Rejected a coupon fresh out of the mail because apparently it's already been scanned before. How is that possible?

Uber eats app doesn’t allow you to order wraps as your bread choice anymore and there is no option to add special instructions - when I phoned I was told I wasn’t allowed to change my bread option cause it would cost them extra money. Lost my fav late night snack unfortunately

Thank you guys! Visiting this location felt amazing because of the friendliness and how kind everyone is there! I’ve visited often and can’t complain! The size of the store is perfect for QSW! I wish companies could afford security or to have more than one staff on at once.

The city of Toronto should pay for it if they are in a certain perameter.

I was getting food after work (4am) and this man comes in and steals a chocolate milk.
I tell the young man I’ll pay for it and he insists that I not but I did because I know eventually that will come out of his hours.

These chains need better safety operations for overnight employees but he was great

This Subways has been a life saver for me in the Skimpy, Bland, or Smaller portion than Standard human meal size in Toronto's Hell District (Entertainment District). There are some exceptions like the beautiful Queen Mother Cafe.

Subways is very boring but you can count on it to get the job done as far as killing hunger goes if you go somewhere else and get burned. Kudoos to Subways as a beautiful last resort option.

Customer service should get a zero. The two women working this afternoon were extremely rude to me. I asked how are you and they screamed what toppings would you like? Overcharged me for my sub which I had to correct, and I said bye have a great day and they rolled their eyes. Hopefully they can get some customer service training as if they can’t do it as subway they can’t do it anywhere.

A very good subway branch. Come here often. Kudos to the staff who work here, as they often have to deal with really challenging and demanding customers.

To the Sandwich Artist 'Tanvi', if you are not able to close the subs with normal count of veggies, please find a job that suits to you.

My request to the owner: Kindly teach your employees to be professional while working.

All the time she was speaking in English and when I asked for some extra, she quoted "band ni krna ehnu" in Punjabi which translates as "you don't want me to close it"

For real expecting better experience from Subway.

All I wanted was some chocolate chip cookies and didn’t have the 10 cents needed to cover - just had the toonie. Young man at the cash blessed me. God bless you brother.

Came in at 2: 30am on a Thursday night and the crew just cleaned and we're restocking the place. THAT WAS GREAT to see and that was beyond my expectations for that time of the night.

Ordered off of Uber eats a foot long Italian BMT but I received a 6 inch and the restaurant refused to issue a refund for the missing item I am very disappointed by this

Went There today for Lunch today ordered a Veggie Patty Subway which is quite rare in Canada. The girl who made my sub was Shivali. Did an amazing job, really helpful and kind. Definitely recommend because she won't disappoint you. I was in a hurry as well but she made it right away. Extremely happy after going there. Thank You!

Nell the guy at the counter was amazing! Friendly, accomodating, placed my order very efficiently. Wish I had cash on me becuz I would have tipped him. Your system needs to allow for debit cash tips.

I dont know whats going on, but this store is not 24/7, every-time I go is closed. One time I ordered online and when I went to get my food there was no one on at the place.

The guy making my sub didn't put more veggies in my veggie wrap. I'm literally paid for a empty tortilla and paid full amount. The guy said if I wanted more toppings it would be 3 dollars more which is crazy only for veggies. I am taking this to corporate.

One of the worker was shouting loudly on the other worker all time I was there. I even looked at her so that she can lower he voice but she went on.
Also there was lot of stuff on the floor.
Not a good place to dine in.

When they take your order, half the time there focused right thru to finish your sub. But if there short on something. Cleanliness is out the door. Change your disposable gloves away then open the fridge door or container. GERMS. If get pulled away, watch what u r touching. Cleanliness is not 1st priority. Just there july14, still not changing gloves mindful of germs. About 90% subways I go 2 for lunch, there employees are ok with germs

Would be 1 stars but I’ve had good experiences here in the past. Though when I went and used a coupon (buy one footlong and a drink, get another footlong for 99c) I have used at other subways in the past, the worker had no idea what it was, charged me 19$ for the whole meal. I’m not sure she even read the coupon. Not a good experience overall

Stopped by this subway on my way to work, overall great customer service and clean atmosphere. A girl named shaina took my order, she had excellent knowledge about the menu and recommended me the sub of the day. Would come again.

Excellent customer service specialy the Team manager/Supervisor. Strongly recommend this store for fast and quick service.

Amazing subs! The staff there is very well trained, especially Prabh (he is the gentleman that works late night) He makes the subs perfectly. I have been ordering through Skip because of the pandemic but they still taste great! Definitely recommend this location if you're craving Subway.

Guys never go to this Subway location on 267 Queen St W Ground Fl, Toronto, ON M5V 1Z4as the guy who works in the night puts very little vegetable in your subs even if you tell him extra as if they are coming from his backyard,
I have tried many times because I live nearby but then I started going to the one on Dundas / University. They are much much better.

If you need/want Subway go to this location! Decent portions, clean and friendlier staff. I go out of my way (when I'm in this area) to go to this location because no other service has been matched. This place sets Subways standard.

They serve fresh sandwiches. The service was quick and I was satisfied with my sandwich. I loved it

There’re trying to save as much as possible on toppings chicken vegetables. My sandwich was so skinny

3rd time in a row in a month I've ordered a sandwich on italian herbs and cheese and once I've gotten to work to eat it's on a completely different bun then what I've asked.

Always a safe bet. I have found they have gotten a little stingy with the vegetables lately but otherwise a steady experience

It was pretty good. The server seemed to be absent minded and not aire what he was doing. But the food was good.

I found him on Kijiji, contacted him to fix Bread proofer in my Subway Store, came on same day. Fixed the problem. He is happy, we are happy, no attitude. Paid him online. Will definitely recommend him.

They were very professional and nice, as me and my friends came around 5 AM, and they were tired, they still took the time to talk, smile, greet us. Good job!

Worst experience, the guy working at night dosent know english, he ruined my subway, doing exactly opposite of the instructions given.he dosent even know from where to cut the mighty melt sandwich.if possible i would have given 0 stars for his service.

I love vege sub and tariyaki chicken. And they always have fresh bread and all toppings are always fresh.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and only received 1. The driver said he was only given 1. When calling the store, they said they sent out 2 and spoke to me so rudely. No offer of a refund or a new sandwich. The bread was also very hard and not fresh. Do not order from this Subway.

SubwY sub is The best place for lunch & dinner, with variety of grain bread to multi grain, whole wheat. Close by to all amenities & Toronto transit. Friendly staff, affordable prices.

Giving this a generous 2 stars. Not the best service, but have had worse. Staff has turned away as I'm giving my order (after they just asked me what I wanted). Then turn back to me, asking again what I wanted. And twice now, they made my chicken mighty melt (a squarish sandwich) into a burrito. Meaning when they wrapped it, they squished it into a burrito size roll. And the staff looks like they really don't want to be there. However, it's not all the staff. There's a couple of people there that do their jobs well. Hence the generous 2. Otherwise, they'd get at most, 1 star.

Good staff and good sandwiches.these people grill better than any other place, at other places people just grill the bread and cheese for 7-8 seconds but here they do it for good 20 seconds and it results into better melted cheese, cooked meat and ultimately better taste

I love subway, eat it all the time but this subway is by far the best one I’ve been at.

The food always tastes fresh and the people are always really nice!

I legit walked past a subway farther down queen street to go to this one.
