right in my opinion. Lacking customer service at this location

I have been eating sandwiches from this location from last couple of months and they are doing great. As a vegetarian a never had to tell them to put more veggies on my sandwiches. They always give warm welcome and great customer experience. I would suggest this location rather than one besides costco because I never have to say "MORE VEGGIES PLEASE" at this location.

If you dine in, no washrooms at this time. Unfriendly service, cheap on toppings/sauces (3 slices of pickles for a 6inch sub).

Very bad customer service, if you will ask for extra veggies they start crying, so if you want less vegetables then choose this place

I always have my next day lunch and meal from this place.

Always smiling and well trained staff.
Only store in Cambridge with Falalfal.

No matter where I will be in KWC area, if it’s about having a sub I will drive to this store always.

Place was clean and inviting but the guy had bad attitude when asked him to change the bread and was cheap when putting toppings

Refused to serve me 30 mins before they closed, said they were closed when obviously they were door was still open, light were on, open sign was on, still within business hours and he refused and told me to leave and he locked the door behind me, very poor customer service.

Worst experience ever didnt listen to instructions and screwed up my whole familys subs put hot peppers on my kids subs.not impressed.

Never had an issue here, my favorite subway location in all of Cambridge. Always stocked full of fresh stuff, always friendly, and never have to ask for extra ingredients.

The other day the lady making sandwiches decided it was good to wear her mask pulled down below her nose, completely defeating the purpose. In a time like this that's unacceptable, especially when making food.
